Another question, does Steven ever get his chaaaaps back. Also does his perfect sandwich go bad? Does he have to start all over again.

I say Amethyst probably ate it while he was away. Or if it did go bad she ate it anyway.


I do feel bad that he feels like he can't help the gems. Amethyst was feeling down, and like Garnet and Pearl are fighting and he can't help them. And when Ruby and Sapphire were fighting he couldn't get them to make up either until they saw him crying. Like really 'poor steven' he's just a kid.

Well everyone finally has the Pearlnet they wanted. What we need is another Steven Fusion, I don't even care with who xD

I kinda thought Amethyst and Steven would fuse in the first episode. When they thought Peridot was coming back to fix the beacon again.

I'm just curious as to who he'd fuse with first, I can't think out of the three of them anyone one of them would be 'most fitting'.

I still think Amethyst would be the best fit since they seem a lot like siblings. Like I feel like the way Steven and Connie fused because they're really close friends (and of course cause they like like each other ;] ) he could fuse with Amethyst since they play around a lot and are kinda more like siblings. Although Garnet is the go to person when it comes to fusion so it could be her, other than the fact that she feels vulnerable right now after Pearl lied to her to get her to keep fusing with her. But I think I totally see him being able to easily fuse with Amethyst.


Oooooorrrr he could fuse with another human. Maybe we'll see a Steven/Sadie fusion

I cannot express how much I am in love with Stevonnie. It's just.. beautiful to see that fusion, just for a split second. I LOVE it, so much. I'd love to see more Steven x Non-gem fusions..

It makes so much sense. I'm reading theories about it on tumblr. I really didn't see it.

Yeah with the communication and stuff I can certainly see that! I would love to hear what the writers have to say about it. Not to take away from head canons and how people identify with characters because it shouldn't matter, I just mean it always sucks when there is a popular reading of someone that puts them on the autism spectrum and the creators dash those hopes by publicly contradicting it. (i'm looking at you Steven Moffat).

Makes sense, I like the general idea of it. It makes him less creepy. Onion always seemed to me to have a hidden agenda and be a bit malicious.


Anyway, I have nothing to add to this conversation. But, I found a thing.

We've hardly talked of Historical Fiction. I found it to be a good episode.

Even if it was mostly filler, I found it funny.


Also, bird mom is really moming it up this episode and she seems to be cheering up just a bit which is nice.

Onion is very odd and unique but if you've seen one of the newer episodes he's most definitely not malicious, he's doesn't seem to really understand what is considered right (like letting that moped explode and just burn or the soon after incident with the replicator wand), he especially seems attached to Steven, though i doubt anyone but steven or his mom spend much time with him

He still seems creepy and malicious to me in the newer episodes. I can't exactly control my impressions of something, though I can keep an open mind about things. I doubt him being malicious because it doesn't fit the narrative. However it is still how I 'feel'.
