Our Little Town
Plot

Everything has been pretty peaceful in the town of New Orleans. The vampires, werewolves, and witches getting along for the most part for the past several years. There were still skirmishes between the three that often lead to deaths and humans being killed because of their fighting. However a treaty was formed between the four that way all sides could continue to live together without constant fighting. The originals have been hiding within the town for over a year now keeping their true identities hidden. They haven’t wanted a fuss the siblings have all been enjoying their time in a peaceful place. Now something lurkers in the shadows killing have been happening again with all parties losing members. The most recent events have unfortunately left the originals forced to reveal themselves. Whatever it is that’s killing the towns people has marked the originals for death. Now if the originals are truly killed that means all the supernatural creatures die with them. So now it’s up to everyone to figure out who the true enemy is though suspicious and lies are causing a drift which leaves everyone more vulnerable then ever.

The Originals(2/4):
The four originals of the species. All siblings who were once regular human beings just trying to live their lives. When their family angered a group of gods which resulted in the four siblings becoming immortal monsters. Each of the siblings were cursed with a different gift with the ability to pass on their curses to others.(Except for the hybrid.) The siblings have roamed the earth ever since bringing chaos in their wake not able to control themselves. Though it’s been thousands of years and the siblings have since settled down in a fun little town. They’ve kept their true identities hidden until now.

The Witches(open):
The witches of this town have been here for hundreds of years. They specialize in all kinds of different forms of magic no one witch is alike power wise. Each witch specializes in their own power though they can all practice all forms of witch craft.

The Vampires(open):
The vampires are the main powerhouse of the town currently. They can only be out in the day light if they are wearing a day light ring. Not all of them have one the older ones to however the newly turned must earn one. These beings are incredibly strong and swift though they do have several weaknesses.

The Werewolves(open):
These monstrous beasts take on a huge wolf form every full moon. Their curse is only activated if they kill someone. They have super hearing and strength though are at their most powerful during the full moon.

The Humans(open):
These are just regular human beings some are oblivious to the things going on in their town. While others have become tossed into the mess or have become victims to the supernatural within their town.

The Newly Made Hybrid(1/1)(more will be added later):
A brand new hybrid it wasn’t thought possible. However someone has some now ended up as a new hybrid after the original hybrid lost control one night and took this persons life. They were brought back by the hybrids sister only to discover they are now similar to the original hybrid.(They will be Vampire/Werewolf/With very limited magic as a witch)

Brief description of looks: Selene stands at 5'5, and she keeps herself in shape which is why her body is toned with subtle yet prominent curves that suit her well when she wears a dress. Her eyes are a striking blue with hints of grey and green, which change from time to time and her dark eyelashes make them pop even more. She also has a tattoo of two simple lines that form the shape of a cross that takes up her entire spine and upper back.

Personality traits: She is what you would call an iron woman nowadays, she is strong; not only physically, but mentally. Selene is dauntless, stubborn, and very calculating, depending on the situation. Though due to her cover-up job, she can put on a smile and be warm. Though she can be warm towards others who treat her well and with respect. One side of her is merciful and used to want to kill whatever and whoever stood in her way, but she has learned self-control and paces herself. She can be blunt when she wants to, but she is only stating the facts, whether the person in front of her wants to hear it or not, and she is not afraid to put someone in their place if she wanted to. Selene has closed off her heart from men and women, everywhere she goes, her attractive appearance can make anyone falter and wither at her touch. However, she tends to not allow people to get too close to her, afraid she might develop strong feelings for them as she once did with her past lover. So through the years, she has learned to shut off all emotions as if it were a switch.

History: Her mother and father were world-renowned hunters that found the scariest of beasts, and such tasks do take a toll on them. Especially the years of enemies that the Helsing family has created. When there was news of a child to be born, it was prominent that they keep it a secret. Selene's mother had a hard pregnancy and the stress from all the avoidance of monsters had been too much on her body. During the birth of Selene, her mother passed and her father had to not only be a hunter and protector of the family, but also a father to his daughter. He did all that he could to protect Selene and show her the ways of the hunters. Later on, in the years, he grew very ill from a run-in with a werewolf and Selene tried her best to be by his side and care for him, but she knew that all the training her father had done with her, was to prepare her for the moment in which she would take his place.

