So I have this little idea for a Samurai Champloo rp involving an old character idea I've refined a little. Mostly the same premise as the show, but with some extra adventures and alternate takes and an addition to the group. Looking for someone to play Jin specifically.
A ronin going by the name Thorned Rose seems to plague a town with fear, and everyone who's seen him tells of his cruelty. With promise of a reward, Mugen, Fu, and Jin accept the task of taking down the vagrant samurai. On their search they encounter a talented young samurai living in the woods, prompting Mugen to attack the young man and discover that he can hold par with the self taught swordsman. After some prodding, they discover the lone samurai is none other than the Thorned Rose himself, but hasn't left his campsite in weeks. Once they find out that another swordsman has been using the name of Thorned Rose to their benefit, Haru as the real ronin says to call him, joins them to clear his name and ends up joining their ragtag group.
After blending seemlessly into the group, Mugen finds Haru to be an annoyance with women constantly fawning over him and his weird flirtatious attitude with men as well as women. Fu expresses great admiration for him, and Jin... feels some strange feelings after finding a kindred spirit in Haru. But Haru Minamoto has lazily forgot to mention that his real name is Haruka, he's bisexual, and he's a woman.
