Just a little plot I had in mind, but I'm not sure what you might think of it. Wanted to see if anybody was up for this kind of thing, as much as the base concept might be considered overused.

In the year 3068, technological advancement and pollution are the things on everybody's minds. Multi-billionaire corporations are developing cures, weaponry, manufacturing spacecraft for pilots in the wild. When a cure for lung cancer, an illness that affects a large majority of the planet, is horrificily sabotaged, the well-known corporation Blueblood Industries, release the cure without knowledge of its danger. As a result, the medecine is exposed to almost everyone.
The disease mutates the recipient, and horribly transforms them into a monster. The disease being contagious and highly dangerous, spreads across the whole planet. Even the prettiest of butterflies become a life-threatening creature. It is your job to cure the infection, stop the infection.