It was hard for Selene to be alone in this world, but she knew that in life, all of the challenges that she comes across, will be done alone.
Selene was left with her parent's fortunes, but she didn't want to just sit on what was left for her, so she made a name for herself. She needed to be more than just a hunter. She became the talk of the town, and everyone knew who she was when she started buying all the properties in the city and selling them. Selene was a ruthless woman who dabbled in some extra side business. Selene is now the best and wealthiest real estate agent in the city. Selene moved into her parents estate which was only a few minutes away. She uses the real estate business as a cover-up during the day, and during the night she is as ruthless as they come when she becomes a Hunter; not allowing anything to get in her way.

minerva has always been a rather rebellious lady. she has never been good at following the rules or playing the delicate damsel-in-distress role. she is reckless--forever throwing herself into impossible situations without thinking and putting her own life on the line. not only does she have a fiery temper and horrible mood swings but she is also incredibly stubborn. like, good luck changing this girl's mind once she makes a decision on something. and if you are looking for forgiveness after betraying her or wronging her in some kind of way? good luck with that one too. you see, she is a bit dramatic and very passionate, at that.

even with her bold personality, mina is quite the secret keeper. she is distrustful of others, especially strangers, and is careful about whom she shares her heart with. but, that really isn't a surprise given her past. though she might seem confident, she has her own insecurities and has this self-loathing part of her that often presents itself when she is very upset about something. in simplest terms, she is her own worst enemy. as one could imagine from someone who struggles to accept themselves, the vampire definitely has a sense of humor. she always seems to have a witty remark for everything.

yes, she might have some issues, but minerva is fiercely loyal to those she cares about. in fact, it is safe to say that she would even die for some of them. and she might seem otherwise, but she is very compassionate and supportive. one can count on her to have their back.

in the beginning: 16th century gemany
minerva was born in 1556 under the name minerva von kanitz-roosa. she was the third born child and second daughter to sigmund von roosa and leyna von kanitz, who were lesser nobles of the german kingdom. as many children of nobility were, mina was well-educated, starting at an early age. she learned to speak many different languages, including english, french, italian, latin, spanish, and greek. she learned to dance as any lady back then did and was taught the proper mannerism and etiquette (though she struggled to perform them well). despite her feminine training, mina was a free-spirited and reckless girl for the time period. she often skipped on her lessons, particularly those that contained lots of listening and no action or those pertaining to etiquette, in favor of exploration and following her elder brother around in his daily activities. this, of course, did not please her parents. as a result of struggling to live up to her parents' expectations, her parents shipped her off to england at the age of fifteen to live with her aunt.

from germany to england
life under her aunt's supervision was, well, difficult. her aunt was a strict woman who had little tolerance for minerva's mischief and the girl practically had to walk on egg shells around her aunt. but her aunt was not the only person she had to worry about. her spoiled, not-so-friendly cousins were not any better to deal with. so, the young girl found company in the servants of the household instead. particularly, she became close friends with her maid, isolde. isolde was a bit of an odd soul and was well-spoken despite her status, but mina never really questioned it at time.

at the age of twenty, despite her protests, minerva was arranged to marry a wealthy english man named edmund blackwell. while they never really developed romantic feelings for each other throughout the course of their marriage and had plenty to disagree on, they did eventually become somewhat friends. as long as minerva behaved herself in public and was faithful to him, he allowed her quite a bit of freedom. he also allowed her maid, isolde, to accompany her into the new household to keep her company. however, though her husband was fair tempered and their arrangement had somewhat appeased lady mina's desire for even an ounce of freedom, he was not exactly faithful to her. in fact, he had already had a mistress before minerva had even taken his name. though mina was not necessarily happy about it as it tainted her image, there was little she could do about it at the time.

when she was twenty-four year old, minerva gave birth to a son named matthias. for the little time that she had with him, she loved her son more than anything. but, she was never able to keep him. mere months after the birth of her son, she was accused of using witchcraft by her husband's jealous mistress. she was imprisioned and despite her pleas of innocence, mina condemned to death. no one came to save her—not her husband, not her aunt, not her family—no one. if they had, they might find themselves in the same place as her. though there was no proof of such crimes, she was executed. what was supposed to be the end of her story, was not.

when she woke, she was in an unfamiliar house with isolde by her side. despite her confusion and fright, she took the tea that isolde had offered her once she had calmed down. she did not realize what was in the tea that her dear friend had served her until it was too late. as it turns out, isolde had been a vampire and used her ability of mind compulsion to get to mina's cell to give her her blood before mina's execution. but minerva was not grateful for her savior. she felt deeply betrayed by her friend for not saving her human life when she had the chance to and, instead, turning her into some kind of monster for her own selfish purposes.

and, so, the newborn vampire fled england.

over the centuries
after her departure from england, minerva roamed the world, never staying in one place for very long. she had her fair share of ups and downs, but recently, she came across the city of new orleans and decided to stay for a little while.

