Realistic or Modern To End A War (Angel/Devil/Mythology Rp)IC

One week prior somewhere in Berlin…

Four people wrapped in the darkness of night with their faces only barely visible sat around a wooden coffee table. On one side sat a blonde-haired man dressed in a bartender’s outfit, cigarette in hand, and sun glasses hanging from his shirt collar. Sitting next to him on the couch was a black-haired woman in a maid’s outfit sipping lightly from a glass of tea. Across from them on the opposite side of the table with a couch to himself was another man with blonde hair, however his hair was longer and the tips were died crimson red. He wore what looked like to be an old fashion red and yellow noblemen’s suit. Two horns sprouted from his forehead and curved upwards, they were a perfect match for the pair of obsidian black wings that sprouted from his back. The final member of the group was sitting at the head of the table sprawled out on his own futon was a auburn headed man in a red trench coat.

“So this is it then” commented the bartender looking guy. “Indeed, it is” responded the demonic one. Silent tension set in on the room, and the black-haired girl set her tea down on the table. “Have the servants located their new masters?” she asked. “They should be closing in now. Sometime next week the letters will be delivered and the key to ending this wat will be at the rendezvous point.” Answered the demonic man. The three people who had spoken so far turned their heads to look at the auburn headed man slouched on the futon. With a rather bored sigh the man stood and clapped his hands once, “In that case we have a job to do. Gentlemen and lady, I wish you the best of luck.”

A few minutes later the auburn man was standing on the roof of his building, leaning on a cane, and watching the three others on the ground below say their farewells. The Demonic man was the first to leave, his black wings blending into the night sky as he flew off. White feathery wings sprouted from the backs of the other two and they took to the sky, leaving the auburn man completely alone on the roof. Laughing lightly the man raised his cane to point up at the sky, “You wanted a war, and now we are going to give you one.” Lowering his cane he began to chuckle again as he went back inside.

Current day, back streets of Detroit… (Wrath)

“Pathetic, do any of you assholes even know how to use this thing?” asked Truc in a mocking voice as he spun the bloodied baseball bat around in his hands. Surrounding the 5’6 man was the groaning bodies of about five gang members. The noise of someone trying to drag themselves away caught his attention and he smirked. Walking over to the struggling gang member he placed his foot on the man’s back. Leaning Down so his face was closer to the man’s head, Truc let out a low growl. “Ever heard the name Hargrave before?”

Standing in front of the garage that the new sin was supposedly working at Truc couldn’t help but frown in disgust. How pathetic must this new wrath be if he must live in garages and out on the street. Truc felt around in his pocket until he found what he was looking for. Pulling it out he found looked at the letter marked with the upside down red cross, if Truc didn’t deliver this then he was dead meat. Growling angrily he made his was up to the garage and instead of knocking he slammed his foot on the door twice. “Oi, Hargrave! Get out here you bastard!”

Suddenly out of random a rainbow appeared in the skies of New York. In reality it was no rainbow, it was the Valkyrie Frey. Her wings of Rainbow light shown through even the blue morning sky. With a happy smile on her face she descended from the sky and ended her journey with a soft and graceful landing. The wings on her back vanished and she was left standing there in her old Nordic armor a mile away from her master’s house. Today was the day! The day she had been waiting ten years for. She had final received the message to find her master and the instructions to give them their own letter of introduction. Nearly jumping for joy, she left the alley and started off for the house.

Frey received many kinds of looks as she walked down the street to her master’s house. Some were looks of confusion, others were looks of pity, and there were even some more… lustful looks considering her armor wasn’t the most concealing of clothing. Frey really didn’t care because none of that matter as she arrived at the house, stepped up to the mat, and rang the house doorbell.

“Beelzebub… Beelzebub… Beelzebub…” murmured Taeun on repeat as he stumbled down the dark alleyways. His foot hit something soft and a feline hiss drew his attention to a cat that was standing by his feet. The ragged man crouched down and silently offered his hand to the cat. The cat stopped hissing and stopped closer to Tauen’s hand, that was it’s final mistake. Tauen’s hand shot forwards, grabbing the cats tail. He stood up and lifted the cat up by the tail. The creature sounds of rage turned to terror as Tauen’s mouth opened into unhuman like ways. He lowered the cat downwards towards his mouth until every bit of the cat accept for the part that he was holding onto was in his mouth. Slowly he pulled the cat out of his mouth and tossed the remains of the animal aside. Fur, Flesh, and organs were all gone, only the bones of the cat remained.

After his meal, his constant murmuring of Beelzebub resumed as well as his tumbling walk towards his destination. Eventfully he arrived at his location, the Dawson house. He could smell her; the new Beelzebub was behind these doors. Raising his hand, he began to run his claw like finger nails down the door as he continued to say “Beelzebub…Beelzebub…Beelzebub” over and over again.

Current day, Ari’s house… (Temperance)

“Would you look at these happy fools. Living their lives completely unaware of the fact that a supernatural war rages right under their noses.” Commented Morgan as she watched the humans below. This whole stupid world annoyed her. The people who feinted innocence, the angels and devils who waged her war, and the fact that she Is stuck serving a stupid angel to people able to go to a palce that doesn’t even want her. Sighing lightly She produced the letter given to her by the maid lady earlier, “Guess I should deliver this.”

Giving the roof below her a little push, Morgan slid down the triangular roof and landed straight onto her feet. Morgan swayed and groaned lightly, that shock was not a good feeling. Shaking her head she went up to the door and pounded on it once, then again, then again, and would repeat this act until someone answered or she got bored.

Current day, Victoria’s apartment… (Envy)

“What a garbage place this is” commented the smirking pixie named Iris as she flew around the new leviathan’s apartment. How funny it was to see the direct decedent of one of the seven sins living in nothing more than a normal apartment by herself. What a joke! Well in any case if her new master was only capable of this much then that was good for Iris, it meant she would have more room to manipulate the descdant stupid whale squid thing… You know come to think of it she never did find out what the original leviathan was other than you know a leviathan.

Stopping in the living room of the apartment Iris morphed into her larger form and took a seat on the couch, now she just had to wait for that stupid whale to show up.

Current day, Fairchild Ressidence…. (Kindness)

A small ball of green light slipped through the slightly open window of the Fairchild residence. Once inside the ball of light zipped around the room accompanied by a tiny voice saying “Gotta find her, gotta find her, gotta find her!” Not finding what it needed the light rushed through the crack underneath the door and into the hallway. The light continued to do this process until it would find the person it was looking for. Once the light located who it was looking for their would be a bright flash reveling the 5’10 Fae standing in front of them and saluting. “Fae Breeze at your service madam Kindness!” Said the fairy once she found hope.

“Calm down Marcus, Calm down. Not only are you about to meet a real live angel but your also about to meet the person who you literally have been preparing to swear your loyalty to your entire 23 years of existence… yeah this is definitely a time to not be calm.” He said to himself. For the last 30 minutes Marcus had been standing outside of the place where his new master was said to be located. Marcus was pretty sure he looked like a creeper just standing out here and that someone had probably called the cops by now. “Alright!”

Working up his courage he walked up to the door and rang the doorbell twice. “I actually did it…” he mumbled to himself.

Current day, Leon residence… (Greed)

“Nice try, but you will have to do better if you want to catch me.” Taunted Clink at the two pmc soldiers that where tied up and gagged behind him. Giving the soldiers a mocking salute he slid their wallets into the pockets on the inside of his jacket and turned around walking father into the Leon manner. The sound of voices up ahead coming his way caused clink to look around for a place to hide. A door to his left opened and he quickly ducked inside it, closing it softly behind him. Standing infront of him was a maid with a alarmed look on his face. He hated doing this but he had no other choice. He leapt forwards and grabbed the girl, placing one hand over her mouth so she couldn’t scream and the other around her neck, a moment later the girl was knocked out on the floor. He placed his ear to the door and didn’t hear any voice beyond their, good time to move forwards.

A few minutes he had arrived at the room his target was in, the bedroom of the current Mammon. Rumor on the demonic black market has it that she has a card that allows her to take any amount of money from any location, do you known what clink could do with that! He couldn’t help but grin wildly as he opened the door. Stealthily he made his way across the room to where he expected her to keep her purse, now all he had to do was grab the card and get out.

