Name: Jasper Ainsworth

History: Jasper had been around a while, his father wasn't a wolf, and he inherited the gene. His family was wealthy and lived in the human world. They mingled with the public when it was expected of them but otherwise tried to keep to themselves. When Jasper turned 10 something in him changed and his wolf took over. When he was 15 hunters came and killed his family, he survived only because he had been out hunting. When this happened he left to go to the supernatural realm and was taken in by the Alpha King. He taught Jasper all he could until Jasper turned 20. The King's line passes down in the family, moving to the King's heir. If the king is challenged and beaten by his opponent then the rule changes to that family. If the king does not have an heir he can challenge someone he thinks is worthy and if he is beaten (killed) then the title moves on. In this case the King did not have an heir but he saw Jasper as a son. However since Jasper was not blood there was only one way to pass the title. The King challenged Jasper and to everyone's surprise except the King's, Jasper won and became the new King. Many accepted him but there are a handful that do not think he has the right, especially because he was born in the human world and lived there until he was 15.

Age: Looks 27, has been around a while though.
History: he was one of the first to befriend Jasper. They quickly got along and became best friends. He is one of the few that Jasper trusts with his life and with matters concerning his new title of King. Their bond was further strengthened after Jasper helped save Clay despite the risk to his own life. Clay swore to always have Jasper's back like he has his and eventually became Jasper's right-hand man.