Brief description of looks: Randi is a lovely young lady with a slim and athletic build. Just because she is slim doesn't mean she isn't without the perfect curves here and there, especially in the chest and rear regions. She is also very naturally muscular from a life of never being able to sit still and always needing to be on the move. Her skin is soft with a slightly tanned color to it but still overall on the pale side. She had platinum blond hair (which she has recently dyed a light honey gold and will likely dye more) that reaches to her mid to lower back and is overall straight with a slight gentle wave to it. Her eyes are a vibrant mint green with dark, almost black, coloring around the outer ring of her iris.
Brief history: Will go more into depth with it but just know that Randi becoming a hybrid was an act of desperation from Azrael. Randi was kidnapped and tortured by a hunter to the brink of death in order to lure Azrael out and by the time she had found her and killed the hunter Randi was almost gone so Azrael took the risk of changing her in order to save her.
Personality traits: Randi is a total firecracker almost all of the time. She is energetic, enthusiastic, and has no issues breaking what others might consider social rules and speaking her mind. Some might consider her to be a bit crazy as she has always had a great love for fire and all things hot and has been labeled a pyromaniac because of this. She jokes that she could make a fire out of anything and often times she is proven right. Along with not being afraid to speak her mind, she is also not afraid to challenge others and stand up for herself and her friends. If she catches onto anyone treating her friends wrongly she will not hesitate to roast them alive verbally and would likely make an effort to do so physically as well. Randi seems to be fearless and in fact, it often seems as though she has no fear at all which comes off as recklessness in the eyes of others. In Randi's mind it isn't so much that she is reckless or fearless, she simply just sees no issue with dancing with death with full knowledge that one day death will take the lead. It isn't that she is suicidal or depressed, Randi loves life, but she has no plans on growing old, she doesn't want to get weak or tired, she doesn't want to end up powerless, so she takes the risk of living on the edge with the subtle hope in the back of her mind that one day the edge with crumble. This has carried over into her new life as a hybrid because even if she is immortal she knows that one day she might come to still face death and she plans to greet him as an old friend and eagerly tell him that she truly lived. She is going through a lot emotionally right now but is certain that Azrael will help her find her footing as she deals with her new reality. It should also be known that Randi is a huge flirt who is very confident in herself and will hit on just about anyone no matter their gender but she is also fully committed to her beloved Azrael and would never ever break her heart. She knows Azrael is fully aware of her flintiness and knows that it is just her way of being social and should never be taken too seriously unless it is directed at her girlfriend. She is also very funny and isn't afraid to laugh at her own jokes which sometimes leads to her just laughing to herself without ever having uttered a word. Overall this spicy bean is a fiercely loyal, energetic, impulsive, and often times reckless pyromaniac who has no plans to apologize for one second of her crazy life.

Brief history: Hecate was made into the original witch alongside her siblings gaining their powers. However, her fate after such events did not take place in this world as it did for her siblings. Several hundred years ago portals began to rip open between earth and a demon realm as the demons prepared to invade. The human like beings in this demon realm had held off the demon forces for as long as they could but their strength was fading fast. Hecate could see that if these demons were allowed to breach the barrier of realities that this world would fall and all life would be wiped out or enslaved. Wanting to keep this realm safe Hecate crossed the barrier and disappeared into the demon realm for hundreds of years. In that realm she fought a long and bloody war that changed her in many ways. She loved and lost in this world, her life outlasting everyone she grew close to but giving her an advantage as a leader pushing back the demon forces. During her time in this realm Hecate led armies, learned truths and powers she had never known before, and once the demons were subdued she was made queen. During her time as a ruler she searched for ways to return home and after countless years of searching she finally found it. Leaving her kingdom with a hand picked line of succession Hecate has now made it her mission to return home to her siblings though she will not be the same woman who left.
Personality traits: Hecate is a woman who is sharp in more ways than one. She is incredibly clever, strategic, and cunning giving her a mental edge that is often unrivaled though she never lets herself grow cocky over it. Along with her sharp wit she is known to have a very sharp tongue and is never afraid to put someone in their place the moment they dare to forget it. She is strong and does all she can to make sure her allies remain strong as well, spending much of her time and effort training them in both spells and physical combat. She is not all brains though and has put a good amount of her efforts into also maintaining good physical shape because even if she is the most powerful among the witches she is fully aware that magic won't always save her. She is a fierce physical combatant, especially after spending thousands of years in a war, fighting on battlefields, and leading armies. She likes to be prepared for any and every scenario that could play out and is a fan of gathering knowledge so she can pave the way forward from as many facts as she can possibly obtain. She is fiercely protective of her family and friends and will bring absolute ruin to anyone who dares to ever even attempt to hurt one of them. She is a businesswoman as well and is always willing to make trades, talk negotiations, and find the path that will benefit her and her allies the most. She has worked hard for everything she has ever gotten in life and has had to be observant and clever in order to achieve it, as well as sometimes ruthless. If you betray her trust that her vengeance will come. It might not come in the way you expect but it will bring ruin nonetheless. She is honest and very practical, not allowing herself to get caught up in lies or within her own thoughts. When she sets herself to work on something it gets finished and it gets done right. As intense as she might be Hecate is still a kind and compassionate woman when she needs to be. She will help others and will give without taking in return because she knows it is the right thing to do. She is someone you would want in your corner and someone you should certainly never wish to cross.

