{Spoilers ahead!}
The Rebels who had released their world from being imprisoned.
Called upon by Philemon once more, they have now traversed through universes and into Gotham.
We will go by each of them one by one.

Akira Kurusu, the Leader. Alias, Joker. Also known as the Phantom. Known to be silent, yet passionate about his line of work. He also has a flair for the dramatic. Favored weapons are Knives and Handguns.

Ryuji Sakamoto. Alias, Skull. The upbeat troublemaker who is known to be quite mischievous. Although short tempered, his rebellious attitude is perfect for a Phantom Thief. Favored weapons are Bludgeoning weapons and Shotguns.

Ann Takamaki. Alias, Panther. The maiden confident with her foreign blood. She's as energetic as her fellow thieves, yet she is often trying has a modelling side-job. Favored weapons are whips and Submachine Guns

Yuusuke Kitagawa. Alias, Fox. A elegant, young prodigy who is skilled at the arts. Passionate on aesthetics and beauty, he's known to say profound statements at certain times. Favored weapons are Katanas and Machine Guns

Makoto Nijima. Alias, Queen. A younger sibling of a prosecutor and a perfectionist, at best. She makes sure that everyone's accounted for and assists the group with her strength. Favored weapons are Tekko fists and revolvers.

Futaba Sakura. Alias, Oracle. Also known as 'Alibaba', but known in the group as the Nav. A programming prodigy who take pride in her work as a tecnological genius. Although she was once a shut-in, she now joins the Phantom Thieves as their Navigator. Her Persona ability is to scan the surroundings and the enemy itself.

Haru Okumura. Alias, Noir. Daughter of a rich business family, she is known for her elegance, and betrayal. Although somewhat sadistic, she is shown passion for her line of work. Favored weapons are Axes and Grenade Launchers.

Morgana. Alias, Mona. The resident mascot and the Akira's mentor in the art of thievery. A Cat Cognition who was first created by Igor before getting trapped by a malevolent being. This cognition then went on to find the Trickster, and free the world along with them. Favored weapons are Curved blades and Slingshots​