Current Day, Ian’s apparment… (Sloth)

“Why am I here again?” yawned Thrax as he stood in front of the door to his master’s apartment. “Oh yeah, the letter. What a pain.” He complained as he raised his right foot. Yawning once more the tall man thrusted his foot outwards and slammed it against the door. With a loud crack, the door flew backwards off of its hinges. Stepping into the one room apartment his nostrils were greeted by a stale smell. “Smells like home” he commented before looking around and spotted the single mattress with a man lying on it. “Rise and shine boss man. Your loyal number two is here for you. Man that did not sound right."

Current Day, Eran’s house… (Diligence)

A figure dressed in all green sat in the tall tree across from Eran’s house. His face was masked by the shadows of the leaves and his own hood. He had a clear view of his master’s window from this location, the moment he saw movement he would go in and introduce himself, for now he had other things to do. In the meantime, he sat there in silence, watching the cars and normal people pass. The innovation of humanity had always intrigued him, yet Vigil still remained on the outside loop watching in. Looking around at the different lawns and houses it was clear to see how much work had gone into Eran’s house, he was the virtue of diligence for sure.

Current Day, Mia’s house… (Chastity)

“Oh lord in heaven above, please grant me the strength to guide your angel down the right path. Amen.” Gilbert said his quick prayer and raised himself up from a kneeling position. Turning around to look at the house behind him. This was the household of a girl by the name of Mia Erelah Pfyler, also known as the next sin of Chastity. From all the information, he could find she seemed to be a devout christen, she even despised impurity and worked with programs to promote abstinence. She had great potential. Walking up the steps with a bible in his left hand, he raised his right hand and knocked on the door. “In the name of our lord and savior I demand you open this door immediately!” he called out to anyone inside.

Current Day, Rosalyn’s house… (Lust)

Semzhun bit down on her lips until the taste of blood hit her tongue. There were so many delicious looking humans down there. So many men who would happily give their energy for a fantasy came true, so much fun to be had. Sure she was able to pluck up a few men here and there to mess with but she had always had to sneak it by the treaty, Minus the last ten years that had always been the case. With Asmodeous gone these last few years she thought she could finally have some fun but found that she was still bound to the truce. She needed to find her new master and she needed to convince her to let Semzhun have some fun or she was literally going to explode! And not in the good way explode!

Stretching her demonic wings, she took to the skies and headed off towards the location of her new master. Finally spotting it she crossed her arms in front of her face in an X shape and dive bombed straight through one of the windows of the house. Semzhun stood up from the floor and dusted of the shards of glass from her body. “Where are you Master Asmodeous> You and I need to have a nice little chat.” She called out as she went deeper into the house.

Current Day, Lilian’s house… (Humility)

“Madam Lilian? Madam Lilian are you in there?!” Called Jeanne as she knocked on the door several times. Stepping away from the door she stood there with a smile on her face, She began to lightly hum a song to herself as she waited, Patience really wasn’t her strong suit yet she had been waiting for ten years so a few more minutes wouldn’t hurt anything. “Mommy mommy why is the pretty lady in the weird armor?” the voice of a child reached her ears and her face went slight red. Her armor wasn’t weird! Well it wasn’t back in her day… maybe it was a little weird for modern day… besides it’s not like she had anything else to wear. Maybe she shouldn’t have shown up to greet her master in full battle armor. Oh man she really hoped this went well.

Current Day, Meyer’s Residence… (Pride)

Zelbulg stood in front of a Meyer family portrait in their mansions living room. Getting in was simple, he had just needed to blast a hole through the door with a flick of his tail when he was in his true form. He scanned the portrait again and again, it was a nice portrait but it also brought him great sadness. The man in the photo was the last Lucifer, a man that Zelbulg had great respect for. “Master…” he began but fell silent. The little girl in the picture between him and the woman was supposedly their kid who was now supposed to be his new master.

He pulled forth the envelope sealed with a black upside down cross. This letter was given to him by one of the other devil lords. Apparently only the new sins could open it, what was inside it was beyond him. Walking over to a chair he took a seat and leaned back in it. He had made enough noise coming in so now he just needed to wait for his new master to show up.

The room was nearly a small house within itself, and testament to the saying of "cleanliness is next to godliness." Victoria was a clean person, never misplacing a single object and never tolerating a speck of dirt. This was especially true within her own room, she'd spend much of her time in here planning and plotting or simply sulking in a melancholic state; thus; the petite Leon lady kept a large retinue of maids to keep all corners of her house sized room clean.

Of-course this would have cost any 'normal person' a fortune, even if that 'normal person' happened to be a millionaire. Victoria was a step above all others, in-addition to running a lucrative arms manufacturing business that has and will supply many pointless wars, she was blessed with a card that granted her nigh-infinite wealth. And with this, Victoria had become the queen of Earth. Infinite spending power means infinite resources, which meant she could bribe anyone and everyone so long as she found their price.

These deals came with an unseen cost. A bonding of ones soul, normally the Leon lady will bind a politicians soul after making a deal with them, never telling them. To some, she grants the courtesy of informing them of this ritual. This was more apparent with more 'powerful' individuals who would have to give consent. This was no matter, she'd always find something that someone wanted.

And oh did she already have something someone wanted.

Only a complete mastermind could have bypassed her defenses, perhaps his heist would've been a success if it wasn't for her ever-watchful companion, Aron, a rogue angel with a knack for recon. Already did Victoria have her personal PMC on standby, ready to intercept, for her prey wouldn't be easy. The little girl kept her composure with a soft smile on her face, pretending to be pre-occupied with a cup of tea and some decadent pastries. She took a bite from the pastry savoring the filling, she would have to fetch more once this little fiasco was dealt with.

Right next to her chair was a bag, placed in the perfect position for him to snatch. Little did the greedy thief know that bag did not contain what he wanted, instead it contained the spirit of a werewolf, ready to ambush it's prey.

The door opened to reveal a very astonished Georgina holding a stack of "missing pet" posters.

"Oh hey did you find Harold? He's been missing for a few days, poor kitten." She showed Taeun the poster.

In fact, upon closer inspection it would probably be the same cat that the ghoul had just devoured.

For a second, Georgina was quite sure she'd heard him mutter her middle name. That name...was embarrassing to say the least.

It sounded foreign and a few of the more uppity types always seemed to squirm about it.

All this searching for the stupid cat made Georgina hungry for a bucket of seasoned crispy chicken. Oh and maybe an ice cold soda with some biscuits baked with honey and butter.

The chicken tasted best when she could tear it right off the bone. Oh and perhaps afterward a complete meal is never good without a smoke to get her even more hungry!

Lucas Samael Hargrave (Wrath)
Luke stood outside the church during the entire ceremony. He couldn't bear to see Marcus' corpse. Churches weren't really his thing either, any God who had made the world this way was a twit, and Luke didn't have time for fools. No one came to Marcus' funeral, save for a few social workers and some of those who had been in his foster care life.

He wanted to go in. But he was going to say goodbye in another way. Reaching into his pocket, the young man pulled out a bag with an upside down red cross. Cigarette smoke drifted in front of his vision as he examined it. Numerous beatings, countless threats, sleepless nights - but he had finally tracked down where this shit was coming from.

A warehouse on the eastern part of town, long abandoned. Tonight he would see just how abandoned. He stomped out his cigarette and was about to leave when Father Chambers stepped outside.

"Lucas." The man said, his voice gentle but holding back a scolding the boy felt was only minutes away.

"Yo. I know, no smoking, I was just leaving."

"You should be inside. I'm sorry. Marcus was a good kid."

"Nah, he was an aight kid. But he was my best friend. I'll get closure, in my own way."

"Don't do anything stupid, Lucas. Don't act out of grief."

"You were always nice, so I'm not going to be as shitty as I want to be right now. So I'm going to walk away, and you can keep crying over an empty meat suit. I'm going to actually go take care of the problem."

"Luke-"

"Goodbye, pops." Lucas threw a peace sign over his shoulder as he left, surprised he was able to hold his tongue. But Chambers didn't deserve the anger, it wasn't his fault. He'd done everything he could for them their whole lives.

It took him almost 2 hours to get to the warehouse, and by that time it was dark. For all intents and purposes the building looked empty, but Luke knew better. He pulled out the pistol he always kept in the back of his waistband and checked the magazine, made sure the safety was off, and cocked it.

To his surprise, he wasn't nervous at all. He quietly made his way to a side door and checked it. He made his way down a hall, crouched, and into the main area of the warehouse. It was still mostly empty, but a small lab had been set up in the middle, with about four men working it. Three were street dealer looking types, but one was a corporate looking asshole. He barked some orders and left, leaving the cooks to their work.

