Plenty of things. He made sure he taught himself how to do it all so he could be a jack-of-all-trades. He can do whatever you want him to do (as long as it's not outrageous or something that affects him personally) as long as you pay him. Be it an assassination, private investigation, collecting info, breaking and entering, etc.

It's a little weird, but in a roleplay like this one, I can understand why you'd be able to imagine that.
