Race: Elven (Perhaps dragon as well somewhere down the line?)

Short History: Mica has never really had it easy, going from one place to another, carted around like some prized ferret. He got sick of it, and devised a plan with some other slaves, and they escaped... Most of them anyways. Now he's on the run and still has police forces gunning for his head, but they haven't caught him yet. He steals clothes and whatever else he needs. The only thing that he knows about his heritage is that they had very strong magic, some people even speculate that he has dragon in his blood, causing distrust at times. This strong bloodline shows in his hair and on his skin with strange lines and symbols. These only glow sometimes, but when they do they are nigh impossible to miss.
