In reality that family consisted of himself, and his frail mother and they were never meant to be in a position to lead however the previous head appointed him to the position at the age of seventeen after his daughter and granddaughter not only showed no promise but backed him in the decision for Leandro to be appointed.

In terms of how her city sees her, she’s a rule from within type of leader, open and approachable never once flaunting herself as better. In fact Silvius is far more likely to be taken as the leader from most outsiders as he’s far more likely to get shouty when someone goes off plan.

Don’t think he’s a pushover though when he’s dealing with non-citizens he can really be awful, after all if they’re not his allies they’re his enemies.

  Luna Viteri is a young girl, realistically too young to be running a city let alone having the weight of a country upon her. She ascended to her position after her parents had their rights withdrawn from the running, as she was the only remaining candidate left. In reality the Viteri are typically a family filled with Aura users, which meant that some of the laws such as the head of house must be an aura user were less of a hit. Still the only one capable of changing that law is King Zeru himself, who is unlikely to change the law since they need a central head that the the people can look up to. Not to mention the pride of the Viteri has been their own downfall as they’re was always the option of adopting someone in. Still the elders of the Viteri are quite antiquated in their ways, something proved by the supervised visitations between Luna and her Parents so as to “not influence the decisions of the Lady by childish sentiments”. Though due to her age, the responsibilities she holds with grace, singing prowess, and Nobel demeanor she’s quite the Idol in both her home country and the Allied Dukreus.

None of them quite respected the amount of knowledge held in the grand library and as a result got pummeled every time they tried to play some not so harmless pranks. It strengthen the group in the long run due to their sheer stubbornness. Still Amets is the one that took it a step to far in trying to destroy parts of the library in their ever escalating game. After a few months in the royal jail she was released back into the care of the orphanage due to a member of the royal staff taking a liking to the stubborn nature of the bratty teen. Still he wasn’t doing this for free and began to slowly start indoctrination into a mindset of serving in hopes that the girl would do some good. He didn’t imagine that she’d ever get to working for the noble family as he did but when she does anything she never half asses it.

Still Morgan felt indebted to the family especially the kid that convinced his family to help a stowaway ten year old. That being said Adelaide is not one for expansion and knows she couldn’t maintain more land with the current rule of Amacensia. She’s a presence that is well felt across the country for good and bad reasons, still she took over after one of the bloodiest genocides and had the gall to bring in Justine, one of the targeted groups of people and give her dominion over Domingente and the surrounding area. For most this was accepted as a fair ruling as the oracle has the strongest connection with Aulan so naturally they can dictate whom the strongest Pillars are. Yet for some this was a power move, a breakout plan to distance herself from the more bloody previous leaders such as Marionetta and Dante. But whether it is or isn’t she keeps her cards close to the chest.

In fact despite her violently protecting Matastre the people prefer to interact with her in the presence of Régis. They are well aware that she’d never hurt a law abiding citizen but they’re also aware she’d beat to death someone she found as unlawful unless Régis steps in as she values city order above all else. Her own nickname in the country and specifically in the city of Matastre is ‘The Executioner’. After all the incident that caused her to unlock her qin before even the ceremony every five year old goes through, well she’s been a fighter since then.

He’s really quite a kind and reasonable ruler though as shares his passions with the city and does his best to solve problems and resolve things in a way that would avoid the worst possible outcomes. He gets a bit too popular with some though and has caused a cat fight or two with his words and casual body language. After all he values friendship and unity above all else. But watch out when he gets mad, while his sister may have fought her attackers herself he’s the one that led a crusade to destroy all those who were involved with her harm.

Shintari is a benevolent leader but can easily become a frightening one if her patience is tested, which can mean the difference between a good harvest and the entire village no longer needing a harvest because everyone is dead (fuck you, Jimmy).
  
  Through her connections with the Forest and her hidden underlings, nothing happens within Forest's borders without Shintari knowing. Whether or not the Forest is alive as Hushurians believe it to be, there is definitely something going on there and Shintari holds the key.
  
  Outside of holy scripts and diplomatic ventures, not much can be said about Shintari to an outsider as Hushara and their leaders tend to be tight-lipped.

  Orion Council - One of the few groups of people she will unmask herself for. Uncloaking herself is reserved for Ptrevii . . . just kidding, only when it's too hot in the room of Orion
  Wolf - Her Loyal blade; Shintari knows she can always trust Alpha with her life and secrets.
  Snake - Her Hidden blade; Shintari knows she can be useful, but questions her loyalties at times.
  Fox - Her Resourceful Vixen; The Vixen Priestess is still new and finding her place . . . Shintari just hopes she doesn't stray too far.
  Spectral - Her Unbound Wings; Avian will always have a place at the dinner table, whether he announces himself or not. At least he'd tell her what a funnel cake is and why Vixen craves it.
  Seer - Her All-Seeing Eyes; Her lonely Priestess who sees all but experiences nothing. While she does hush up whenever she speaks, she knows she doesn't need to be on guard for everything she says and makes it a point to visit the Priestess when she can.

