So I've had this idea for a bizarre villain for a bit. Don't have much beyond a name and a short description, but I feel he has potential. What do y'all think?

Raphael Summers.
He seeks to kill his canvas with the most beautiful death blow possible, then take the hand home and put it on display. Then get a new one and begin all over again. Between jobs he preps himself by keeping his hand in top shape. Manicures, grip exercises, the finest lotions to keep his skin soft and elegant. And just before killing someone he wipes his hand down with a moist towelette to ensure there's nothing that could ruin the trophy. Slip on his leather gloves with a fine fur interior, and do the deed!
Then at the end of the year take the best trophy he got and settle down to dinner with a guest to enjoy the savory taste of severed killer's hand! Relive the memories and savor the taste of beauty and success! Then kill the guest because they can't spoil his fun.
His whole shtick is he gets a real strong high off killing someone in some certain, bizarre known-only-to-himself way.
And after killing them, he literally cuts his hand off and sticks it on a display to admire it.
Then gets a new hand so he can experience it anew all over again, cause the high only comes from a virgin killing.
Which a killer's hand can't give.
