Futuristic Times have changed, but not really [OOC][CLOSED]

wolf was gonna do a reminder for everyone, essentially, to try and get people back - i dont think its an actual thing in the rp?

so...anyone fancy a chat with my character? he's in rec room, btw
After that Bloodaxe rolled into town, he left Henry with radiation poisoning! Fun times. I don't want to say that "Hey, he's all better now because WHY NOT!"

I dunno, I was hoping Grim would at least give a passing glance to him and say "Take two advil and call me in the morning" so I can throw him to where Reapster wants.

Working on it. And she's coming with a shot.

I realize that Grim might have a semblance of what I'm rambling about.

Bloodaxe= Fake Ork. That Aughutudpof guy that kinda came in and just started derailing the plotline like it was his job.

That goy. I don't mean to be rude, but I could tell from the brick-paragraph way of writing, that he was going to pull something and have a big rout with it.

yeah, i just sorta skim read the IC, since theres a canny bit, so what did he do?
His character had a 'black hole generator thingy' that was an engine.

Then he proceeded to almost bomb the place, poison my character, threaten to open the airlocks, and try and get in a contest with myself on plot nullifaction because frankly what he was doing was pretty bullshit.

also, on a different note, whats the difference between tech specialists and engineers? are the tech specialists the nerds in the bridge pressing buttons while the engineers are the ones fixing stuff?

I wanna say that tech specs are one trick ponies, really good at a specific set of things, like just explosives. Engineers are the actual backbone of the ship, being that they are the guys who can properly fix the ship, and are knowledgeable on most types of tech, but the tech spec knows everything on one thing, while having some degree of skill with everything else, but not being as well rounded as the engineer.

I dunno, correct me if I am wrong Raku Raku

I recall Wolf saying that the tech specialists are the weapon engineers on the ship. I.E The guys that control the ship's weapons.

Basically it. Tech specs are more for the weapons rather than the ships systems.
