Welcome to the Undercity OOC, where questions can be answered and discussion can be held on the subject of Undercity.

SCENE: The train is filled with those mindless splicer chicks and a cyber asshat who spent too much time augmenting himself. Smoke fills the ceiling, choking your lungs and burning your eyes, as you see this large cat man. He sits in the corner staring at you with green eyes, sizing you up with a sense of disdain. He leans back, snorting at the humans in the train car. You see a girl sitting near, cat-like features obviously spliced into her genes.

PREMISE: Undercity is a world where the seedy miscreants live in the shadows with their genes having been questionably modified. This is a whole megalopolis underground, with flying cars, advanced police tanks, and an expansive gangland. You are just trying to survive, making ends meet. Perhaps you are a police officer, trying to make things right in a city ruled by the elite and ravaged by ganglanders, or you a perhaps a ganglander yourself, such as a member of the Red Cats, who aim to overthrow the Exalted rule of the city.