Luke waited for him to leave before he took a deep breath and raised the gun, walking towards them. The gun barked in the night, and the first shot peeled a little wide, slamming into some of the lab equipment. But the panic had started.

The men tried to take cover, but his second shot buried itself deep in one of their chests, leaving two more. Luke had never killed a man before, he'd expected something different than...euphoria. He felt like he had just ingested DMT. A second man was in the sights of his pistol when someone came from behind him, knocked the gun from his hand.

Then Luke felt the knife pierce his side, and he grunted.

fuck that hurt. He'd been stabbed before, but not that deep. If he was going to die, these assholes were going with him.

He was about to shoot what he assumed was the flammable part of the lab equipment when his vision blurred and he saw red. Then he felt hot, all over, like he had a fever that threatened to kill him.

Maybe the knife was poison?

Then he watched as his flesh began to peel away, leaving just violet flames dancing around exposed bone.

What the hell was happening to him?

The man behind him took a step back. "This dude the devil!" The man shouted, making a run for it.

A voice that was not Lucas answered back, it was using his body, but it was not his voice.

"Scared of a little darkness, Dequan?" The voice was dark, menacing, impossibly deep and distorted. A chain appeared in Luke's hand and shot towards the terrified man, dragging him closer until Luke was on top of him. He was now completely a burning skeleton, there was nothing human remaining in his appearance.

"H-how do you know my name?" the man cried as his pants darkened with terrified urine.

"Tell me about your child porn issues, Dequan. You've never been caught, very impressive."

"I- I can't help it man, its. Its an addiction."

"I have your remedy." The voice said, as the chain wrapped around the man's neck, growing tighter until it popped.

The other two men were standing in terror, unable to move. Luke watched in horror as his body became smoke, and he flew towards one of them, until he was in them. Until he was them.

The second man turned towards the man Luke was now inside. "Dude, I think it's gone, are you ok?"

The voice of the Not-Luke came out of the first man. "You screwed my wife, bustah. I should have done this weeks ago." The second man went to draw his gun, but Not-Luke was faster, shooting the man through his teeth, then in the groin. The man collapsed, writhing in agony as the life drained out of him.

The smoke left the man's body, and the burning skeleton was now standing in front of him.

"Tell the other's that Wrath is coming. Tell them I will consume them and all their wickedness. Tell them this is only the beginning of an unending nightmare."

The first man dropped his gun and ran, screaming into the night.

Lucas blacked out.

He awoke in the garage he worked in, someone banging on the door. Someone asking for him.

Oh shit. He thought, I'm already busted. What the hell happened to me last night?

He stumbled towards the door, wondering why he felt like shit. He opened it and saw a younger man standing there, thinner and sort of cocky looking.

Luke lifted his hand up and saw blood, then remembered he'd been stabbed. He fell to his knees, now examining the man's shoes.

"Help...me..." Luke mumbled, before passing out at the stranger's feet.

Hope Ramiel Fairchild (Kindness)

Earbuds in, humming a rock song under her breath, Hope looked at her reflection in the mirror for a moment as she finished brushing her long pink locks. She smiled, pleased at her work, but didn't admire herself for more than a few seconds, as she wasn't the type to constantly fret over her appearance...mostly at any rate. Like anyone, if her hair was a rat's nest, that simply wouldn't do unless there were more important things to attend to, like helping people. Grabbing the ipod up from the dresser, she twirled once, now fully lost in the song. "You make me feel invincible. The way you laugh...it's like a heavenly choir." She sang, eyes closed as her feet tapped to the beat. She wasn't worried about her mom and brothers hearing her rather tone deaf voice, as she was the only one home at the moment.

She began walking to her bed, intending to lay down and drift off as she listened to one of her favorite Skillet songs, when she heard a voice beyond the music and saw a green light even through her eyelids. Was her family home already? Had she left the tv on? Cracking her eyes open, she looked for the source of the sound, which happened to be in the doorway of her room, and nearly jumped a foot in the air as she saw...saw what was clearly a female, person sized fairy saluting her. Heart hammering, Hope blinked owlishly several times, wondering if she was seeing things. "Uh..." She pulled the earbuds out, her mind racing as the being before her didn't wink out of existence. This was certainly new. And what was this about her being a madam Kindness?

Sensing no open hostility from the fairy, she finally said rather slowly, after regaining control of her voice, "Sorry...but who are you and how did you get in here...?"

Elijah yawned. It was almost noon, and he had only just woken up. He had been busy lately. Between doing the things he had to do since turning 18, working, and mediating the latest drama between his friends, it felt like he hadn't been able to sleep all month. He hoped he'd get to calm down soon. In fact, he'd taken a day off work today for that very purpose. Still in pajamas, he poured himself some cereal. He was 18 now... A frightening and liberating thought. Life hadn't really changed for him, but still. Ah, but he knew not to expect progress too quickly. He never did.

Before he'd even begun eating, someone rang the doorbell. He put down his spoon and headed toward his door. He wasn't exactly in his formal clothes, but he couldn't imagine his visitor would be official enough to warrant him redressing. Hopefully not, at least. Upon opening the door, he felt bizarrely overdressed. In front of him was a smiling woman in an odd outfit. She wore what looked like fantasy armor, and it didn't cover the places he'd have covered. He wasn't a prude, but he wouldn't wear that armor. In the back of his mind, he recognized the outfit as that of a valkyrie. Was there a con going on? In Detroit? No reason to keep wondering when he could just ask. "Sorry, I wasn't expecting company. Who are you?" He tilted his head a little bit.

Pandora Lucifer Meyer (Pride)

'What a bore.' Pandora thought in her mind as she chatted with her group of friends as they left their classroom. Well, friends isn't the right term to describe them as, they were more akin to her followers. They look at her with eyes filled with awe and amazement, like they were looking at a goddess, which isn't exactly wrong. If there's anything these followers share, other than their utter devotion for herself, it would be that they all looked plain and normal. Not one of them could be called beautiful or handsome, and that is what Pandora intends. After all, she would not permit such a person to steal the spotlight.

Of course, this doesn't mean that she's having fun being around them. They are such boring persons. All they do is praise her and agree with her, and while Pandora is delighted that they know their place, it can be so boring at times. She sometimes wishes that a challenger to her throne would appear, someone talented and beautiful, someone smart and charismatic. Of ciurse, Pandora would crush them mercilessly, but still, it would be fun while it lasted.

"Goodbye everyone." She said with a bright smile as she boarded her car. Her followers' had a misture of sadness and joy when she said goodbye to them, making them seem more like loyal dogs than actual people, which wasn't that bad if Pandora says so herself. As soon as she got in, the smile disappeared from her face, her eyes no longer bright and warm. "What a bunch of drooling idiots, this must be how God feels about his worshippers." Pandora said with a sigh.

The driver could hear everything, but Pandora doesn't care. After all, the driver has been a mindless follower since before she was even born. If anything, he represents what those fools would eventually become, a mindless puppet who exists to fulfill their master's wishes. Of course, at this point Pandora had no idea that she had been doing it unconsciously, and that her father had done the same thing as well. Not that anything would change if she knew, she'd probably think of it as normal since she wouldn't even flinch is someone told her that she's a goddess. After all, it would be stranger if she didn't.

Pandora's mood soured even further when she returned home. Well, home sounds really weird when used to refer to the Meyer's residence. It was a grand mansion, it could even compare to some of the expensive hotels around these parts. And to think that the only person who lives here is Pandora. Of course there were the maids, gardeners, drivers, and other servants to maintain the house, but they weren't residents. The servants live in a separate building, which was still bigger and nicer than their own homes.

Anyway, there was a gaping hole where the main door used to be and some maids lay fainted on the otherside with a few wounds. They may have been hit by the debris from the door. None of them died or were seriously injured, they merely fainted from the shock. "Okay asshole, where the fuck are you?" She muttered as she pulled out a gun from her bag, her face showing just how angry she is. Trying to upstage her is one thing, but invading her home? That's something else.

"Search the area for any intruders, check the security cameras as well." She growled to her driver as she entered the mansion. Despite her anger, Pandora remained on guard. These people, whoever they are, are clearly professionals. The gates are littered with guards and the walls are filled with alarms, so to not even alert even a single guard means that they're no street thugs. It's not an inside job either since there would have been no reason to destroy the doors if that was the case.

