(My OC is still unaware of yours and as I explained, the only reason that I am currently hunting down Alex is because my OC saw him and took chase.)

Basically my OC is currently working for a shady corporation he found after going rogue for a period of time from the government. His government assignment was to track down and kill members of the Yakuza to strengthen the relationship between Japan and the US, but he saw Alex/Musicnotes and got sidetracked, now he is trying to get Alex in his car to take him to the location the shady corporation (let's call them Altcorp.) told him to drop off people with powers and such. He doesn't like it, but like I said, he just got sidetracked. (How he found this company is something i'm thinking of right now, but the backstory is he's worked with them in the past and they big bucks)

(Define outrange. You must remember he served time in MarSOC in the USMC, and as a private contractor before undergoing all of the testing. Although, I must admit, based on what you've told me, the two could make great allies, or formidable opponents to each other.)

(I mean literal outrange, if he was armed with a sniper rifle, what's his effective kill range?)

(Well, seeing as Chris Kyle's longest distance confirmed kill was approximately 1.19 miles away, and he was not put through any experiments and was a normal human like the rest of us, I'm going to guess my OC's is around 2 miles give or take. But you can't hit someone with a sniper rifle (bolt action or semi automatic) if they're constantly on the move and changing direction, it would be damn near impossible to just snipe him out of nowhere.)
