At the mention of Evelynn, he turned around, eyes meeting the girl's. He felt sort of bad. Making everybody feel so awful....this wasn't like them at all. Usually, they were playing a song, plucking their strings and having fun like there wasn't a tomorrow. But now, it really felt like there wasn't going to be a tomorrow. Things felt like a thick muddy wall and they were just trying to sludge through it.

"Evie.." he greeted, the boy offering a melancholy smile as they walked inside. He opened his mouth to say more, but was suddenly interrupted by the slamming of a car door. Before even turning his head, he heard a feminine voice ring out, obviously upset. It was Regina. Glancing over, he wasn't too surprised by her suggestion. It...was really an amazing idea...but he didn't know. He didn't know about anything right now.

With a pensive nod, the golden-haired boy's gaze fell to the floor, and he felt so many mixtures of emotions. "I...I'm sorry guys..." He muttered, not sure what else to say.

As he was leading a heart broken Evelynn and Alex into the house, a loud door slam caused him to whip his head around to the driveway. He didn’t need to turn to know who it belong to. Her voice scared him, with it’s angry and hostile tone. While he appreciated her suggesting a solutions, he didn’t think solutions right now. Julias was more focused on getting everyone together and first getting Alex in a bit more relaxed mental state. He watched the boy lower his gaze, instantly making the room even more gloomy. “Hey. It’s not your fault Alex. We can’t control our parents or what happens. Let’s wait till Ivan gets here and we will figure out something. No more tears Alex.” He said, shutting the door once Regina stormed inside. To brighten the mood, he decided to change topics and put his attention to something else. “Why don’t we head upstairs and order something to eat?” He suggested, watching everyone carefully.

Inside, Ivan kept on with his work - but his smile was faint and ingenuine now. Worries gloomed over him, making his head feel heavy. Alex can't leave, right? A rational voice in Ivan's head said: of course he can. That's what happens. People get jobs, move, and then they live much better than they used to. But his dad couldn't do it to him, right? It's not like they could just... not considerate Alex's perspective and- opportunities- he had no idea what to make out of it.

After they've finished their beers, the players got up and took their instruments out. Ivan looked at them. This could be him and his friends in a few years- no, that's just funny dreaming. But, maybe...
Old Mikola called Ivan over with a hand gesture, to join them and play with them, but Ivan just shrugged and looked down.

Finally, his brother showed up at the door.
He felt bad asking his brother to cover up for him tonight, especially as he was a college student - law, nonetheless!, but this was an emergency. His brother hasn't even taken the jacket off as Ivan rushed to him, whispering into his brother's ear, putting together unconnected words and handing him the tray. His brother patted him on the back, nodded, and took the tray from Ivan. Ivan scouted the crew, caught his parent's looks, waved, and ran out as his mother looked at him as annoyed as over.
"Kids! Always out, out! They're never at home! It's just out, out..."

Ivan jumped on his bike, an old and rusty thing, and drove off. He needed some time to Julias' house, but he pedalled like his life depended on it. He flew over the road, car brakes screeching and stopping, someone getting out of the car and swearing at him - but he continued. He had no idea what he was going to say or do. And what is he showing up like at Julias' door? Among all his friends. He felt and looked like he had just worked in a mine for an hour.

He finally stopped before Julias' house, jumped off the bike, and knocked.

The boy felt conflicted even after Julias tried to console him, simply nodding his head. "You're right.." Sucking in a shaky breath, Alexander lifted his gaze, a truly genuine smile gracing his features. "Thank you all for being here...it really means a lot. I...don't know what we're going to do about this, but the fact that you all care so much....it makes me feel a lot better..!" He chimed, glancing at all three of them before nodding at Julias.

"But yeah, how does pizza sound..?--"

Right as Alex spoke, a hurried knock on the door startled him a little bit, causing him to turn over to see what who it was. Seeing the rusted bike on the floor outside, he immediately knew who it was, and waved a hand towards the other three. "It's Ivan guys, I can get it," Turning back to the front door, the brunette opened the frame, eyes instantly meeting green ones. He could tell the other boy was out of breathe....and he looked awful. Not to be mean or anything, but he'd definitely need to comb through those locks of his.
Anyways!

"Hey," Alexander greeted with a sorrowful smile, opening the door a bit wider to allow the other inside. "Welcome to the 'party'..!" He added ruefully, glancing back at everyone else.