The first thing anyone would notice when they enter the mansion would be an enormous portrait of her family. It has been years since it was taken, a year or two before her parents died. She still keeps it there as a reminder. It's not out of sentiment, she sure as hell doesn't miss them. It's simoly a reminder that they, people who she acknowledges as the only people who were greater than her, dies just like any other people. In the end, even death takes people like them. A morbid reminder that her rule on this world is finite.

As she was reminiscing, she found that she had no need to look for the intruder. In fact, she was just sitting there near the front door, a weird letter in hand. The man was no one exceptional. He had plain looks and doesn't even look particularly rich or smart. His eyes were dull and lifeless and were the only memorable part of himself. She's not sure if he came alone so she still hadn't lowered her guard.

"Tell me who you are or why you are here, unless you want me to put a bullet between your eyes." She said to him. The threat may sound empty, but Pandora was confident that she could do it without breaking a sweat. After all, she's been at the shooting range since she was 10.

Ian Belphegor Dimare (Sloth)
The sounds of rapid clicking filled the air as Ian's hands flew gracefully and precisely over the keys of his computer. Numbers and letters rapidly filled the screen in front of him as he entered in numerous lines of semi-complicated coding. Other than the swift motions of his hands, his body was still; unnaturally so. To others, it would appear as though his body had entered some form of stasis. Of course, there was never anybody around Ian to notice his odd behavior. Empty boxes of Chinese take-out sat idly in a waste bin to his left, offering him a reminder that he had eaten at least one meal for the day. That's plenty. I'll be good for some sleep as soon as this is over, he thought to himself. Exhaustion crawled its way up his back and threatened to strangle him. He had only gotten ten hours of sleep last night, after all.

With a final press of the enter key, his work had been solidified onto his hard drive. The laptop on the floor in front of him was oddly expensive for a man of Ian's social status. Sleek black metal lined the frame, and green LED's shined through the otherwise pitch black apartment. Ian's laptop let out a mechanical snapping sound as he folded it shut and the mechanisms inside locked it in place. Sliding it out of the way, Ian lied back onto the surprisingly clean mattress he had been sitting on. Time for some rest, he thought.

Sleep was one of the most pleasant experiences imaginable for Ian. It came with the benefits of being dead, but with none of the commitment. While asleep, he had no responsibilities. No nagging coworkers, no judging eyes. It works out in both his favor, and in the favor of everyone around him. Ian didn't have to deal with anyone else's problems, and nobody had to worry about a random sleep-deprived eighteen year old. This sleep was a particularly deep one. While he couldn't quiet make out what was happening, he was certainly having a nice dream. That is, until his eyes were forced open with a loud noise.

It didn't take long for Ian to comprehend what was happening. Someone had just busted down his door. Turning his eyes to face the perpetrator, his lazy faze was unimpressed at the large man entering his home uninvited. As if by reflex, his brain began to fire on all cylinders. I could take him down without getting up. Make him fall asleep. Of course, then there'd be an unconscious man on my floor. I'd have to do something about that. I could call the cops, but then the cops would be running around my apartment. This is so annoying. Why? Why did this have to happen? I just wanted some fucking sleep. Ian's thoughts came screeching to a halt as the man spoke.

"My number two? Do I look like the type to make friends?" Great. Not only was Ian's house broken into, but it was broken into by a lunatic. "Look, I don't have much in here's that worth anything. Just turn around, and shut the door behind you when you leave. I'm tired."

Clink, Currently at Leon residence…

Clink didn’t really pay attention to the massive room at first. Instead the man silently made his way towards the purse sitting next to the girl in the chair. As he was getting closer he prepared to snatch the purse and make a run for it, but something stopped him. He sniffed the air once, other than the material that made up the bag he could smell no valuables inside. Memories of the last time he tried to break into mammon’s vault all those years ago raced through his mind. He was not about to play that game again. Standing straight up he raised his hands in surrender. “Well played mini Mammon.” Complemented Clink as his voice carried through the room. If she didn’t know he was there before she would now.

Deciding to ignore the cat, his gaze locked onto the girl. She smelled familiar, she smelled comforting, she smelled of Beelzebub. “Beelzebub” Murmured Taeun as he reached into his labcoat to grab something. When he pulled his arm back out a yellow envelope with a green upside down cross in the center was in his hand. He held the letter out to the girl, “For you, Beelzebub.” He told her.

Truc, Currently at a garage in Detroit…

Truc looked down at the crumbled form of Wrath bleeding out on the ground. “You’re kidding me, right?” He asked the quickly fading man. Letting out an annoyed string of curses he picked up wrath and brought him inside. He dropped Lucas onto the first available surface he could see and removed any clothing from the still open wound. Holding out a finger he watched the finger catch fire and palced it against the wound. The wound sizzled and then the flame went out. “Of course you’re immune to fire. Why do you have to keep making my job harder than it has to be? “Complained Truc as he disappeared to go look for supplies.

A few minutes later he returned with a bottle of water, some ducktape, and pads of gauss. He opened the bottle of water and poured over the wound to wash it out. Next, he placed the pads against the wound, tore off a piece of ducktape, and literally put duct tape on top of the pad effectively duck tapping the pad down on top of the wound. That was a good enough job, and it would probably sting like hell when he tried to take it off. Sounds like a win for Truc. With a pleases smile on his face he raised his right hand and brought it down on a karate chop onto Lucas’s head. It wouldn’t have enough force to do a lot of damage but enough force to wake up Lucas.

“How did I get in here?” Fae repeated Hope’s question. “Well that’s easy! I did this” she exclaimed. There was another flash of green light and Fae was back into her little green light form. The green light zipped around the room, doing loops in the air, going in and out of the vent, before finally returning back to its original spot and returning to Fae’s human size with another flash of light.”As for who I am.. “Suddenly Fae spun in a quick circle and stopped after she had turned a full 360 degrrees. She held out her hands to Hope holding a white envelope marked with a golden cross. “I am Fae Breeze, your fairy servant/comapion or whatever you want to call me. I bring a message from a sorta kinda friend.”

“I am the Valkyrie Frey Karlsen” responded Frey as she pushed past Elijah and entered the house. Looking around she scratched her chin in thought. “Hmm this is kind of a shabby place for the angel of death to live in.” she commented. “It’s also a little cheerier then the last place I remember. Maybe it’s the change in personal taste” she said to herself still looking around. Walking farther into the house she made her way into the kitchen. She took a seat at the table and sat down, slouching down into the chair. “Ahh it feels nice to sit down after such a long flight.” She sighed happily. “Come and sit master Azreal!”

He raised the letter and held it out to her. “This is for you. Open it and prove that your worthy of your father’s name. If your able to open it then I will answer your questions. If you can’t, then I will kill you here and you can die knowing. you were a failure.” The gun she held didn’t concern him in the least. Luke woke up with a sudden pain in his head, and tried to sit up but his movement was restricted by a whole bunch of tape wound around his wound.

Not a cop, not an EMT either.

The man who had just smacked him across the head was about Luke's height, with a dark mop of hair and a shit eating grin on his face. Luke had seen people with that face before. He didn't trust them, it meant they were always up to their ears in lies or schemes. Or they were just plain bloodthirsty.

Luke's eyes burned violet for a moment, smoke coming out of them, and he heard the voice of the creature from last night in his head.

"This is Truc. Servant of Wrath."

"Truc?" Luke lit a cigarette and scowled. "How did you find me and what do you want?"

He exhaled smoke and gingerly touched his side.

"Also, thanks. But what the fuck is happening to me?"

She was making less sense as time went on. He looked outside for a car, to find none parked outside. She mentioned a flight. Did she walk from the airport? He closed the door and followed her to the kitchen, sitting down across from her. "Sorry that it's cramped, Frey. I haven't exactly been able to buy a new house lately." He shook his head. There was a more important issue. "Perhaps there's been some sort of clerical error. My middle name is Azrael, but I'm not actually the angel of death. If I was, I'd be either busy or in heaven, not in Detroit." Of course, she probably wasn't looking for the real angel of death. She was just really dedicated to not breaking character. It did seem a bit odd to mix Christianity with Norse mythology, but who was he to judge? "My name is Elijah. A human."

When he pulled his arm back out a yellow envelope with a green upside down cross in the center was in his hand. He held the letter out to the girl, “For you, Beelzebub.” He told her.

