CADIA STANDS
At the end of Everything, the barriers between worlds break down, and gravity begins it's inevitable task. All worlds are drawn together, to create the final graveyard. Galactic classification has named it Eclipse IV.
Basically, all parallel universes have been smashed together and are now waiting for the orbiting star to go supernova and burn the last traces of life away. The situation on-world can be described as Mad Max on steroids. Those who made it to the end of the world are certainly hardy folk, and would probably fight over resources.
I pretty much stole this idea from The Ringed City, the final area especially. If you want to have an apocalypse thread where Khornate bikers can face off against the Brotherhood of Steel, there you go. It's also worth noting that the planet is huge. Of course it is, it's comprised of thousands of planets smashed together. The gravity would probably crush anything living on it, but on the other hand, magic probably existed on some of those worlds. Or maybe there isn't a molten core, I don't care. None of you are probably going to use this anyway.
Of course, there will always be self-righteous heroes ready to sacrifice themselves, even when the world could be mere minutes from burning. Who knows, some soul might've decided to put the planet's residents to their final rest, before the sun can claim them... so there's a recurring villain.