  The loyal blade of Hushara; Alpha.
  With the biggest Sector under his watch, Alpha isn't one to slack on the job. He is caring but a tough leader who takes his role as protector of his lady and Hushara very seriously and doesn't typically like to travel outside of its borders unless he feels like his Sector is in safe hands.
  One of the only priests to where red due to his idolizing of the past heroes of Hushara, The Red Riders. His father and grandfather's father had been warriors in the past and even if the Red Riders have vanished, he carries on the legacy.
  
  Outside of his cloaked figure seen on occasional outings for diplomatic reasons (typically with Vixen or Shintari), not much is revealed due to Hushara's quiet nature. Even his real name is unknown to the public at home as every High Priest discards their original names as they Ascend as Shintari's council.
  Relations:
  Snake - Alpha and Ophia entered High Priesthood around the same time as each other and have yet to get along. The only time Alpha goes on trips with her is when Vixen is involved. He finds her deceiving nature to be dishonorably and has no interest in being allies with a liar-- of course he has to because Shintari says so, which means he has to play nice in group meetings . . . His disdain for her is very obvious.
  Fox - High Priest Tod had always been somewhat of a mentor to him, and Alpha intends on repaying the favor by keeping an eye out for Vixen as she settles into her role as a High Priestess. He tries to go on trips with her as much as possible and tries to defend her against Ophia's words. They are on good terms with each other, even if they differ in how they work; Vixen being more willing to sightsee while Alpha wants to get straight to the point.
  Spectral - Alpha doesn't hate Avian, but he also isn't that fond of him either. The High Priest is constantly barging in unannounced and eating everyone's food like some kind of freeloader. He has learned to expect Avian to randomly show up when he is supposedly going on a trip by himself.
  Seer - No one really knows if this is the Seer they started with, how old they are or what gender they even are half the time. Of course Avian tells them the Seer is a female so they've been using female pronouns for her. Alpha doesn't dislike Seer, just finds her unnerving since anything she says can have a double meaning and he doesn't exactly have the same understanding as Avian does with her.

  The silver-tongue of Hushura; Ophidian is the alluring High Priestess of the Serpentine Sector, governing her Sector in a loose grip that tightens on command. With her little Serpent Priests (her underlings) she can get an idea of what is going on but typically doesn't act on it until Shintari specifically tells her to. She's a fickle High Priest, only the wittiest will receive her blessings as everything depends on the exact words used . . . Much like an evil genie.
  To her people she's seen as untouchable, her maiden status rivaling the goddess herself; Of course she isn't a goddess, just a humble Priestess meant to serve her . . . of course.
  Relations:
  Wolf - Alpha and Ophia had never gotten along since the moment they became High Priests; that isn't to say Ophia isn't opposed to going on trips with him as his frustration amuses her. She enjoys pushing his buttons, or surprising him with visits and leaving with what she wanted without him realizing it until its too late.
  Fox - Oh Vixen, so naive in her age~ Ophia can't help but wrap her around her fingers. She figures getting Vixen under her control will boost her status and power . . . If only Alpha would stay out of her way, then she could truly play.
  Spectral - The boy never lingers too long in her grasp; It frustrates her to no end. Sometimes she thinks she has lured Avian into her trap and then he's gone, without even saying anything! Such a rude High Priest, but it is important to stay on good terms since he seems to be able to understand Seer the best of them all.
  Seer - Ophia finds herself unnaturally shaken by every word that comes out of . . . her mouth. The Seer sees all, and can't be fooled by her words-- not that Ophia would ever dare to mess with the Seer herself. No one messes with the Seer, and as creepy as she can be everyone knows she's a very important High Priestess.

  The newbie High Priestess; Vixen. After the sudden passing of High Priest Tod 2 years ago, young Vixen had no choice but to take his place and try to fill his big shoes. High Priest Tod had been around longer than any other High Priest, setting the record for the longest any High Priest (other than Seer???) has ever lived so she has a lot to make up for.
  Due to her sudden High Priesthood, there are many things Vixen is figuring out-- one of these things being to remember to have her mask on in public; especially when traveling through Dukreus . . . Between the occasional photos being taken of the unmasked Priestess, rumors of her original name started to spring up:

  -Erosa
  -Marylin
  Being some of the many names people debate over in secret as calling a High Priestess by their original name undermines their power. Those who have observed her outings has noted that she holds a special fondness over Dukrues; sightings of her spending her free time shopping in the cities or enjoying a treat at a cafe. Sometimes with another person.
  
