Starlight City! An American City set on a island off the coast of Alaska. The name is taken from its abnormal ability to view the stars whether or not the city is lit up, leaving a beautiful sight for all to see.
The city isn't only known for this astonishing view, though.
This city has an abundance of what the common man calls "Super-Humans". People with powers, fighting for good, or evil, some without powers, and doing this with technology or just pure wit.
