  Messiah is an extremely quiet individual. They prefer to keep to themselves and refuse to draw attention. They are stubborn yet kind, focused on protecting those who cannot protect themselves. They long to go back to the simpler time of protecting their charge, but realizes that might not be possible and has accepted this fact. They adapt quickly to change and have superhuman senses, specifically intuition and reflexes. Messiah prefers to fight rather than talk things out, as they can end things with the flick of a wrist. Messiah likes learning and reading in their spare time. They dislike cleaning and cooking, preferring to leave those two tasks to others. Food-Wise, Messiah isn't picky. They rather dislike slimy food, but will eat pretty much anything so long as it tastes decent. They enjoy learning about humanities various politics and political systems.     Messiah was brought into existence before mankind was created by one simply known as "The Creator". They were given their sword and told to guard the gate to Paradise, only allowing those who have passed His judgement to enter. For millennia Messiah stood, defending the gate from those who would breach paradise. The SCP Foundation first discovered Messiah's existence in the year [RADICATED], but only began to document their findings in 2004. When it became time for Messiah to enter custody of the SCP Foundation, the Foundation found that Messiah went wherever their gate was placed. In order to contain Messiah, they simply placed the gate within site 0, where they currently reside.     Messiah has abnormal intuition and speed. They are able to strike with lethal force in the blink of an eye, the silver of their sword not being seen before the threat has been vanquished. They possess minor teleportation abilities, able to follow the gate wherever it may go. They are able to control Holy Light and Holy Fire, cleansing any evil from existence before it comes a threat. Those who have seen their sword noted that it seemed to have a slight golden glow, fire surrounding it. While they are also capable of flight, Messiah often opts to keep their wings hidden from the view of humans and other entities.     Should Messiah become angered in any way, personnel are required to immediately consult the Patmos series of Emergency Orders. Decoding algorithms for Emergency Order Patmos are to be maintained on-site at Site 0 in the possession of the designated observer, and are to be transmitted to SCP Foundation offices only in the event of SCP-001 becoming active. Foundation Personnel are to be advised to take the following precautions:
    -
    

    • To maintain good relations with one or more organized Abrahamic faiths.
    • To maintain, on hand, a supply of the following: holy water, a rosary, crucifix, cross, prayer rug, or other symbol blessed by an Abrahamic cleric of bishop or equivalent higher rank, a copy of Abrahamic scriptures (Torah, Bible, Quran), and standard emergency supplies in mobile form (bug-out bag).
    • All personnel are to designate a secondary operative of non-Abrahamic faith. Said secondary operative is to be informed of the location of the primary designate's copy of Emergency Procedure PATMOS and memetic kill agent innoculant, and is to be kept on ready status to take over the primary's duties as necessary.
    • To maintain familiarity with all other SCPs involved in possible PATMOS XK-class end-of-the-world scenarios.
      
      It is recommended thatthe Gate be placed within a secure location. Messiah has been known to breach containment simply for mental stimulation.