"Ugh, can you not use that name." Georgina sighed. She hated that name just as much as she hated her first name. Why her father had to give her two terrible names never made sense, but at least their last name sounded normal enough. "Jeez, Marion is going to kill me if I don't find that stupid cat."

Grabbing the letter, she quickly opened it, reading it with a sense of...disbelief. What the heck was this letter talking about? It didn't made sense and the address...Lord of Gluttony?

To the lord of Gluttony

Congratulations and happy belated birthday. It is my pleasure to inform you that you are the new sin of Gluttony and a lord of hell. Inside this envelope you will find two golden plane tickets. If you wish to know more about who you are, what you are, and how your parents died then please take the plane designated on the ticket to Washington D.C. and then take the other designated plane to Berlin. Once you arrive the man standing in front of you will lead you to me. I look forwards to meeting you.

-M

P.S. In case you don’t already know this the man standing in front of you is a ghoul. His name is Taeun and I highly suggest keeping anything with flesh out of his hands or it will be devoured. Enjoy!

"Uh," She chuckled, shaking her head. "I think you've gotten me confused there buddy...I mean...uhh...Ta-Ta...I'm going to call you Tom alright?" She set the letter down. Part of her wondered why he was wearing a lab coat and also why...he looked like he was stitched together. Maybe he was one of those mad scientists or some weirdo down the street.

"Ummm, but yeah I think this is the wrong letter. Maybe the same middle name." She chuckled nervously, trying of course to reach her phone and dial 911. In fact, she'd almost reached it when she realized she'd probably have to do a tox scan and that of course meant they'd find an entire smorgasbord of drugs in her system.

"But yeah, anyway." Georgina chuckled. "I gotta actually uh...head to work yeah...I gotta-"

"Hey Georgina!" Someone shouted. Of all the fucking people to come, Frank Cilantro was not the person Georgina wanted to see.

"Oh uh Frank!" Georgina plastered on a fake smile. "What a surprise uh...have you seen Marion's missing-"

"Forget the cat." Frank had two goons by his side, and if Georgina could name them one would be Butt-head and Ass-face. Her own sadistic mind imagined tying them all together and locking them in a cage like the rest of her annoying problems but sadly, Frank was at least two feet taller and much more...stronger.

"Where's my money?" Frank sighed. "You owe me."

"Frank I told you I could pay you at school." Georgina smiled, her eyes staring at the ghoul that seemed to be in some sort of trance...or was it a creeper stare? She couldn't be sure but this was getting awkward.

"Who the heck is this? Your meth-head uncle?" Frank stared at Taeun. "Georgina where's my money?"

"I totally have it. Just not here, Frankie!" Georgina tried again before Frank slammed his foot on the pavement.

"I swear Georgina, you can act like that goody-little choir girl all you want but money is money and it's time to pay up! I almost got busted y'know?"

"Oh come on." Georgina rolled her eyes. "Frankie, you're not serious now are you? For one thing, those so-called edibles you got me are basically free on the streets and they tasted like shit. You know it, and I know it."

"Oh if they tasted so bad, where is it then?" Frank crossed his arms.

"Uh, I dunno." Georgina raised her arms. "But c'mon Frank. I said I'll pay you. Why don't we come back here. My parents are out, probably cheating on each other. We can do some LSD in the back, hmmm? I've got ecstasy pills from Martha if you-"

"I don't want to do drugs right now you little shit."

"How about some KFC then? You got the munchies?" Georgina offered.

"Listen bitch, stop with the mind games and gimme my money." Frank was closing his fist.

"You wouldn't hit a-" Bang! The fist contacted her eye and sent Georgina flying on the floor. Apparently, Frank was on something if he broke that rule.

"Fuck Frank." Georgina spat. "What the fuck?"

"I'm sick and tired of your little games." Frank walked towards her. "Gimme my money by tomorrow or else."

---------------------------------------

(Spoiler: Gore ahead)

The blood in her mouth...made Georgina's senses tingle like she'd sniffed cocaine for the first time. The rush of blood made her feel...different. Powerful, as if she had the biggest craving she'd ever had.

It was only recently that these cravings occurred for her. The desire to consume more or pick more fights. Normally, she'd have just rummaged through her step-dad's wallet to procure some quick cash but this...this was more interesting. And Frank...was starting to look more and more like a bucket of chicken.

After all, Frank had cheated her. Given her bad goods when she'd promised good money. Why did she have to pay him if he didn't deliver?

"Frankie..." She stood up, smiling devilishly. "Frankie... Frankie did you always looks this...good?"

"What?" Frank turned around, alarmed. "The hell are you talking about?" He still looked like the sleazy drug dealer on the corner of 43rd but for some reason, it was like looking at a bucket of the best fried chicken in the world. Seasoned with drugs and all manner of toxic waste to make him appear even more delectable.

Beelzebub was inching ever so closer, her teeth growing sharper, her mind losing any sense of reason. "I just want a little taste."

"Taste...of what?" Frank shook his head. "You giving me weird looks, 'gina."

"I said gimme a taste!" Beelzebub sank her teeth in Frank's arm, eliciting a scream of pain as he tried to shake her off.

"You bitch!" But Beelzebub, if she got away with it, wouldn't stop there. She was going to devour him. The drugs in his system tasted like spices mixed with succulent, juicy flesh. She'd never tasted something so raw and good before.

"Mmm." She tore a shred of his arm off. "This offering is much better than your previous one."

"Aghhhh! Help me!" Frankie was screaming at the top of his lungs, begging his two lackeys to do something. But both boys were simply too shocked to run. Georgina...didn't look like herself.

The look of stupidity on her face was replaced with an cannibalistic hunger and she was digging right into Frank's body like a hungry parasitic worm.

At this point, it was only a guess what Taeun would do.

Clutched between two shaking hands, a shade-less metal lamp readied itself for self-defense. Platinum blond hair hung loosely from a head, which peeked over a door frame revealing two full cosmic blue eyes. These orbs were transfixed on the front door and the relentless knocking which came from the other side. Bare feet tiptoed around shattered glass sprawled across the wooden floor as a black cord trailed behind. A petite frame covered in a plaid pink and gray pajama set inched forward like a curious cat, sneaking up on a foreign object to get a closer look. Ever so cautious, she stood in the middle of the living room in the same stance as a baseball player concentrating on the pitcher would. Instead of imposing, it looked as though a stiff breeze could blow the young women over.

“W-What do you want?!” Ari intended to say but nothing escaped her mouth except for a faint squeak.

Even though she knew it wasn’t him behind that door, memories of last night’s horrifying incident remained. The chaotic events were displayed throughout the house from a broken mirror to an end table smashed in two. All that remained of the thief was a worn boot and the image of his face as it morphed into fear upon Ari’s transformation. That had been the first time something of this nature had ever transpired; both the robbery and metamorphosis. She wasn’t fully sure what happened or what she was but somehow she protected herself last night. Piercing light had illuminated every inch of a shadowed house, blinding the intruder who had broken in. That same light had shot out from her, changing her very form to something not of this world.

“I am not home.” Delicate words were caught between trembles.

While approaching the pale blue door the lamp cord became tangled under an overturned piece of furniture, pulling her back, and accidentally causing her to step on the edge of a sharp picture frame. Abruptly, an anguished shout could be heard from inside the house. The tiny blonde limped the rest of the way after she exhaled sharply, exhausted from this mornings adventure. Attempting to walk the short distance from the bedroom to the front door had never been so painstaking.

“...If you have a letter you can just slip it through really quick when I open the door... Ready?” She said, peeking through one of the frosted glass windows beside the door like a creeper.

Fingers unlatched a simple lock, but the weapon was on standby in her right hand – just in case. Instead of waiting for the stranger to hand over the envelope like she previously asked, Ari snatched the contents and slammed the door shut in the women’s face with lightening speed. Darkened brows arched as she tilted her head to the side suddenly. What had she just seen? Was she being invited to a Little Witch Academia convention? That could be the only explanation for the character standing in front of her house dressed as such.

“Uh, thank you I guess. You can go now.” Ari advised while sliding a teal painted fingernail through the top of the letter.

Congratulations and happy belated birthday. It is my pleasure to inform you that you are the new virtue of temperance and an angel. Inside this envelope you will find two golden plane tickets. P.S. The person who delivered this letter is a witch, yes the kind that can do magical spells. She has a bit of a temper. Enjoy!

Eyes widened but continued to repeatedly backtrack over the same word.

Angel.

