I can work more on it and or adjust if something is bad like if his quirk isn't good enough!
Name: Kaito Nagawa Appearance: Green/Blue spikey hair, 5’6’’, spikes/spines running down his back and on his tail. More fin- like spines on his forearms and calves. Webbed toes/fingers. Gender: Male Age: 20 Costume: N/A Hero Name: The Iguana Personality: Shy, easily excitable though Background: Growing up in a smaller village by the sea, he has had plenty of practice swimming. He worked summers as a lifeguard. He’s loved helping/saving people, he’s always wanted a larger scale of that. Rejected from Universities; his only “real” ability is swimming fast. Hardly hero material, he realizes. Not a lot of issues happen in the ocean often; Heroes are needed on land. Even if he were used to swim somewhere fast, he’s not very strong. He’s struggled to gain muscle his whole life, most of his strength is in his tail which he uses to help propel him in water. Not to mention, he’s not great on his feet outside of water. He’s more sloppy on land as the air is different from the comforting water currents. Quirk: iguana qualities. Tail, spine/spikes down his back/tail, ability to swim 25mph, webbed toes/fingers which make swimming easier, however he’s more clumsy with human items. Pencils, phones, gripping larger items. Can’t drive, and can’t sit in chairs with backs on them because of his tail. Trivia: Has to sit in backed chairs sideways, his tail is too thick to be easily flexible. Clumsy outside of water.

Love him ^_^

Name: Cero Kugamiya

Gender: Female

Age: 18

Costume: (Currently none at the moment, and somewhat drawing a blank)

Hero Name: (Will decide as the RP goes further)

Personality: On the initial introduction, Cero comes off as an aloof and distant individual who seems to be quite bored with the world. Her speech pattern can be described as being perfectly reflective to who she is as an individual, soft-spoken yet strictly formal. Of course much of this is due to her upbringing and the social circles that she was surrounded with since her birth. Buried deep beneath the lady-like visage that she presents, lies a naive and curious female that merely wishes to experience what life has to offer.

Background: 1 word to perfectly describe who she is and what her background is in a nutshell:

Rich.

From the day that she was born, Cero was blessed with the enviable position of being plopped inside of the 1% tax bracket. Not only that, but she is also the heiress of one of the biggest and richest multi-billion dollar corporations. Now, the struggles that she had gone through was not the same as the rest of the population. The level of expectation and standards were completely different from those that people would usually be acclimated to. She was taught specific mannerisms and decorum the very moment she demonstrated signs of visible intelligence. Her mind was always focused on the fact that she would be carrying the family name and that the world would be looking at her every movement. The girl was constantly tutored to stand above the rest and always excel in every field that she was placed into.

The outcome?

The perfect heiress that could easily slide into the next role of taking control of the corporation if her father were to suddenly pass...or at least that would've been the case if not for her quirk. The quirk that she possessed was neither help for her future, nor was it a gain in any sort of manner. Heck, her being quirkless would've been much more preferred since that would mean she could just ignore this peculiar effect within her body.

Regardless, after much conversation and deliberation, Cero had managed to convince her family to allow her to enroll into a school that specialized in quirks. The excuse here was that she had already passed every single thing that a regular academia had thrown her way. Why not try and advance her seemingly useless quirk so that it CAN be useful in the future?

Quirk: Life transfer => When Cero touches a living being with both hands, she can either to drain their "life force" for herself or give her own to them. To prevent this from happening even on accident she either tends to have a pair of gloves over her hands, or, she is wearing a long-sleeved outfit (usually a kimono) to hide her hands.

*Small editor note: Life force in this case is basically just a person's "stamina" they have for the day. Nothing to do with life/death or anything that absurd. The skill just sounds cooler naming it "life transfer" >________>

Trivia: Cero's sense of taste is borderline criminal (she is taste deaf)
Trained to play classical instruments (violin, piano, vocals)
Has some form of self defense (can't always depend on her bodyguards/hires)

To prevent this from happening even on accident she either tends to have a pair of gloves over her hands, or, she is wearing a long-sleeved outfit (usually a kimono) to hide her hands. One of the unusual things about her power is that whoever she uses this power on, they become a bit enthralled with her. The duration of the effect ranges depending on how much life was transferred.

Fantastic character ^_^
Though the quirk may need to be adjusted. The ability to drain life and entrall people seems like a pretty viable quirk.

Is this still open? I'd like to join if possible :)

Name:
Jordan Lordona
Appearance:

Gender:
Male
Age:
18
Hero Name:
I-Spy
Personality:
Jordan is a rather friendly boy. Outspoken and cheerful, many would describe him as a light that always tries to bring out the best in people. Whenever he sees that someone is hurt or upset, he'll try his best to comfort them, as that's what any hero should do. Jordan is also rather quick witted, cracking jokes as easily as he breathes and as often as he blinks. Some may find him annoying, but no one can deny that he always means well.
Background:
Jordan's early life was rather boring, to put it simply. His father worked at a resturant and his mother was a retired hero who, despite no longer fighting crimes, still held up public appearances until one day she suddenly vanished. Jordan had to tell everyone that his mother had died in a car crash, as her identity was secret. From that day on, though, he was inspired to become a great hero like his mother and save anyone and everyone he could.
Quirk:
Watchtower- Jordan's quirk allows him to have complete awareness of his surroundings. Currently, he can only use his quirk in quick little sonar-like bursts, however the potential length he can keep his quirk activated is unknown.
Trivia:

Funny, cuz I'm using dark mode and could read it fine...

Your eyes are probably used to reading dark fonts in dark mode, like I me who can see if someone wrote something on a completely black page but I can do this only because I can different the hue. (since the regular black for fonts is a few hues lighter than the true black used on pages).
But yeah some people might have issue reading those few words if they are using dark mode and are safe distance from their monitor/screen.
