Angel can be easily described as big and grumpy. Standing at a intimidating 6'2" and at a whopping 200 pounds this boy is pretty much a cruiserweight. He's has been training physically all his life, and it shows. While his muscles are not as pronounced as they should be, but it is obvious that the boy is in peak physical condition.

Thanks to the emergence of his powers, he has golden eyes that blend well with his dark black hair, rich caramel skin, and a face that grew to be classically handsome. His body is covered in various tattoos of various meanings, some tribal, for different organizations infiltrated and such. Angel has 15% of his torso covered in scarred tissue. Because of his ties to the Comando Vermelho he has a tattoo behind his ear and the La sangrienta rosa crime family have the two roses on his chest. Along with Los hombres de los muertos (the dead men) in between the roses. With terror inscribed on the side of his left hand, and there's plenty more, just too many to name.

The main thing people notice about him is he doesn't give the air of weakness. The boy looks tough as nails. It probably entirely boils down to his posture, the way he stands stiff like a soldier, or even his tendency to glare at people like they just insulted him. The is no one on Earth who moves quite like Angel. He has the sort of walk, and demeanor, that can be easily picked out whether he means for it to be that obvious or not. Because he worked through every fighting move until it was absolutely perfect when he was a child, Angel moves in a very cold and calculated fashion. Every movement he makes is with purpose.

Personality:
Raised according to his mother's old-fashioned standards, Angel seems to be every bit the all-American boy next door: well-mannered, honourable, and immaculately turned out. He often jokes that he was never brooding or mysterious enough to be a proper vigilante, he just looks the part. There is nothing Angel likes so much as being liked, and he is open to considering everyone a friend. Having spent his childhood being surrounded by everyone from sorcerers to assassins, he has become entirely accustomed to the strange, and learned to deal with everything by being outgoing and genuine interest.

Angel is a man of immense inner strength and unflappable self-confidence. There are certain principles which he has taken entirely to heart, principles which he would sooner die than betray, and would fight for to his very last breath. These are the principles of equality, justice and liberty on which he has been taught that America was founded. Angel is most of all by the needs of his community, and by the thought of helping others. Angel will always, even compulsively, put the needs of others before himself, sometimes to the detriment of his own health or success. Angel is a man of decisiveness and iron will, sometimes verging into irritating stubbornness. During periods of extreme stress or post-traumatic depression, he can become demanding in a most unbecoming manner, which often leaves him kicking himself, ashamed and apologetic, once he comes back to his senses. Angel's moods are intense, and his sadness often results in him becoming entirely sullen and withdrawn, struggling even to talk, let alone open up to others. Short Biography:
About 25 years ago Lucas Cain Sr. known as the Eagle met the woman known as Liberty or Kairi Chanel Angelico while they where both on a terrorist bust in the military, and one thing led to another and they began flirting , it was a one night stand but Kairi immediately got pregnant, Kairi wanted to settle down and raise him as a normal family but Luke Sr. had other plans. They had to share custody so the time that Luke Jr. was with him he was put through strenuous tests. He wanted to train his son to become his successor earning his way into the military and begun his training at the age of 7 at first it was basic marksmanship and martial arts but as he grew older the training became rougher and rougher. Luke Sr. went as far as putting Luke Jr. through pure torture to test his skills. Though this made him stronger it also made Luke detest his father.

After his mother found out how much Luke was suffering she wanted to flee with him but he put her through legal charges and the judge decided they had to split up their parenting. 6 months of a year would Luke be with his mother and the other 6 months with his father. This led Luke to be conflicted as he wanted to leave but that meant his mother would be in serious legal trouble. He did love his mother unconditionally as she always took good care of him when his father was not around. She even instructed him in martial arts but not the same way his father did. He loved his mother deeply. Life went on and Luke soon found himself testing out of grades in school, managing to make his way into Gotham High at the age of 13. Taking all of the Honors courses he could and even some of the more advanced pre-college courses Luke set himself on a path to not only graduate by 16. But then became a little too much, when he was 15 he went out with his father but told him that he wanted to wander alone and so he did leaving nothing but a note to his mother and a cold goodbye to his father. He then went out to find himself and ended up with the Wolves (a group of Ancient Hebrew Martial Artists) who trained him in their ways for 6 more years.

To remember those first four years was like remembering a dream. The unchanging towers of the hidden city of Judah rising up against the backdrop of the mighty mountain range of the before it. A vast chain of jagged peaks extending more than 4000 km within the Southern region of Israel. A legend, a story handed down from generation to generation. Once every four years for a single day the hidden realm of New Jerusalem aligns with Earth and co-exists in an inter-dimensional nexus. So perilously remote is it's location that one would have to know ahead of time of the shared site.