'ComicCon is really in need of participants huh,' she thought. Ari had not applied to be a part of the cosplay competition this year. In actuality, she hadn’t been brave enough to don a costume and attend by herself yet. Her church friends would certainly have something negative to say on the matter. So, she never went. The question remained: How did the judges know she wanted to go as Belldandy from Ah! My Goddess though?

“Who are you people?” She inquired with a bit of skepticism in her otherwise soft voice.

“I’ve had one he-” Words stopped mid sentence before she whispered the rest, glancing around the room in paranoia. “One hell of a birthday so far.”

Unexpectedly, visions of ivory feathers fluttering through flowery air caused Ari to truly consider the letter she had just read. Perhaps this oddly dressed girl held the answers to what happened on her birthday hour. Until she received some information up front, she was not opening the door or going anywhere with this, this, so called witch. Ari decided right then and there that she was ready to take this seriously and listen without hesitation.

“Alright, you better tell me something that makes sense, or so help me.”

Rosalyn Asmodeus Belmont (Lust)
With a click, Rose dripped her pen and closed her exercise book, she glanced over at the TV mounted on the wall. 1:45. Though her roommates were avid party goers, it was unusual for them to return any later than eleven. But then again it was Lana's 18th birthday, apparently her mother gave her permission to 'get wild' along with a platinum credit card. Mother. The word had become so unfamiliar to her. It used to give her so much hope, and then so much disappointment. But after three foster homes and many unsuccessful adoption attempts later, she could no longer feel that intense emotion attached to the word. Rose often wondered where that woman was, perhaps she's sailing across the world alongside some rich old man who's wife is completely oblivious of her husband's love affair; perhaps she's scrubbing the solid gold toilet of a billionaire, using the good ol' seductive maid trick to work her way into the sheets; or perhaps, she's dead, her corpse rotting away in a small, messy apartment...

The abrupt sound of glass shattering brought Rose out of her fiendish thoughts. Break-ins were something of norm in this part of town, desperate losers looting for gambling money, drug addicts who are really scrapping the bottom to get their daily dose of delusory. It's almost essential to have some self defense. She quietly exited her room, one hand gripped tightly onto her hockey stick and the other hand pressed against the wall as she felt her way through the darkness. The noise came from downstairs, but she was too scared to move any closer to the staircase. The tiny voices in her head screamed at her, and they were right, she could've locked herself in her room and called the police. But it was too late now, the coolness of the tiles under her bare feet were replaced by the rough textured wood. Every placement of her feet caused the planks to creak, these normally unnoticeable sounds were now loud as day. Rose made her way down the stairs and into the foyer, next to the front door hung a mirror and through it she could vaguely make out the backside of the intruder. "Hey you! " she announced her presence, with a tad more confident in her tone as she figured the intruder was most likely a female; though she wasn't going let her guard down, because with an outfit like that, who knows which mental hospital this one escaped from.

Truc stepped back as Lucas sat up. Seeing this discomfort in the kids face made Truc smirk. When Lucas asked what was going on Truc pulled the letter from his pocket and held it out for Sam. “Finding you was a pain in the ass. As for what’s happening, well read this letter and you should get a beginning of an idea.” Truc told him.

With a wide smile on his face he watched as Georgina began to devour the brats arm. Turning to face the terrified lackies Tauen stepped forwards wit unnatural speed. His arms shot out and he grabbed the boys by the neck, raising them off their feet. He smiled at the boys revealing inhumanly sharp teeth. The terrified boys clutched desperately at Tauen’s hands as they tried to free themselves, but the man’s grip was to firm.

“Do to the treaty I’m not supposed to eat humans… but right now the treaty doesn’t apply and my master is already feasting… I might as well have a little snack.” He chuckled lightly as he tightened his grip. Saliva dripped onto his hands as the boys began to foam at the mouth, the sounds of struggle growing fainter. “Don’t worry little ones… all will be well… rest now and enjoy your eternal slumber…” he whispered as the last signs of life faded from their eyes. Turning towards the open door of the Dawson household he dragged their bodies inside and left them in the living room. He tore one arm free from one of the corpses and took it outside. Sitting on the porch he began to gnaw on the arm as he watched his master feast. It was good to watch the masters work once more.

Victoria Leviathan Malvolia
"I can't believe you! Four years we've been together and now I find out you've been sleeping with Jeff! What does Jeff have that I don't?! Answer me!" A man yelled, openly causing a scene with who seemed to be his girlfriend in the middle of the street. Victoria took the opportunity to squeeze past a few business-type gentlemen that had stopped to watch the scene. She bumped into one of them, and fell to her knees. As she fell down she noticed something fall from the man's jacket. Naturally she pocketed it before he could see.

"My apologies miss, here, let me help you up." The man she'd bumped into said. She almost gagged, but contained her distaste in hopes of further gain.
"Thank you.." she mumbled, sounding dazed and holding on to him with both hands. She wrapped her fingers around his watch and undid it, palming it with her left before leaning into him because she "lost her balance".

"Sorry." She mumbled, then hurried away with her head down. A pathetic display, sure, but it's hard to put on a show when the very look of someone fills you with a seething rage. Business people were some of the worst, and deserved what was coming to them. Once she got a good distance away she took a look at the watch. Black and Gold Rolex, of course. She looked at what had fallen from the man's jacket. His wallet! What a stroke of luck. She rifled through it for valuables. Over three hundred bucks in cash, an ID, two debit cards, his social, and proof of insurance. She took most everything out and tossed the wallet aside. She would take everything from him, soon enough.

With a bit more spring in her step she hurried home, enjoying the beautiful sound of fights breaking out as she passed by. There was a reason Chicago had a bad reputation, this was probably a factor. She pulled her key out of her pocket and walked up the flight of stairs to her apartment. The door swung open with a bit of difficulty. The hinges were old and crusted over, in desperate need of replacing. She shut the door and set her jacket on a hook. It wasn't special, just a dark inconspicuous jacket with a hood. The only nice part was that it was waterproof.

She walked over to the fridge and grabbed a cola, enjoying the crisp 'psh' when she opened it. Then she turned to the intruder on her couch she'd noticed when she opened the fridge.
"You wanna tell me what the hell it is that you're doing on my couch or do I need to get my gun?" She asked, putting her hand on her purse and wrapping her fingers around the cold steel of her Ruger LC380. Well, it was "hers" in the sense that she'd "found" it, but that was beside the point.

Elijah paused a moment, staring at the envelope. She seemed pretty set on him being Azrael. In the back of his mind, he wondered if she was right. She probably wasn't, but his gut told him she was. She was also a bit cavalier about the deaths of his ancestors. Nevertheless, he took the letter. Part of him felt bad about opening what might be someone else's mail, but she seemed pretty certain that he was the recipient. He opened the envelope, revealing, as expected, a letter. Two tickets were also in there, but he set them aside. The letter read thus:

"To the Angel of Patience

Congratulations and happy belated birthday. It is my pleasure to inform you that you are the new virtue of patience and an angel. Inside this envelope you will find two golden plane tickets. If you wish to know more about who you are, what you are, and how your parents died then please take the plane designated on the ticket to Washington D.C. and then take the other designated plane to Berlin. P.S. The woman who delivered this letter is the Valkyrie Frey. She is a little over the top but I’m sure you will get along well. Enjoy!"

Sure enough, the tickets were to D.C. and Berlin. The contents of the letter confused him. Well, the content was straightforward enough, but he was suspicious of it. The angel of patience? He considered himself a patient person, the fact that he let Frey in at all should prove that, but he wasn't so conceited as to call himself an angel. And how his father died? His father died on a business trip. Though, he supposed, he never knew how his father died exactly. And who was M? This didn't answer many questions. Yet, his father and himself both had Azrael as middle names, and here was someone calling him the angel of death. It was an odd coincidence. How could these people even know that? He looked back at Frey. "Would you like a drink?" he asked. "You must have come a long way."

As befitting someone of her status, Gluttony didn't wait for Taeun to finish the others. She ate everything, down to the bone and eventually, any evidence of the three goons were wiped away.

"Oh yes...it is good to be back my servant." Gluttony smiled, before passing out on the floor.

-------------------

When Georgina woke up, her head was stinging as if she'd just received the worst hangover since high school. Looking at Taeun, she saw that he was happily munching on an arm.

Wait what? Screaming at the top of her lungs, Georgina tried to stand up and run, but slipped on her back. That was when she noticed all the blood on her hands. "Did he...eat me?" Georgina thought fearfully.

