Hudson pulled her knees to her chest, and stared down at her feet. But not to look hurt she looked up at all the skateboarders, a few came over to flirt with her, but she judt turned them down. She didn't want to hurt anybody, she's done that to s lot of boys.

"I don't know how to thank you" Clarity smiled at him. "Now if I could just get my dad to leave me alone" She rolled her eyes.

Riu smiled at her. "Don't worry. You will be safe." He said.

"Thanks" Clarity smiled back at him.

Riu got up and offered a hand. "Milady?" He joked.

Clarity smiled strapping the guitar to her back. She took his hand picking up her suitcase. "Thank you kind sir" She laughed slightly.

Riu smiled a bit lighter and pulled her off the bench. "It's just this way." He said. "By the way, name's Riu."

"Nice to meet you Riu, I'm Clarity" She smiled

Riu smiled, for once distracted from his guilt. "Nice name." he commented.

"Yeah I guess" Clarity smiled. "I find Clarity Pearl kind of cheesy though"

Riu laughed a bit. "I think it's nice." He said.

"Thanks" She smiled. "So why do you live by yourself then?" She asked.

Riu's smile faded. "My aunt is out of town for a bit."

"Oh okay"Clarity smiled. She didn't want to ask about his parents.

Riu was grateful for her not prodding in on his life as they walked in silence.

Clarity walked alongside him her fingers itching to do something.

Riu sat her twitching hands and smiled. "Fidgety?"

"Kind of" She smiled slightly. "It's been that way ever since the accident"

Riu smiled and offered his hand. "If it would help."

Clarity smiled at him and took his hand. "Thanks"

Riu smiled back, still walking towards his house.

"So what do you like to do?" Clarity asked trying to start a conversation.

Riu smiled. 'I really like writing music and such." he said.

"Cool, I play the guitar, if that wasn't obvious" Clarity laughed slightly.
