CCG reinforcements arrived on scene to find the office completely destroyed and all investigators present slain. Large traces of high-powered explosives were found beneath the debris, suggesting that the ghouls responsible may have been planting explosives around and underneath the building for several weeks, possibly months before the attack.

The ghoul organization known as the Thorns are suspected to be hiding out within one of the many residential areas within the 7th ward. Pinpointing the location of this group should be the CCG's top priority. The possibility of civilian causalities should an attack be launched against the organization within that area are guaranteed. The chance of evacuating the civilians in the area without alerting the group to our presence are neigh impossible.
