Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):

Dragon Aspect is the ability to (seemingly) draw traits and powers from a large, western-style dragon at the cost of a heavy energy drain.

What Dragon Aspect actually is is the ability to draw from one's core personality and make that tangible, invoking the aspects of whatever animal (mythical or otherwise) formed and the element the user associates with it. For Arii, that happens to be a massive fuck-you fire dragon.

Dragon Aspect, like most transformation quirks, has ascending levels of transformation, which Flame has categorized into tiers.

Tier one (default):
-Elongated fangs.
-Pointed ears that perk and swivel independently.
-Catlike eyes.
-Scattered scales.
-Passive thermal sense.
-Heat immunity
-Mildly heightened senses
-Normal human strength/speed/endurance.
-Black sclera.


Strengths:
-Thermal sense is useful in many situations and doesn't drain energy at all.
-Heightened senses are useful.
-Cannot be damaged by heat.

Neutrals:
-It appears like a weak mutation quirk.

-Flight is very advantageous.
-Tail and saddle fins make for great maneuverability.

Fighting style:

Absolutely feral. More often than not, Arii fights on all-fours, or at least, very close to the ground, spending a lot of time jumping and vaulting and using their weight plus inertia to knock people over. They're nigh-unpredictable and it's akin to trying to fight a large, rabid gerbil.

Reputation:

CrowCall is known for being a friendly vigilante that's nice to hang around and generally stays out of pros' ways. Granted, that may just be her unwillingness to get caught. Crow has not been seen using a quirk, and it's theorized she has a mutation quirk, but there are no confirmed reports, just blurry pictures and some broken, crackling audio. Many civilians have been told by Crow that she is a "cis female", so female pronouns are often used. CrowCall is very polite and softspoken, a mask covering the bottom half of their face and distorting the audio. Their rope-dart is not bladed and instead has a practice dart on the end, though it lacks a flag.

Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):

Kadoshi Seraph is a quirk that transforms its user into the hyperspecific form that has come to be known as a "Kadoshi Seraph". These are some strange hybrid between a snake, a human, and a bird. They're quite famous in America, as the Kadoshi family have been heroes for a long time. In America, they were known as "Hero of Storms; Seraph".

The Kadoshi Seraph itself is an odd thing; its scales store and release electricity on command, first of all. So do its feathers, which are not exactly feathers, but are similar in structure and function. Its jaw is split into four mandibles, which have separate muscles behind them, allowing each to move and swivel independently. Of course, this makes some odd changes to its users' skeletal structure, often causing some irregularities. Recently, the quirk has developed a secondary ability related to some of the previous abilities that had been lost after a few generations; electrokinesis.

Electrokinesis allowed the Kadoshi Seraph greater control of its electricity.


Strengths:
-Four-mandibled jaw
-Very exact control of electricity
-Cannot be killed by electricity
-Shifted form is very strong

-Flight's cool
-Glowing scales/wings are very distracting.
-Can glide on ocean wind currents for hours at a time

-Shifting takes a lot of energy, though after the initial shift, no further drain is applied.

-Wings are easy targets and very delicate.
-Breaking a growing feather can cause him to bleed out, depending on the severity.
-Jaw is very easy to break or even tear off if one's strong enough.
-Water and anything that'll ground him will flat-out prevent him from controlling his electricity.
-Water, if he's covered in it, can prevent him from discharging, as well.
-Heightened senses can easily cause overload.
-Quirk is built for precision; not large-scale AOEs.
-Quirk is often overwhelming.
-High-frequency sounds can seriously mess with his balance and internal rhythm.
-Eyes are built for night-time; it can be hard to walk around in the day.
-The skin under the armored plating in his back is highly sensitive and so much as pressing on it too hard can immobilize him.
-Cannot be resuscitated with a defibrillator

Mockingbird allows the user to copy any sound they've heard. This also increases the range of sound the user can hear, though minutely.


Strengths:
-Able to copy any sounds and repeat them identically.
-Very versatile.
-Very good with languages for obvious reasons


Neutrals:
-No ears; half-deaf
-Odd markings from his mother's side.



Weaknesses(must be greater than or equal to strengths in severity):
-Unable to increase the pitch, words, or volume of any sounds.
-Very much not good hearing.
