I like the character, though I don't see much difference between the changeling race and the doppelganger race. That might be because I made it before you posted your race details...

Probably the biggest difference is that your race actually has a real form. And the mind reading. Changelings can't mimic people, partly because there are some things they can't change much.They also are literally changing their entire being, not just other's perception. Like, if Vor were to look at them, they might sense something off about them, but they would still see them exactly as they are. If that makes sense.