  Rumors aside, Vixen works very hard to make up for what she lacks in experience and knowledge. She is the most forgiving of the five and shows a greater understanding of the emotions of her people. Thanks to the efforts of High Priest Tod the Fox Sector's troubles have ended, but High Priestess Vixen has a lot of work to do to ensure Fox Sector recovers.
  
  Relations:
  Wolf - The Alpha is always looking out for Vixen, going out of his way to help her settle into her duties as a High Priest. Some may say he's overprotective of her, but she doesn't seem to mind it that much since she knows the Alpha High Priest means well . . . Even if he's kind of blunt about it. The Vixen Priestess enjoys going on trips with Alpha and occasionally photos show her trying to get Alpha to relax a bit during their diplomatic ventures in Dukreus.
  Snake - Ophia is very nice to Vixen, even if Alpha is always warning her against the Serpentine Priestess . . . Of course, those fables and Spirits they worship aren't so literal with their High Priests; that'd be silly. Occasional photos often show Ophia and Vixen taking a more scenic route in Dukreus with Ophia usually treating Vixen to a treat.
  Spectral - Avian and Vixen appear to have an easy time engaging in a conversation with each other, the two getting along surprisingly well despite their ages. He doesn't usually go on trips with Vixen alone since Alpha usually tries to join in if it seems like she may end up going alone, but when he does have time with her there are a lot of selfies pictures . . . A lot-- mostly due to Avian snatching cameras from people to take a selfie with Vixen at whatever amusement place they're detouring at during diplomatic ventures in Dukreus.
  This is usually how photos of Avian without his cloak surfaces.
  Seer - Being a new High Priestess, Vixen is always on edge when Seer is around and has a habit of taking everything the Seer says literally. . . even when she just says "Good Morning Little Vixen". There is an eerie silence between the two when they go on trips together. People claim that Vixen has tried to establish a relationship between the two of them (probably Avian giving her pointers) by strolling through gardens in Dukreus but no photo edvidance can prove this . . . Actually no photos involving Seer ever will comes out right.

  The oldest and longest standing High Priest unbound by gravity; Avian, The Spectral High Priest. When people see him, they usually need to do a doubletake to realize he is of a high position since he doesn't typically look or act as heavenly as the other High Priests try to do. He's very casual and unlike the others, it's not uncommon to get a good morning blessing from him as he makes the most rounds through his Sector(s) than any other High Priest.
  Outside of Hushara representatives and their chefs see him as . . . trouble-- He comes in unannounced, leaves whenever and while he's at it he'll take some of your dinners too. Very unprofessional but what can anyone really do when the guy can just fly off?
  
  Avian is the most laidback of the group but is also one who holds the most experience and knowledge (outside of Seer). He understands Seer the most ironically, and despite his goofy protagonist persona is one of Shintari's closest advisors.
  Relations:
  Wolf - Avian loves Alpha and visiting his sector; it's always carefully protected so they always have great food to eat there.
  Snake - Avian loves Ophia and her sector; it's always so refined and their wine is aged very nicely. Pairs perfectly with Alpha's food.
  Fox - Avian loves Vixen and her sector; it's always blooming with something and she always lays out a basket of herbs and flowers for him to pick up. Tod taught her well.
  Seer - Avian loves Seer, even if her Sector's creatures are always trying to snatch him out of the air. He's made it a habit to have his flock go around the densest part since good flyers are hard to come by. He doesn't understand why people find her so unnerving, she's a great baker and always has a freshly baked treat for him (with extra for his flock on occasion) when he lands in her Temple. She even keeps the flowers he gives her from Fox Sector! All of them . . . Forever . . . Even if they're dead . . . High Priestess can be quirky too, no?

  Summary:
  No one knows much about Seer outside of Avian; even on her occasional trips, she's covered head to toe with a strange mask contraption concealing her face. Many guesses have been made about the debatably female Seer, some think she is covered with burns and that is why she uses a breathing mask. Some say she has tentacles on her face that get shoved into the mask, making her breathes heavy enough to hear.
  Whatever the case may be, The Seer's words are always taken seriously. No one dares to speak over the Seer, as in what is said could determine all of their fates.
  
  Relations:
  Wolf - There isn't much chit chatting between us, but I know if something were to happen he'd protect me . . . I wish he would visit me.
  Snake - She always chooses her words carefully around me, but I know what she means and I know what she thinks . . . Maybe that is why she won't visit me?
  Fox - The Vixen Priestess is still scared of me . . . There's nothing to be scared about little one, I only mean well . . . Won't you come by and visit me little Vixen?
  Spectral - Avian is nice . . . He always brings me flowers from Vixen's Sector, since no flowers grow here . . . I enjoy his visits, but he's always to quick to fly away . . .
