Appearance:

History: As a child Alison wanted to be like every other kid around the time, a Pokémon trainer. She couldn't wait until the day she turned 10. And she really couldn't. When she was about 6 she wandering away from her house in search of Pokémon to "capture". Her wondering ended up taking her to the Petalburg woods located nearby. As the young girl walked around she spotted a Slakoth laying up high in a tree. Out of excitement she began to scale the tree, though that would soon be a mistake she'd never make again. When she was in reach of the final branch the one she stood on broke. Sending little AJ tumbling down to the ground from high above, along with knocking her unconscious. Thankfully she only acquired a minor concussion and long term fear of heights. But live and learn.
The day came when she turned 10 and received her first Pokémon from the professor of her region. A Mudkip that she named Marsh. And so her journey began of traveling throughout her region, acquiring new Pokémon and battling many other trainers. Halfway through her journey she was sent a package from the professor. A keystone and Swampertite (which is located around his neck). With this Alison temporarily paused her adventures in order to learn to hone and use this mysterious power. After about two months of training she set out again and completed her travels.
A few years went by of nothing but training until she became sick of sitting at home. She wanted the thrill of adventuring that she had 8 years ago. So with the prize money she kept stashed away she bought herself a boat ticket and set sail from Slateport City to Vermilion City in Kanto.

Personality: Alison is a kind yet somewhat stubborn person. Especially when she gets in way too over her head. So that's why her Pokémon have to keep her in check and assist in guiding her. Though her stubbornness does come in handy when it comes to not giving up in battles and such. Traveling became a part of her life since she first stepped out on her first real adventure and has loved it ever since. Making it hard for her to stay in one place for far too long. Therefore she tries her best to keep moving whenever she's in a new region.
