Personality: Cunning and arrogant, Quinn will jump at any opportunity to advance his career. He is a natural commander and is able to quickly take charge of nearly any situation. He can be patient when waiting for something he wants, but is not one to be trifled with. His conviction is strong; he truly believes that unregistered kinetics are serious threats to society. He is not cruel, but is merciless to criminals. When confronted with a situation he cannot seem to overcome, he will often take a step back and assess his options. He has many connections, but few friends.

Personality: He's a very shy person and tends to be mistaken for a normal person since he's mute. He tends to be very good at listening and enjoys taking photos. He tends to get excited about stories he could publish for the local news often. He is known for getting perfect photos and it makes him feel happy but he's confused why stuff always stops or slows just when he wants it to.

Personality: Abel is kind hearted and caring. He hates to see people cry, especially girls, and he can be as stubborn as an ox. Unfortunantly this often gets him into trouble. While he is unusually very quite and easy going, if he actually does say something against you, he will stand by it.


Word of warning. If he should ever take his glasses off, you should know You have messed up, and you need to leave. Abel can be a very cold and dangerous person. Don't test him...please...

Weapons: Electro-Kinesis is her weapon, her ability allows her to increase the electrical current from her own body and release it in controlled attacks. Kira is also able to us any object with eletrical components, currents, etc


Personality: Kira is someone that sticks to the shadows and is always on the move. She doesn't let anyone get close to her and keeps herself from getting close to others. However Kira is a little hot headed at time but is generaly an upbeat person and keeps a calm posture so it's easier to control herself and the powers she has developed. Kira loves park our and it is what she uses to move around quickly and with ease. Parkour also has gotten Kira out of trouble many of times before. Kira also use her powers extensively, but does so wisely, unless she is getting attacked by a Seeker then she will use her powers lethaly.


Bio: All that is on any recorded document is that Kira was once owned by a wealthy man and that she has limited knowledge of her powers along with a branding on her left shoulder...

  Personality: Ryder is an abstract thinker who views the world as a big, complex machine, and recognize that as with any machine, all parts are interrelated. He excel in analyzing these connections, seeing how seemingly unrelated factors tie in with each other in ways that bewilder most other people. He has an unrelenting imagination. His ideas may seem counter-intuitive at a glance, and may never even see the light of day, but they will always prove remarkable innovations. He is highly receptive to alternate theories, so long as they're supported by logic and facts. When a new idea piques their interest, he can be very enthusiastic. He is normally a reserved person, but if another person shares an interest, he can be downright excited about discussing it. More likely though, the only outward evidence of this enthusiasm will be his silent pacing or their staring into the distance. He believes that the truth is the most important factor, and they expect that to be appreciated and reciprocated. He is quite shy in social settings. More complicated situations such as parties exacerbate this, but even close friends struggle to get into Ryder's heart and mind. Ryder can get so caught up in his logic that he can forget any kind of emotional consideration.   Mutation: Technokinesis: Ryder is a technopath, able to mentally merge with and control electronic devices, both terrestrial and alien at will. He can telekinetically disassemble and reassemble any technology, but before he can, he has to telepathically interface and communicate with machines to analyze and gather information to be able to mess with them. Which means anything that has any form of security protocol or advanced AI can keep him out of the piece of technology. He can animate electronic devices, convert harmless machines into weapons, or combine them into a larger form, usually a battle suit. He can and will usually take whatever basic technology around him and add it onto his body in times of need. Because of his attitude, he is one of the people that Aria enjoys to annoy the hell out of.

Personality: Acacia is a very normal person. She's independent and cooperative, friendly and stubborn. Her attitude towards the Seeekers is hatred, as she is unregistered, and she would rather spend a day in hell than to work with Seekers. She is intelligent and have excellent idea about using her ability. Acacia is dependable, hard working and (almost) always look on the positive side of things. But like any other mutated person, she can also be as dangerous as them.

  Personality: Illuta is a Liar and makes little attempt to hide the fact. She likes to constantly make up new and more interesting stories about herself goign so far as to claim that she was the first mutant or that she never ages. She will often tell two contradictory stories to the same person. Rarely will she ever tell a whole truth and even then that truth is often surrounded by more lies about even the most mundane thing. Though this is no neurological tick she just wants to be a mystery finding it fun to have so many different origins from super hero to super villain about herself.

