World Building Planeswalker Campaign ideas

I am planning on running an MTG themed Campaign with characters from various MTG planes as well as D&D worlds and other fictional settings. I am not super familiar with all the planes, knowing only Ravnica and Innistrad really well. So if anyone has any ideas of where a planeswalker could come from in each plane, or what they could do upon getting there, I'd like to hear it

I greatly recommend checking out “Planeshifted”, some material that has MTG settings with D&D mechanics. There’s Innistrad, Ravnica, Amonkhet, Zendikar (two versions of that one actually) and probably more than I’m not currently aware of.
