At a very young age, he was a problem child. He would do anything, and everything to get on the guard's nerves. He would often fight and bicker with the guards just to see how much damage he could cause. As you could probably imagine, this resulted in years of torture and the loss of three of his lives. At this point, Katsuo probably knows the torture room like the back if his hand. At the age of 20, Katsuo finally accepted his fate and has finally conformed to the rules. He doesn't speak unless spoken to. Him and the guards have a hate/hate relationship. This means that as long as Katsuo doesn't mess with the guards, the guards won't mess with Katsuo. However, that doesn't stop the odd guard from pushing his buttons. When Katsuo isn't in the library or in his cell, he fights in the arena. His uncanny combat skills often results in some of the best fights in the arena.

At a glance, Takahiro can easily be summed up with these words; cheeky little brat. With hands permanently planted in his pockets, smirk adoring his features and with a confident swagger, it's no wonder why many people cast him off as an arrogant ass. And, well, he can be... I'm not gonna lie to you. But this is only when you don't know him, or call him out on his attitude or something; the sass king will rise, and you'll rarely see his good side. His tongue is lightning sharp and words never fail him, so if I were you, I'd back down from his advances. The more you two headbutt, the less fond he'll become of you.

However, Takahiro is much more than an arrogant asshole! He's an eccentric, bubbly guy who likes to grin and laugh with friends. He's a huge tease and enjoys to drink in the reactions of others around him. Although, as you could guess, this does have its downsides. For example, he could easily overstep lines as well as make a complete idiot of himself in the process, both of which he despises with a passion. Overall though, his teasing are mostly a sign of how comfortable he is with you. Unless you're serious; then Takahiro is just being a dick for the sake of being a dick.

Kaiya has long white hair up to her waist and green and yellow, almost catlike eyes to match. Her face has a naturally analytical and curious resting face. Her hair is down, or pinned up while in battle. Being out of the sun for so long, her face is pale, with no sort of sun kissed glow. She is slim and nimble, made for agility and speed. Like every other "inmate", her signature gem is on the nape of her neck, glowing strong. Her petite frame makes it simply harder to run away from.

:Fighting Style:

Quick, instinctive, small cuts to slowly immobilize and throw off her opponents with retractable, medium swords. Speed and instincts are her biggest strengths, usually can mind read the next moves and weaknesses of her opponents. Levitation and putting herself at a higher level is something she specializes in.


Kaiya doesn't like to directly fight her opponents, flying objects and moving or even throwing them. She can even make a shield with her mind and create a force, but will cause a large amount of energy, so not really a good idea to overuse the ability.


Kaiya's abilities allows her to analyze and observe quickly, making her an intelligent fighter, using brains over brawn. The only reason she is dangerous is because of her unique way of fighting that can throw some people off.

Because she relies on her speed and her mind, her body isn't in the best shape, Kaiya has a petite frame of a gymnast, not a bodybuilder. She specializes in counterattacks and counter-defenses, Kaiya has a tough time making the first strike, or defending herself in a blow of brute strength. While the mind reading is useful, it puts her in a place of weakness. There have also been times where the opponent has acted so quickly that the mind reading was ineffective.

Kaiya at first glance would be considered a kuudere, cool, calm and reserved with a gentle, more human side to her. But although that may be true, she is a lot more complex than you think. Having some of the most brilliant and intelligent minds in the institute means having a quick, looking almost instinctive (although it was most definitely not) reaction time, Kaiya craves a challenge through her mind.


Although Kaiya may seem expressionless at first, it is only because of her tendencies to hear everyone's thoughts, which can be controlled, but can be hard to do when stressed so bottling up her emotions is how she really copes with things. Kaiya isn't really rude, merely just brutally honest. One of her positive traits is that after a long time of being exposed to other's vulnerabilities, she has developed a sense of empathy and knows how to make others tick, and knows when to tap out in a fight. Around those she is close to, she is charming and knows how to talk to people. Slowly, she is learning that she does not need to repress and bottle up her feelings in order to control her thoughts.

There's something about Daisuke that most people in the world don't have. This beautiful blond suffers from a little thing called Multiple Personality Disorder, and of course, he has two versions of himself. One is known as Daisuke, while the other is known as Black or The King of Despair. Daisuke is a pretty chill guy, he loves to just hang out, and do the occasional teasing and fighting, but you can usually find him reading in the library quietly. He's pretty obedient and almost like a baby duck, following others around. That is, until he snaps. Then comes Black. Black is basically the polar opposite of Daisuke. He's rude, shamelessly flirty, and filled with all types of anger. He can be rough, have a sharp tongue, and always speaks his mind despite the consequences. Black is always being sent to the torture room, but Daisuke is always the one who suffers the aftermath. It's quite sad, especially since Daisuke hasn't even done anything in the first place.

Niizuma is a guy without a care for the world and what may or may not happen to it. What's done is done, and it can't be fixed. He's a pretty laid back guy with a large ego, he's confident in his abilities. Usually seen sleeping or reading books about cats in the library, Niizuma has a bad tolerance for women. Whenever one comes near him, he can't help but tense up and turn into either a flustered fit, or a tempered fit, causing others to get pissed off. He also couldn't care less about what others think of him. Niizuma is actually a pretty nice guy once you get to know him, he's gentle but an ass hole.

Tsukiko is kinda hard to explain personality wise... She's a bit of a loose cannon, to be honest with you... One second she could be giggling about how crazy socks are, the next she could be pouncing on you in her cheetah form. But... If I have to try and explain her, I will. Usually, when not in conversation or by herself, Tsukiko is uninterested and cold. A resting bitch face is usually set, and if you're talking about something she isn't interested in, she'll just inspect her nails and eventually not respond. However, she also is rather lively if you catch her with something she likes.

Then you have her 'acting' side. Tsukiko can put up the most believable front you'll ever see. In these instances, she normally plays either a cutesy, innocent and sweet character, or a weak and helpless girl. Both are only helped by her cute features and petite figure, so if you fall for these acts, I wouldn't really blame you. The latter she hasn't really tried out yet, just rehearsed so far, so I don't know when you'll see that side of her, but you definitely will see the 'cute' version.
