Can someone please help me with the lingo on acronyms? I have asked and never get the answer and if there are any of you out there that have any acronyms please list them all here and what they stand for so I can not be such a noob after multiple years of not being on an rp site. Thank you!!!

There are some acronyms and slang explained in this tutorial How to Roleplay!
it's a bit outdated but many of the abbreviations are still widely used.

 

[Crayons]

One that confused me at first was people using "RT" or "rt" to mean an Interest Check. It's an acronym of Request Thread, and is probably used because IC means something else. XD