However, a quick check of her body ensured all organs and limbs were in place. So she was alive...for now.

"Taeun, where's Frankie? And his friends." Although Georgina felt they both knew the answer. This crazy maniac had probably eaten them. Jeez, at this point it might be worth going to jail if she was away from this freak.

Evan Gabriel Millard
Evan sat back and stared at the birdhouse he'd just put up. The branch he was sitting on bowed a little but that was fine, he wasn't in any danger yet. He climbed up the tree a little and sat against it, taking in the view and watching the street below. A neighbor passed by, noticed him and waved. He waved back, a satisfied smile on his face. For now he would relax, and watch over the street.

He heard a small cry from above him, and climbed up the tree to investigate. A bird's nest, with a small chick inside. The neat looked old, and the other eggs in the nest were broken. He grabbed the chick and wrapped it up in his jacket, then slowly made his way down the tree. After a ten minute descent he took the chick inside and found some seed. Hopefully that would work? He wasn't entirely sure. Time for internet!
He stepped over to his computer, keeping an eye on the chick while it booted up. Too bad it was slow, guess it'd just take a little longer. He sat back and waited, watching the chick as he did.

Hope Ramiel Fairchild (Kindness)

As the fairy now known as Fae Breeze preformed acrobatic tricks in the air, Hope's already big purple eyes widened to the size of saucers and her jawed dropped slightly in amazement. Once the fairy had returned to her original spot and was human size again, Hope blurted, "That was amazing! I guess you really are real. But my servant? That seems a little..." She trailed off, eyeing the letter in the other female's hands and seeing who it was addressed to, an Angel of Kindness, she thanked the girl before taking the envelope into her own hands. She felt the material for a moment. It felt real, solid. Either this was a really good dream or some wicked hallucination brought on by something, like maybe she had accidentally inhaled fumes of a cleaning product while she was making the house look nice earlier. She doubted it was the latter though, at least she hoped. Shaking her head free of those thoughts, she muttered a quiet and determined, "alright then", and opened the letter carefully with curious eyes. It read:

To the Angel of Kindness

Congratulations and happy belated birthday. It is my pleasure to inform you that you are the new virtue of Kindness and an angel.

-M

P.S. the woman who delivered this letter is the fairy Fae breeze. For warning don’t make her fight unless you want to see the most depressed fairy in existence. Enjoy!

Hope's brow furrowed. She was just a tad skeptical of this whole thing still, even though Fae seemed nice enough. Various terms raced through her head, having caught her attention. Angel of Kindness. Virtue. Who and what you are. How your parent died. Even so, all of them struck some undeniable chord in her, in particular the last one. It was widely known that her father had been proclaimed as dead and missing, and yet...How could this be a coincidence? There was a fairy in front of her too, for God's sake. And she wanted to know more from however this M person was. The tickets looked authentic too...Nodding to both herself and Fae, Hope said after a long moment, "I trust you, Fae and its nice to meet you. Even though this all seems a little crazy." She scratched the back of her head sheepishly, glancing at the fairy before her. "Lemme get packed real fast and I'll be ready to go." She also needed to leave a note so her family wouldn't worry, some little white lie along the lines of her going to a friends house. "Do you...How long will we be gone?" She asked, walking a few steps to her closet, and then suddenly tripped over her own two feet. "Not again!" She cried, extending her arms out to break her fall. Unfortunately for her, her head still banged against the closet. Not that hard, but enough that Hope saw stars for a moment. "Yeah...this definitely isn't a dream...." She whimpered in pain and realization as she rubbed the bump on her head, before jumping back on her feet. "I'm A-Okay!" Hope said hastily with a smile. Even as she said it, the pain started to recede as soon as her fingers touched her own forehead...

Pandora Lucifer Meyer (Pride)

Pandora had to admit, the guy was starting to unnerve her. Not because he looked threatening or anything. It's the fact that he could nonchalantly continue having a conversation with a gun pointed at him. Even if the guy has someone else with him, maybe with a gun pointed at Pandora herself, a normal person wouldn't be able to stay calm and not even show a hint of anxiety or fear. This guy, he's not a regular person. The only people Pandora knew that could do this are either people who've killed a lot, had nothing left to lose, or was hoping for death. None of those mean anything good for her.

Pandora's musing was cut short when she heard the strange man's reply. 'Failure... me?' The thought got stuck in her head. She, the perfect and glorious Pandora, fail? It sounded so impossible and unreal that her brain just couldn't comprehend it. This was the first time that the word fail was ever used in conjuction with herself. At the same time, the confusion gave way to a different sort of emotion. Rage. Pure and cold hatred and rage filled her mind as the words kept replaying in her mind. She felt that she'd start going crazy, hearing the word failure over and over again.

"Me, fail?" She asked the detestable man, her voice hollow and empty. Her shoulders started shaking as a cold and harsh laughter seeped through her lips. She dropped the gun as she held her stomach, her laughter becoming more uncontrollable and more insane. After a while, Pandora stood straight and looked right into the man's eyes as she smiled coldly. "Don't make me laugh." She said as she yanked the letter from the man's hand and she read the letter.

To the Lord of Pride

Congratulations and happy belated birthday. It is my pleasure to inform you that you are the new sin of pride and a lord of hell. Inside this envelope you will find a golden plane tickets. If you wish to know more about who you are, what you are, and how your parents died then please take the plane designated to Berlin. Once you arrive the man standing in front of you will lead you to me. I look forwards to meeting you.

-M

P.S. The man who delivered this letter is a Wyren raised by the original Lucifer. His name is Zelbulg and once you get him to accept you then he should become a fine companion for the sin of pride. Enjoy!

While most people would have expressed disbelief at the contents of the letter, Pandora showed the opposite. A genuine grin spread across her face as she read the letter all over again. 'Finally, an affirmation of my superiority.' She thought to herself. She knew that she was special to begin with, honestly, anyone with a working brain wiuld clearly see that Pandora is more superior than they are. However, in the end she's still one of them, a stupid and frail human like everyone else. But this, this makes everything different.

Now, Pandora has a birthright, she now has proof of her superiority to others. She has been entitled since birth to be better than everyone else, and that fills her with a joy unlike anything she has ever felt before. A true goddess, that was what she was. She was so enraptured by the taught that it wouldn't be strange if she had an orgasm just from reading it again. She wouldn't though, because no one was worthy of seeing her throes of delight other than herself, not even this man.

Her mood soured a bit when looking at this man. While not at her level, he was clearly not a human either and this just didn't sit right with her. Well, at least he looks normal and boring, there's that at least. "So, I'm guessing you can't tell me who M is?" She asked the man as she headed towards her room to pack. Well, she didn't really need him to answer. She could somewhat guess who M is, though there's still a chance of her being wrong so she decided to stay silent.

Another thing that bothered was what the letter referred to her by, Lord of Pride. Which means that if she's right, which she always is, it most definitely refers to the Seven Deadly Sins. Which means that there are seven others like her. She quickly pushed the thought away, deeming herself as superior over the other six sins. After all, Pride is the deadliest of sins. It even caused an angel to rebel against the Lord Almighty.

"Shall we go?" She asked the strange man, Zelbulg. He's supposed to be her servant, but it seems like she needs to earn the right to be his master. No matter, after all, everything she wants, she gets.

Lilian was putting her clothes on until something stopped her she heard very loud knocking at her door 'Who could that be?' she wondered. When she finished putting on her clothes the knocking stopped "Oh looks like they left. But I should look just in case" she opened her room door and walked downstairs. She took a breath and opened the door to see a woman with armor on smiling at her. Lilian didn't know who she was but she was hoping she would find out. "Uh can I help you" she asked with a confused smile.

Victoria Mara Leon

“Well played mini Mammon.”

Mini Mammon? Oh my. He mentioned Lady Leon's size. Victoria remained still and seated, taking another bite out of her pastry. For all eighteen years of her life she had ate and ate food and she hadn't grown an inch. Well in-truth, she had experience being of a... larger size. Inadvertently, Victoria had discovered her-- alternative form? This led to her preforming much research and ordering all her military and business assets to preform monitoring of various locations, through much scrutiny and her angelican companion, Aron, she had pinpointed this meeting.

Of-course Lady Leon had no idea what the point of this meeting was and she had only began to understand the "supernatural." Now, Lady Leon, would figure out what in the blazes of hell was going on.