To this very day, he still couldn't figure out how he got into the mountains of another country far from his own. He remembers no plane, not even getting or even having a passport at the time. Just laying in a cave inside a mountain, with a fire in front of him, and a blanket wrapped around him. Which was when he met the Grandmaster. Ironically named Abraham, he was the last living progenitor of the original city, and the leader/king of this people. Abraham treated Luke as his own child, for he'd never had his own, and in four years he groomed that lonely child into a man. During those two years, something miraculous happened to him. His powers emerged during a training session with Abraham, along with a voice in his head, egging him on to do right, to keep pushing so he could return home and fight a war. It turned out that it was Steve Rogers speaking to him, and for a while when he felt the voice was useful, he adhered to it. Which was in the Land of the Wolves, whose powers were dormant until now. Abraham had him going through strenuous tests and at one point, his began defeating each task with more ease. He was lifting somethings he was pushed him to lift, taking his hits relatively better, simplifying the most ancient & complicated move that would require years to master. It was when they went out into the field where he realized the weaknesses in the durability he had, and how far his strength could actually exceed its limits. By 21, Luke finished his training in his new home. For to be a master combatant of Abir Qeseth and the heir to the throne of New Jerusalem, you must have mental and physical prowess greater than any. During his time with the Wolves of New Jerusalem, he'd gotten what would've been a college degree in psychology, and learned metallurgy from the blacksmiths who crafted the extraordinary spear/trident he wields.

He stayed in the Land of The Wolves, expanding his already extensive knowledge in both physical and mental ways. He learned different fighting styles from an assortment of different masters in that land. He was given the title of Prince by Abraham, as he was now Abraham's only relative as his wife could not bare children and his only son had died, Luke was given his place.

When he was done, before he was able to take his role, fully devoting himself as the Prince of the Wolves of Jerusalem, he was a whole new person and came by his old parents house his father was furious. Luke fought his father and they where even for the most part but Luke managed to out-smart his father and won but feared what his father would do to him. He fled his father once again and went off the grid. He told Abraham that he was staying with his mother for a while before coming to fulfill his duties, taking a break to spend time with her.

After a year here, he was found by SHIELD after doing vigilante work there, they questioned him until they realized that he was here for peace. They eased up, offering him to be their official liaison for the Wolves and after discussing it with Abraham, he was allowed to take that duty while he took his time going through the city as a vigilante. From joining SHIELD he changed his name, not wanting anything else to do with his father, and went with what his mother called him. Angel, and works under the alias Knightmare.

the wolves' eye: in the words of angel himself, "its an eye. an actual eye on a gold link chain." the wolves' eye is a powerful and mystical red/gold amulet in the shape of a wolf's eye that gives the him enhanced capabilities.

abilities that come with it: Before we get into the good stuff everyone wants to hear, one extra thing needs to be mentioned, angel's eyes. A byproduct of wearing the eye for as long as he had changed his appearance sure he looks the same, but once you get close enough to see the nose ring he has you'll notice something else. His eyes. His peepers are an eerie gold tint, similar to a gold bar that flashes when he smiles or twinkles brightly in the sun.

to the good stuff: The eye enhances his metabolic functions such as the buildup of lactic acids in his body, giving him the endurance of an Olympian. He doesn't tire like the average person, able to push beyond normal limits in strength and stamina. He is able to heft upward to half a ton, but his true strength lies in the force of his attacks. Often without meaning too, he has proven his physical prowess by ripping a car door off its hinges and smashing through brick walls without slowing down and once being tossed out of a fifth story window with the softness of asphalt to cushion his fall. There was also that time he was hit by a big rig and dragged half a mile before punching the tires out but that was more of a mistake on his part. Also through the use of his strength he has also been shown to be able to make great leaps through the air measuring four stories or more. Angel has proven to be a soldier who never stops by the ability to simply keep going, he has gone days without sleep or rest on rough assignments without a hint of slowing down.

To watch Angel move, it's like watching a reed in the wind; it bends almost unnaturally but never breaks. He moves and dodges with an acrobatic ease; graceful and talented he can put a gymnast to shame with his complex leaps and jumps. He is able to perform extraordinary feats with cat like reflexes, leaping great distances of over twenty feet and climb sheer vertical walls without losing momentum. Naturally double jointed, he is able to dislocate fingers to slip from cuffs with ease. Angel is unsure of how fast he can run, he has been clocked at speeds of up to 45 mph but averages around 35, it really depends on how short the distance to sprint and how much room he has to work up a speed. He's been able to run 20 mph, rather slow for him, but keep up the pace for well over half a day without rest. Angel possess heightened senses of sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing. He can pick up high-pitched frequencies the normal ear cannot much like a canine and has excellent vision like a hawk, able to see up to eight times farther than the average person and has little trouble seeing in the dark.

As his physical abilities have increased, so have his mental. He is able to process ideas and thoughts nearly triple the average person, working on the most efficient and fastest manner possible. Some might consider it a photographic memory as he is able to recite and recount information he's briefly in contact with. Don't mistake him for a genius though.

