There is one place that powerful beings within the Multiverse know, all of them. Portland, Oregon, one the many at least (obviously there are hundreds of recreations of it) This Portland is full of beings seeking asylum, hiding from something, or just hanging around. As well as being a hideout for criminals, the city is a "neutral" ground, where deals are made, treaties are negoiated, and conferences are held. Within the Portland Metro area lie hundreds of powerful beings, as well as some without powers. The powerful beings are known as superheros or villains, and are hailed or hated by the citizens.
The Hangout is an always open RP about a city which the Multiverse circles around.
Rules.
-You can be as powerful as you want, just don't destroy too much stuff.
-No running for office
-You can have 2 main characters and up to 5 secondary characters. (Ask me if youcan swich them)
There are many choices for a character
-You can be a new arival to the city.
-You can be an old hand who has lived in the city for years.
-You can be returning to Portland from somewhere else or, be visiting for some purpose.
-Or somthing else I haven't thought of yet.
All arivals enter at Portland International Airport. This is the only place in the city where rifts can be opened into other universes.
