The races of aerth in a few sentences or less.
Human. The hardest working in all of Aerth, not gifted at birth like the elves with magic or the natural strength of a dwarf. Humans have to learn magic, even then most humans are only suited to one type of magic. The more skilled human mages often only have two or three classes of magic. Playing as a human means you get no level cap in stats, a choice in two classes of magic.
Elves. Most of their kingdoms are on islands far from the rest of the races, however many elves have set up colonies across aerth. They are inherently skilled at magic and live longer then any other race. More frail then humans and dwarfs they often relied on their superior magic to win the battles they engage in.
Playing as a elf means you can use any type of magic, your strength and endurance is capped at 8 however.
Dwarfs. Living in mountains and valleys the dwarfs are known for their strength and inventions. Comfortable living underground carving kingdoms out of stone and precious metals, the dwarfs have no affinity for magic using technology and weapons to fight. The tallest dwarf stands at five foot.
Playing as a dwarf means no ability at all, however you can get a extra skill and the strength stat can be raised to 12/10
Skyrace. Looking like humans with wings, but more like the elves of the surface world. The skyrace live hidden in the clouds on floating islands, preferring peaceful existence the sky islands have never gone to war with each other, using magic and primitive weapons to hunt the beasts they live amongst.
Playing as a skyracer means you have wings and can fly, you can use five classes of magic,
Endurance is capped at 6/10 and agility can be raised to 12/10
Lore is being built such as towns and locations to know of, if you want to contribute go nuts.
The starting locations for each race will be the city of Barrak where king Leo the third rules over.
The skyrace island of chlokoka has fallen outside barrak’s walls and has crushed many farms, it’s almost like a forested mountain has been dropped onto the plains.
