Hey, I just joined the site not too long ago, and I'll be heading off to work soonish, but I'd like to take you up on your idea. Seems like the kind of story that I'd be down for a rodeo with. Just to note, I've only really roleplayed via PM in the past and would prefer if we could do it through there, and while I do write paragraph style, the amount I write completely depends on the scene, so could range from a single sentence to maybe two paragraphs or occasionally more.
