Three Thousand Club
I have the basic Wacom Intuos tablet (the one you can get at Michael’s) and either a 2011 or 2013 MacBook (I forget which year, but I can check later.). I use a Photoshop program... I also forget which, but will check later. This is my third attempt at a Wacom tablet and the third time the pen draws shaky lines. With the other two, it happened after a while so I got some use out of them, but this one has been shaky since the start. I’ve done the pencil test and it’s not me, it’s definitely the tablet.

I’m hoping somebody can help me figure out how to make it work. Wacom’s customer support has been terrible for me. Thanks in advance!

Like this? I had a similar problem on windows I fixed by removing Windows Ink (a program that highjacks tablet input) and reinstalling the drivers.

I've heard of some people being unable to fix it so there is a chance it is the fault of the model or a cable issue.

Oh yeah, also try turning off line smoothing in photoshop brush settings.

It’s not nearly that bad. I’m terrible at describing things so I’ll get an example once I’m home.

I have a Mac so the Windows fix won’t help me.
