Civilian Name- (This is here because, upon completion of training, every agent was given a new identity, ranging from College Student (pretty common) to Billionaire Business Mongol (ultra rare.))


Civilian Occupation- (See Above)


Real Name- (This is the name you will use throughout the roleplay, unless you provide an "Origins" post.)


Real Occupation- Agent of the Strategic Homeland Division (SHD)


Place of Birth- (NOT restricted to the US, but it's extremely unusual for secret agents of the US Government to not be born in the US.)


Blood Type- (Yes, this is an actual thing on a military profile. I know because Im in the military.)


Age- (There's no such thing as an 18 year old secret agent. 21+ ONLY.)


Residence- (You live in New York, that's not up for debate. But feel free to live in whatever suburb you wish. Here's a list: New York Metropolitan Area Check 'subregions.')


Education/Training- (As for education, you may choose any University in the world, if you wish. But if that University is outside the US, you've already graduated and your age must reflect that. Also, your Division training took place in Black Mountain, Colorado. Don't ask me why, Im not at liberty to say.)


Religion- (Completely optional. You can just delete this if you so wish.)


Sexual Orientation- (Completely optional. You can just delete this if you so wish.)

Personal Notes

• Jaxon Haywood has led a pretty average life. He graduated high school at seventeen and went on to attend the University of California at Los Angeles on a Track and Field Scholarship, later joining the football team as a running back.
  
• At the age of 20, Jaxon was recruited by an agent working for the SHD as a counselor at UCLA. He was recruited because of his superior athletic performance as well as his high aptitude score on seemingly normal standardized test.
  
• After a years worth of training in Black Mountain, Colorado, Jaxon choose not to return to UCLA but, instead, went to live in New York under the name David Montgomery. For the past two years, he has worked at the courier service known as Parkour Packages, Inc, and has lived in a modest studio apartment in Midtown Manhattan.
  
• He has no known relations or deeply personal connections to speak of.
  

Appearance

Jaxon normally wears tight-fitting clothes to allow for maximum freedom of movement. As it is wintertime, he has seen fit to dress in two layers, the bottom layer being micro-thermal clothing. Due to the season as well as frequent combat encounters, he now wears jeans and combat boots, in addition to an all-weather jacket fitted with a liner, and, sometimes, a beanie.


His weapons of choice are a SCAR 17S Scout Rifle, a sawn-off double-barreled shotgun, and .45 Magnum Revolver with a custom silencer.


As with all Agents, he has also been fitted with an optical implant (right eye) that is linked to ISAC.
