The year is 2180. Humans are living in peace, and unison. No enemies. No wars. No ill will. They work together to solve problems. Science was a big part of their works. Combining the best minds from all over the world. Together they created many things, one of them being the perfect being. There aren't many of these forms of humans around, but the ones that are known as Forerunners. The Forerunners are the future of the human race if anything goes wrong, but also tools. They willingly listen to their creators and carry out any task given to them.
Humans have also developed pretty amazingly in terms of space travel. Developing technology that makes them move faster than light, though the average human can't survive the conditions as learned through various tests. The Forerunners can. They are often sent to different planets to gather information. The scientist want to go deeper though. They want to explore outside the Orion Arm of the Milky Way. They want to venture out to a different arm. Upon finishing the vessel the team will be traveling in, the Forerunners who volunteered were sent off to gather what they needed. When they were sent off, they made their way to the destination they were set to. They found a planet similar to their home, Earth. It was scanned by the ship's resource scanner and was said to be habitable, but it glitched and missed what else it held.
