Laws/Rules that must be Abide by
- Pets aren't allowed to be outside on their own without their owners- Pets are not allowed to hold jobs unless licensed by the state/city
- Current bills are being passed to allow pets to attend school, though separated from the human classes.
-It's strongly taboo for a human to have any sort of relationship with their pet.
