The First of Her Name
You are currently on a plane departing from Australia and on course towards the United States. Perhaps you were on vacation, or a business trip, or perhaps you plan to create a new life once on American soil? When crossing the Pacific Ocean the plane hit turbulence and every passengers fear becomes a reality. The plane is crashing over the ocean. The plane cashes into the beach of a large, lush and uninhabited island in the middle of the ocean. The island belongs to no country, has no name and is completely untouched by humans until now. This will be the survivors home till they are found, escape, settle down or succumb to the island.
There are 15 roles of 15 different survivors. Modern resources are limited to what they can collect from the crash, but the island is plentiful. While island is thriving and beautiful, danger will constantly be looming over them. There are many animals that can serve as both food and as a threat to their lives. They will have to learn to live off the land, work as a team, and over all to survive without any modern technology or medicine. From time to time random events will either make it harder or easier on the survivors, and to progress the story.
No roles have a designated gender, you may make them as you wish. You may have up to two roles per player.
Roles
Henry W. Hart - The AgentThe Agent was on federal business in Australia and was flying back home when the plane crashed. He served eight years in the military after joining straight away after high school. He was based all around the world, and made his way up the ranks into the special ops after returning victorious mission after mission. He has survived in some of the harshest environments on the planet and has very advanced survival skills. After leaving the military he was invited to join the FBI and graciously accepted. He will act as the leader of the group.
Reserved - The Doctor
The Doctor is flying back to the US after doing charity work with the native tribes in Australia. They have been an ER doctor was five years and can handle emergencies very well. Given their valuable expertise, they will act as the second in command eventually and be very influential to the group.
Reserved - The Scientist
The Scientist is a biologist that was studying animal and plant life in Australia. They will actually be thrilled to end up on the island with hopes of discovery of new species. Being a field biologist they have a good amount of survival experience and can identify dangerous animals and plants. They will be very valuable to the group and a well respected member.
Reserved - The Farmer
The Farmer has been a farmer their whole life. They lived and breathed agriculture since they were a child a grew up on the same farm that was handed down to them. They will be an important factor on the island with their knowledge of farming, hunting and keeping animals.
- The Priest
The Priest is a catholic priest that was on their way to America to start up a new church. They have been in the church their entire life and won't adapt to life on the island very well. Some may find them to be an annoyance while others will draw close to them to stay close to their beliefs. The Priest is very wise and will be able to come up with quick ideas to help the group, being a religious figure they will have some say in decisions.
Reserved - The Surfer
The Surfer grew up in Australia and has lived on the beach their whole life. They spend most of their time in the water and living life to the fullest. They are a very strong swimmer that knows their way around the ocean. They will adapt much quicker to the island and be very useful when it comes to fishing and beach lifestyle. They will also not burn in the sun as badly as the others.
Reserved - The Musician
The Musician was on their way to the USA to live in Los Angeles to live out their dream of becoming a top recording artist. They are an artist in every sense of the way and they have a beautiful and creative mind. They will play a big part in keeping the others sane as well as brainstorming ideas that even the most intellectual minds might of looked over. Thankfully their guitar and ukulele both survived the crash as well.
Reserved - The Nurse
The Nurse is returning home from a visit with their fiance who lives in Australia. They are in their early twenties and have been a nurse in their local hospital for only two years. They are smart and are capable of pushing through the stress of the crash, while they battle with the thought of their future changing so drastically after working to hard to map one out for themselves. Their medical background puts them in the category of being important to the group and they will have a say in decision being made within the group.
Reserved - The Heir(ess)
The Heir(ess) has lived a life of luxury. They are coming home from a month long vacation, that their father so graciously paid for. They have wanted for nothing their entire life and will not adjust very well to the crash. They are naive and easy to perused while their good looks and ability to be controlled easily will make some draw themselves closer to them.
Reserved - The Naturalist
The Naturalist is a medical school drop out that ended up studying holistic medicine. They know nearly everything their is about herbs and will be very useful when it comes to adapting to life without modern medicine. They are quite eccentric and sometimes just plain strange. Although they will draw close the The Doctor as they both can learn from each other. Due to their earthy nature they will adapt quickly and embrace the island.
Reserved - The Daredevil
The Daredevil was traveling to the USA to become a stunt actor. They are in their physical prime, and love a good adrenaline rush. They will act as the brawn around the island and will be a good person to have on your side. They might not adapt as quickly but they will always be a team player and go out of their way to do whats best for the group.
- The Outcast
The Outcast is awkward and lazy. They have in their early thirties and still live at home with their parents. They've never really had a job or stepped up to the plate for any responsibilities in life. They will adjust horribly to the island and many will view them as dead weight as they don't pull their weight. The island will either inspire change in them or they will give up.
Reserved - The Scoundrel
The Scoundrel is exactly what their name leads on. A no good, rotten scoundrel. They are only out for their own good, and a master manipulator. They are a theft and all around someone that can't be trusted. Not the best person to get stuck on an island with. They will push all the buttons of the other survivors, but what will they do once they've had enough?
Reserved - The CEO
The CEO is a self made millionaire that was on a business trip in Australia and on their way back to The States. They weren't born into money, so they will adapt much quicker than The Heir(ess) might, but being without cellphone reception and the idea of their company that they worked so hard for withering away will keep them up at night.
Reserved - The Flight Attendant
The Flight Attendant is the only surviving member of the planes crew. They are in their early twenties and have seen a good portion of the world, although they aren't very prepared for life on the island. Adapting will be hard at first but over time they will get the hang of things.