He has a temperamental healing factor, it's suppose to be instantaneously but tends to draw out to several days. Still spectacular in it's own right, it takes weeks what should takes months and days for weeks. Superficial cuts, scrapes and bruises are gone by the end of the day. it keeps him in top physical shape, immune to diseases and infections and he lacks the ability to become drunk, his system breaks down the alcohol too fast for it to take any effect. Highly resistant to hypnosis, drugs and gasses that could affect his focus and mind. This also works against his as he metabolizes painkillers and medicine too quickly to be of any use. He also eats three times as much as a normal person, needing the extra to keep up with his metabolism. his aging process doesn't seem to be affected by the magic of the eye, but he's still young and his age has yet to show.

Weaknesses: Senses: His enhanced senses make him more susceptible to strong impulses, he can be fazed by loud sounds or strong smells for example.

Sonic attacks: Because of his super hearing, Angel's ears are super sensitive to sonic attacks.

Wounds: While it is difficult to actually cause Angel harm due to his durability and skill, it is far from impossible to actually do Angel's body some harm. Extensive physical attacks could easily take him out of commission if they go above the threshold of the durability. Because his durability doesn't protect him from any sort of attacks that involve piercing the skin, Angel could be just as easily affected as a baseline human being would be when it comes to being struck by claws, blades, or any sort of bullet.

Untrusting: He does not trust easily, and keeps his secrets, and the secrets he has been entrusted with, very well. He does not discuss information with others that he thinks they may not be privy to, nor does he think it his place to divulge the private information of others. He can be a very private and withdrawn man, but he does not let that stop him from being friendly or at least courteous with others. This can sometimes get in the way of his work when he doesn't share information as readily as his teammates might like.

Family: Another obvious weakness, his family are some of the only people whom he would truly give up everything for. Angel has a few close friends whom he would give everything up for as well, but it is only these select few whom he holds close to his heart. It is because of this that although they can be his greatest strength, they are also his greatest weakness as well.

Anger: One weakness which is slightly unique with Angel would be his anger. He isn't the kind to become some sort of murderous person the moment he is angered, but it is true that he angers rather easily, especially in tense situations. He knows how to hold his own and keep his cool, but there have been times where he has simply just...snapped. These moments aren't all too common though, and most likely won't happen all that much.

Skills: advanced combat specialist: compared to most of the assassin's he's lived with, his personal style is very distinctive. angel has mastered several fighting styles, specializing in ancient martial arts. his unique style is both unpredictable and dangerous. his unique fighting style is very acrobatic and heavily attack-oriented, primarily utilizing powerful sweeping kicks, aerial takedowns. more like combat parkour, though it involves elements of abir qeseth, capoeira, sambo, savate, western boxing, wing chun, the doimo brawling fighting style, escrima, and ninjutsu can be seen most notably in his arsenal.

acrobatics: Knightmare is extremely flexible and agile. he is able to perform nearly everything from front hand springs to advanced backflips and everything in between. he also is able to twist his body in order to fit into narrow spaces to make his way through air vents and other means of building entry that may be out of normal agents reach. he is also skilled in balance and quick climbs, using parkour and rope ladders as practice to keep himself in pace.

stealth & escape mastery: what good is an ninja that can't get in and out of somewhere without being noticed? angel was trained with that question in mind. he learned from his years of hunting to walk and run while making the minimum amount of noise his body possibly could. he learned to be silent, hide in the shadows, and to avoid being noticed by onlookers. he also learned to avoid and manipulate technology specifically meant to detect sneaky intruders, like cameras and motion sensors.

high intellect/eidetic memory: angel has received excellent education from his school years and tutoring from the wolves and his parents, and thus has extensive knowledge of various subjects, which include science, mathematics, forensic medicine, criminology, metallurgy and psychology. he is fluent in several languages including portuguese, french, mandarin, ancient hebrew, aramaic, english, spanish. and because he has eidetic memory along with hyperthymesia, one of very few on the planet, which allows him to remember any detail of his life.

singer: angel has the voice of an angel a great singing voice and when given enough drinks may sing a song or two. and seeing as he can't get drunk....you'll never hear him sing.

muscle 'reading': similar to reading body language, by using his senses and reflexes angel is able to notice the subtle movements and twitches in people allowing him to better react and even 'predict' some attacks. this ability allows him to notice very small things and has even lead people to believe he's empathetic or precognitive.

Weapons, Equipment, Technology:

suit: donned by the young vigilante is a thick, yet light, durable black kevlar woven suit molded to her body to allow flexibility and comfort, as well as, protection from external forces, like extreme heat and cold. an internal harden shell defines it's insides protecting him from brute force trauma, basic piecing weapons (switch blades, daggers, etc.) and gunshots. although, the latter works similar to a bullet-proof vest, meaning he'll feel the pain, but the bullet shouldn't penetrate if not at close range. this suit is also insulated against electricity and is flame-resistant. to top it off the suit comes equipped with a bleeding wolf's head outlined in a dark red on the chest to represent angel's connection to the wolves.

escrima sticks/spear/trident: a collapsible metal spear, this is angel's weapon. it can be used to strike and attack, and spun around as a makeshift shield. if he clicks the button in the middle the two other blade protrude from the side. the composition of the staff is strong enough to block blasts of energy and support a large amount of weight. it can also be separated into 2 eskrima sticks.