Lady Leon stood from her chair raising her right hand in a slow and purposeful manner, in a swift motion the room was swarmed with soldiers from all manners of areas. Trap doors in the walls, the windows, and of-course the entrance too. There'd almost certainly be no escape.

The small petite girl turned around her chair and passed up Clinks for the moment, she was more interested in one of the soldiers entering the room with his rifle trained on Clinks. "Ah, stand down Aron" Lady Leon said in a posh voice.

"Alright now what in the heavens do we do with him?" Aron spoke with a powerful voice that demanded respect, he lowered his rifle.

"First Aron," Victoria looked him dead in the eyes, "Report the damages this... miscreant has caused."

"A few busted locks, two tied up soldiers with stolen wallets, and a singular unconscious maid... Marcella in particular," Aron gritted his teeth sensing his masters dissatisfaction.

With a sigh Lady Leon put her hands behind her back and rounded around in-front of Clink, "If you weren't so talented you might have caused severe damage to my property and assets," Leon nodded at Aron, "Aron cease that letter from his hand and read it to me."

Aron ceased the letter and began to read...

To the lord of Greed

Congratulations and happy belated birthday. It is my pleasure to inform you that you are the new sin of Greed and a lord of hell. Inside this envelope you will find two golden plane tickets. Victoria stood with a sense of composure with a single nod. "Aron, put an immediate trace on those plane tickets and find the location of the meeting point," then the petite girl raised her soft voice to a harsher tone, "And now men, cease this intruder!"

Iris, Currently at Victoria’s apartment…

As the door creaked open cocky grin crossed iris’s face. She couldn’t wait to see Leviathans reaction. Her eyes locked onto the blonde hair girl and followed her movement as the girl went to the fridge, No reaction yet. The blonde girl opened a soda and took a drink… still no reaction. Finally the girl turned around and acknowledged iris’s presence. Really? Just a simple threat? That’s all she got! Iris’s cocky grin turned sour and she stood up from the couch. “I knew you were hopeless without me but seriously? You just come home see a random person sitting on your couch, a random person with wings mind you.” Her wings flapped once to show that they were real, “And all you have is a minor threat to greet them with. What kind of reaction is that.” Hissed Iris.

Frey, Currently at Elijah’s house…

Frey shook her head to show she would pass on the drink. “Thank you very much for the offer Master Azrael but we need to leave soon. We need to get you to Berlin as soon as possible. Every minute we wait could mean we get discovered and they end up showing up. If that happened then we would be trouble.” She told him. “Are you ready to leave now?” she asked him.

Taeun, Currently at Dawson residence…

Tauen watched in amusement as Georgina screamed and fell onto the blood stricken floor. This girl was amusing in her human form if nothing else. “The two lackies made a decent snack, actually they were quite filling. Of course, the taste was ruined by the drugs in their system but a meal is a meal. As for the one called Frankie.” He stood up and tossed the arm to the side, walking over to Georgina he crouched down and poked her stomach. “He would be somewhere in this bottomless pit you sins of gluttony call a stomach.” Standing up again he began to walk to the door. Stopping before he left he looked back at her. “You have already broken the rules and drawn attention to yourself by devouring the one called Frankie. Unless you want to die by an angel’s blade I suggest you come with me. Of course, the choice is yours master Beelzebub.”

Vigil, Eran’s house…

Vigil was beginning to grow bored as movement in the room he was watching caused him to sit up. It looked like his target was finally in his room. Staying still he continued to observe for a moment. It looked like Eran wasn’t doing anything. That meant he would probably stay in one place. He raised his right arm until it was at a nighty degree angel with his body. Adjusting his aim slightly up he flexed his index finger and the sids of his gloves slid open to reveal he was wearing a wrist crossbow. Taking a bolt from a quiver on his waist he slid it into the crossbow. He flexed his finger again and the crossbow fired.

With a slight whistle, the bolt went flying through the air. It smashed through the glass window of Eran’s room and impaled itself into the wall opposite of the window. Hanging from the back of the bolt was a white letter with a gold cross.

Fae, Currently at Hope’s house…

“Oh careful master!” Fae said in a worried in voice. So far from her observation Hope looked like a bit of a Klutz, hopefully that wasn’t the case all the time. “Umm well how long we will be gone will depend. If we don’t end up dieing then it could be a long time or a really short time. It depends what Lord Jegu, Lady Murie, and Mr. M have planned for us.” She answered in her cheerful voice despite the fact she started the sentence with assuming they don’t die. “Oh, and if you have any questions feel free to ask them while we are on our way to berlin! After all your wish is my command!”

Zelbulg, Currently at Meyer residence...

Zelbulg couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow at Pandora’s reaction to the letter. Her being able to open it proved that she was indeed the new lucifer, but even so that reaction was just creepy. She looked like she was about to explode in ways he really didn’t care enough to see. Of course, he didn’t care enough to interrupt her moment of self-pleasure so he sat there in silence, waiting for her to comprehend what she had read.

When she moved to pack he made no move to follow her, instead he remained seated until she returned. “The only thing you need to know about M right now is that he is one of the very few reasons why you aren’t dead. The rest you will figure out on your own once you meet him.” He responded in a bored tone. Standing up he took one last look up at the family portrait before beginning to walk away. “Before we go t meet M there is one more person who wants to meet you. He has requested that we meet him at the airport along with the others so we will wait there until they arrive. Once gathered up we will go to Berlin. It’s a pain but it’s safer that way.” Zelbulg explained his voice sounding more on edge then before.

Clink, Currently at the Leon residence….

Clink sighed heavily. “Never thought I’d actually say this but I miss the old Mammon. Anyway, can’t we work this out Miss Mini Mammon? Obviously, it would be a waste to keep a man of my caliber locked away and you have a lot of money on you. Let’s cut a deal.” As he spoke he felt a gun pressed against his back. “Besides you have a meeting to go to. M ain’t gonna like it if you don’t show up and trust me this isn’t one devil you’re going to want to piss off.” He said rather calmly for a man who was being held at gunpoint.

Jeanne, Currently at Lilian's house...

As soon as the door opened Jeane dropped to one knee and bowed before Lilian. "O' great angel of Heaven. It has been ten long years since I have been able to be in your pressence. Your loyal servant Jeane D'arc has returned to follow your every command." she said with a bowed head. "I also bring with me a message for your honor." As she said the last part she produced the letter and held it up to Lilian. "Please read it with all do haste. Time is of the essence."

The house was a European colonial styled mansion colored light beige on the outside with a cobblestone walkway and small set of stairs leading up to a large, black front door. The mansion had many French windows and the yard was well-kempt with a few bushes and small trees. It was clear that there was incredible attention to detail in the architecture. The door was answered by a tall, uptight-looking older woman with dark brown hair and a slight scowl.

"Who are you and what do you want? If you're looking for my daughter, she's not here right now," the woman's expression grew even more irritated as she stared at the young man. "It's best if you leave and don't come knocking on my door again," she said in a loud and firm voice.

---

The short blonde hummed quietly as she made her way home. She had been giving vocal lessons to a young boy at a local music store that sold all kinds of gear and gave lessons to people of all ages. She was a vocal teacher who taught different genres, from pop to rock to country even. She taught beginners, people who had never taken lessons before. Thus, she taught children mainly, though there would be a few teens or even an adult or two. But for the past few weeks, her favorite student was a shy little boy with a wonderful voice. She knew that with practice, he could really become quite good, and she encouraged him as much as she could. He was very quiet and only nodded to her words. Slavka honestly understood it as she was once on the shy side. She didn't want to pressure him into opening up, since it never worked with her. She grew out of it for the most part and she knew he would as well.

She arrived at her house to see her mother standing at the door, practically glaring at a man slightly taller than her with the brightest red hair she had ever seen. She could hear her mother nearly yelling as she ran up to the house. She hated when she sent people away so quickly like that, not even sounding pleasant and always assuming that they were creeps. Her mother was slightly paranoid and quite cynical, but that was just her personality.

"No, wait, Mama! He's with me," she said between breaths with a rather sheepish grin. Her mother shook her head slightly.

"I swear to God, Slavka, you have the strangest taste in friends." Slavka simply shrugged with a nervous chuckle as her mother closed the door, leaving the two outside. She faced Marcus with an apologetic look on her face.

"Please forgive my mother. She's usually on edge like that. She means no harm," she smiled a bit and bowed slightly.