  Mutation: Nihilikinesis she can manipulate non existence making it so that things never happened or never existed from simply erasing a wound to erasing someone completely so much that no one remembers they existed and all evidence is gone. This however has a limited range to affect others, should someone get erased even things outside that range are affected, that is 100 meters. This power also can not affect those protected by an existence paradox. An example is the character erasing her parents bust still existing because to be erased they needed to have her to erase them so they needed to exist. This power is also reliant on situation awareness sneak attacks are next to impossible to prevent unless expecting one while a frontal assault is doomed to failure. The effects can also become stronger dependent on how it is used if simply thought about attacks, damage, and other things can be negated, if spoken a device can be reached down to its concept, if spoken while emotionally unstable or spoken to convince oneself you can completely erase others.
  
  
  It is noted that at least in illutas' case of paradox the universe seemingly actively tries to erase her making people forget her and pictures or documents concerning her become blank or be lost. So despite actually having registered several times Illuta is still unregistered.

Personality: Cruel can not begin to describe Vincent, he enjoys watching people suffer as he sits drinking the blood of his slaves. He does have some good days though and is capable of showing acts of kindness though very rarely.


Zanthos is one of the commanding generals who will not tolerate any break of the rules mainly because they serve his purposes. He's been alive for a hundred years and has gathered knowledge about all sorts of things, especially mutations, which is why he is considered a vital source of information.


Zanthos likes to lead the raids and hunts on the telekinetics himself along side humans and lycans. Though known and feared for his cruel nature he is respected by his subordinates and mates. he has a slave girl that he keeps close by his side.

Robin has a very tamed personality, she's loyal to her master because she knows no one in this world but him, he found her when she was two years old crying at the Athena station and took her in, that's why she's grateful to be by his side.

Personality: Kiyoshi is a man who is not to be trusted. Always causing mayhem and chaos for the fun of it, he is not in a rush and can spend hours torturing his victims. He is known to have an unchanging smirk, and this is singled out as one of his most disturbing qualities. No matter what situation he is in, he is always wearing a wide grin on his face. Whenever something doesn't go his way, he has a mental breakdown and goes berserk, trying to kill whoever caused his breakdown. It is said that once Kiyoshi weakens you to a point where you can barely stand, that the battle is already decided.

• His unique mutation with becoming one with the hive gave him two monstrosities attached to his shoulder blades, they come out when he calls them or if he's angry but it's hard to get them to go back into hiding, he calls them Check and Bell
  
• He has a glock with special exploding bullets, the barrel heats up to cause the bullet to whiz into enemies even faster and give them some burns
  
• Brass fisticuffs with spikes on them to inflict some nasty damage
  
• A stun baton which can deliver weak zaps from a distance which don't do that much damage but hurt quite a bit
  
• Good ol fashion mace, pepperspray, and a high volt tazer
  

Personality: Jack is private and doesn't like talking about his past, he likes to coverse and know how others are doing and that is how he selects his prey sometimes, he isn't the kind of guy to gloat but he will give himself a pat on the back if he feels he deserves it, Jack can be selfish unless you earn his trust, he is a bit of a smooth talker and usually won't slip up on telling what he's really thinking, Jack has slight anger issues and the only reason he really keeps himself in check are because of Check and Bell who cause more trouble than he means, Jack is social but usually won't take the first step unless he sees a good opening, and he's got a large cruel streak.


Faction: Thinks that all should accept and become one with the glorious hive but does not actively participate with the forsaken

Mutation: Audiokinesis, sound manipulation


Weapons: Any firearms and weapons at his disposal as a member of the Seekers


Personality: Gage is very quiet, he feels that if he has nothing to contribute to the conversation then he will not say anything. In other words, he would rather observe and take in information than contribute. He is also a relatively silent man due to the fact that he is an unregistered kinetic hiding amongst the ranks of the very people hunting them down. He believes that if he refrains from using his ability, hides in plain sight, and keeps his head down he will survive. Due to the fact that he hunts down and kills his own kind, Gage has many inner demons that are usually only revealed in moments of stress, terror, and adrenaline. When Gage does talk to you, he is very respectful and open (he is obviously a really good listener). He does not readily form relationships in fear of having his abilities be discovered. His main objective in life is not to find happiness, it's to survive.

Being technically a General under the Seekers he has been given control over a small group of Special Task Seekers (STS) nicknamed the Crimson Fuckers, by yours truly.
