They say I'm caught up in a dream
The amount of information Anna was given was almost overwhelming, but exciting. Soon she supposed she'd find out what she was capable of. She nodded at Henry, knowing now wasn't the time or place. But really, when would be? She hadn't much time to mull over what she might do once they reached her 'home' when the door flung open, causing her to clutch the baton to her chest. She'd never have known he wasn't a normal human, at any other time anyway. But Zero and Henry obviously knew better.
Annabelle had been in plain sight, and now she stood behind Henry, behind Zero. She furrowed her brows and tried to peer around them. The boy didn't look dangerous at all. And he didn't seem to her to be here to do any harm to anyone. But Henry and Zero were on their guard anyway. She couldn't help but frown at the things Zero said. Who was Julius? And had he just called her, a friend? His mood swings were exhausting.
She stepped up beside Zero and glanced at Henry, then back at the boy. She wasn't nearly as aggressive as they were. She blinked deep blue eyes almost owlishly. "He doesn't seem dangerous," she said to herself, almost questioningly. "If you aren't here for the humans in the dome, what are you here for?" she inquired curiously, glaring at both Zero and Henry. They were both being so rude to such a complete stranger. But then, Anna was completely ignorant to the types of beings outside the dome, and far too trusting. Had she not luckily stumbled upon Henry, well, he not literally stumbled upon Zero, she'd have already been dead or locked away somewhere.
