Six eighteen year olds, flown from all over the country to meet in an
apartment complex in portland, oregon. The apartments are theirs
to use, and do with what they please. But, It's a social experiment,
so it's filmed to see how neighbors actually interact with each other.
The teens won't need to pay rent or pay for their groceries, but they
will have to interact every once in a while. Pets are allowed,
but people from the outside are not. This forces the group to
hang out or at least interact every once in a while,
this social experiment lasts for about a year,
and it also includes a small road trip to tierra del mar for a
weekend where they will sleep in their cars.
