Lost
Sleep-deprived.
The year is 2057. Humanity was going through a Golden Age. Times were prosperous. People were happy. Then suddenly, it ended. A tragedy occurred, and you were killed. Everything went black...
And then, you woke up. But everything was different. Buildings crumpled, the wind whistling through the cracks of the structures. Sand is piled everywhere, so much so that the road is not visible. And nothing but silence.
This is it. The end of the world.

Shift is set in the far future, where the world has "ended"
The only people left are the ones who thought they were dead.
Survivors wake up in tube-like pods upon their death, and everything has changed. The world is in despair. And although the circumstances are terrible, the few left will do whatever it takes to prevent their death again.
