Sweet Sensations

This roleplay is set in South Korea at the start of summer. Everyone is excited for summer break and it seems like a lot of things can happen this summer. Once of these new things is a new shop called Sweet Sensations. It's totally new to the area and is owned by two biracial Koreans that wanted to bring something new to South Korea. The place is a mix of a lot of things including a bakery and ice cream parlor. Nobody really knows about it yet as it just opened after filling up it's staff. Now it's the start of summer, the heat has set in and everyone is ready to hit the beaches and parks. There is love, there is adventure, there is new beginnings.
The wonderful thing about Sweet Sensations is that it's a very cute and warm place for those who want something fun to brighten their day. The employees are probably the most attractive and charismatic people you've seen in your life and you won't soon forget them. The atmosphere is amazing in the place and honestly once you go there, you're hooked. The whole idea of the place is amazing and the things they provide are just as great. From bubble teas to various ice creams and crepes, they seem to have it all!
So roleplayers will have the option of playing the employees of this new establishment and the customers that go to it. There will be a limit to the number of workers that are allowed and a restriction on the amount of customers will also be applied to this roleplay. There will be small filler plots involved as well, along with a mainly character driven roleplay. There will be events, shifts, parties, and other fun activities to participate in. This is a very light and fluffy roleplay so please leave the angst out or keep it fairly light.
There is a lot of fun and happy things that will happen in this roleplay and there will be hidden events that I will come up with~ I will try and connect with the roleplayers with ideas to happen and relationships are encouraged. Do create relationships before the roleplay actually starts and form them throughout the roleplay as well.

If you ask people what type of place, Sweet Sensations is you would get a variety of answers as Sweet Sensations fits into a variety of categories. What they sell isn't like a typically food place, as they sell pastries, desserts and a little bit of confectionery food and a few more but they also sell drinks for when you're feeling a bit parched and don't want water or simply need to wash down whatever you ate. Being near an Amusement Park definitely has its benefits but being new and not many people knowing you certainly isn't.
Sweet Sensations, is a place to eat that is owned by a biracial couple by the names of Louise Kang & Daniel Lee who wanted to do something different. Not exactly shake up the world at least the food world, per say. Well, Daniel wanted to, but Louise refused even if they were joking. But, both of them grew up with a strong love for food, especially because both of their family environments having to do with cooking & baking. Daniel's uncle was a famous pastry chef and Louise's mother was a wedding planner.
So Louise basically grew up on banquet food while Daniel got his uncle's skills for cooking and baking but their passion also helped them both along the way. When the couple brought up the idea of owning a business they didn't get too much happiness or support on the idea, as many thought 'it wouldn't work out' or 'it'd be too much for you guys' and a lot more. But, they didn't care as the two were doing it for them and not for anyone else.
But, that certainly doesn't mean they weren't scared as there are many risks to doing things like this and though it seemed hopeless at the start, as some days both of them just didn't want to go through the plan or things didn't go their way they still pulled it through. Hoping being near a Amusement Park could make or break their business but it grew to be a benefit especially with them selling ice cream and other snacks.
