Amacensia is a country with a strong base in religion and has maintained that focus since it’s establishing at the dawn of the Era of awakening 300 years ago. They see qin as the blessing of the spirits as well as a mark of approval from them, because of this Amacensia has the highest rate of qin users as they all aim to awaken and undergo a coming of age ceremony as children that lets them access the first gate. In fact Amacensia has a shocking 70% that awaken in some form. However they specifically care for their religion, the order of the seven, and there have been several rounds of genocides related to the various other religions that can be found trying to move in. The most recent of which was the wave of attacks on Amyr and Dwarfs 30 years ago.
While Amacensia is mostly desert and ruin, the harsh conditions of their lives don’t lead them to expand, in part because they don’t have the might to gain ground in Dukreus, but instead they salvage through the ruins to find ways to get around obstacles and avoid the monsters at their every turn. The ruins are something that are just as valuable in their lives as their religion itself.
