Personality: His entire life revolves around two things: photography and fighting. He holds a strange fondness for the battlefield, relishing in using his often superior speed and agility to subdue his opponents, and is certainly not above killing. He loves photography, although he tends to be a bit hesitant showing his pictures the first time. Rin is often described as hyper. He never stops talking, and he's almost always bewilderingly cheerful. He will flirt with people no matter what their gender is, using their lust or embarrassment to his advantage. The only time he is ever silent is if he is angry. He's prone to avoid fights when angry, being experienced enough to know that being angry in a fight is more likely to get him killed than fix the problem. He's one of the only competitors of Igra that regularly shows mercy to unarmed or newbie competitors, on rare occasions even becoming a resource to them. He's very used to being outnumbered in fights, and on some occasions even prefers them that way.
Biography: Rin's story can vary wildly based on the media platform you choose to learn about him (some things are: alive, deceased, both legs, loses a leg, ect). What most agree on is that Rin was at some point associated with an infamous fighting group called Pesca Corsica, who eventually became almost like family to him. At some point they were almost all murdered by his brother, Shiki. After that, he joined a bloodbath competition known as Igura: an entire city devoted solely to a fighting competition where the winner was free to manipulate the rules of the game and city however they wished. As expected, the city-wide fighting game often became a bloodbath, seeing as it was easier to take the tags that people wore to let people know they were playing Igura by force. Rin either went mad waiting to fight the city mayor, escaped the city, or took part in the overthrow of the city's government system to free people forced into the Igura game. In this instance, Rin escaped Igura. He also has both legs (because then he wouldn't be able to fight).
Powers/Skills: Rin is a natural-born fighter. He owns a pair of stilettos that he utilizes with practiced ease, often dual-wielding them for both safety and convenience. He is capable of adapting to many different types of bladed weapons as long as they share some similarities with a dagger or sword. Rin prefers not to use guns, but can and will if given the chance. Rin is also incredibly agile. Rin's preferred method of striking is confusing an enemy with enormous leaps and flips, getting just close enough to almost invisibly slit their throats as he sails by. He also isn't above using his appearance, appearing almost feminine at first glance, he is known to use that moment of uncertain hesitation to his advantage. In all iterations of his character, he is first described as: "a petite girl, golden hair, a delicate stature, and slim arms and legs. ... Her large blue eyes were especially striking" False identification of Rin is usually his opponents' undoing.
Equipment: A pair of stilettos, a camera, and sometimes wields a gun.
Misc: He tends to act feminine to keep up appearances, and is skilled at using his opponents' overconfidence to his advantage. He uses his camera to take pictures of pleasing things like city-scapes and wild-life. It's what keeps him sane.
