Answered Unable to Edit My Own Thread?

Hey, so before the update, Chordling kindly helped me make an HP for a previously archived WIP roleplay.
However, with some of the threads being locked, the site won't allow me to edit them to fix the formatting??

As you can see, there's no edit option, and even though I started the thread, I apparently don't have the "privileges" to edit it?
Is this just me or does someone need to unlock it....?