Brief description of looks: Ronan is a hulking man who stands at 6'6" and looks to be made almost purely of muscle but not in a gross and veiny sort of way. He has long hair which he has grown out since retiring from the military and creating his own security business. His hair is about shoulder length and dark brown with lighter tips from being outside. He has a thick beard that hides his perfectly sculpted jawline. Ronan has several tattoos to represent his heritage as well as his time in the military. As to be expected the former soldier turned security expert is also covered in scars, the most obvious of which is the one running through his eyebrow and ending just above his eye.
Brief history: Ronan was a solider and he saw A LOT of terrible things when he went to war. He came home to find out his beloved wife Ella was sick with cancer and knew he needed to work his way through his issues in order to be there for her and for his daughter Shayla. Shayla is his world and he would do anything for her, especially now that his wife has passed away. He knows he has to be strong for Shayla but the man has a lot of hurt in his soul that he would never want his daughter to see.
Personality traits: Despite what he has been through Ronan is still a very loving and caring man. He loves the members of his security team, ranch, and many of the members of the town as though they were his own family and would die to protect any of them. He is a very wise young man who has seen his fair share of how terrible this world can be but still somehow manages to push on and find something worth fighting for, usually his friends and his daughter Shayla. If you are his enemy it is unwise to stand in his way because he will show you no mercy if you have any ill will towards his people. He can go from being a super nerdy history buff to a super chill surfer dude to a battle-ready warrior in an instant. Without hesitation he will always be there to pick up those who have fallen and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. Ronan is also a major dad, with the corniest jokes, the worst dances and socks with sandal's he is always there to start up the grill and tell old boring stories about the way the world used to be or discuss the proper battle strategy over the grill. He can be very kind, supportive and loving, but he can also be tough and is known for having a no mercy policy when it comes to those who betray him. People are often confused when they first meet him because he looks so intimidating, which they would expect from a security professional and former elite soldier, but he acts so relaxed and casual with just about everyone. It tends to throw people for a loop until they come to realize he does this to understand what kind of people he is dealing with. Everything, every moment, is some sort of strategy lesson to Ronan which is why he has become a master of the art of security and defense.

Brief description of looks: Perhaps the first thing most people notice about Bloom is her smile. It is such a genuine and kind smile, it shows care and understanding, often expressing more than words can ever say. She is not someone who is always smiling but when she does it can certainly light up a room. Her figure is slim and well-muscled due to her job requiring her to remain fit. Her hair is a soft chocolate brown in color and long with gentle waves to it though she does straighten it some days. Like her smile, her eyes are also a defining part of her features. They are a vibrant minty green color that is highlighted by thick, dark lashes. She is tall and beautiful with long legs that are as dangerous as they are distracting and though she might not be as voluptuous as other women she does certainly make up for it with other features. All over her body she also bears many scars from her time as the captive of a serial killer, on her shoulder the man carved his initials L.R. into her flesh and she sees them as a reminder of her survival.
Brief history:
TRIGGER WARNINGS!!! Blood, death, torture, etc
Tamzin's first kill wasn't an accident but was a necessity for survival. During her early years as a detective on the force she truly began to stand out as a prime detective and with the attention she received from her success she managed to catch the eye of a true psychopath. This man was a serial killer who had eluded authorities for years and quickly became obsessed with Tamzin, dangling lives in front of her, leaving proof of his observing her at crime scenes and even in her house. It was very clear to everyone involved that the killer had made her the focal point of his horrific murders especially after his latest victims ended up looking like her. Tamzin was watched by members of the police and the FBI like a hawk until one night she received a letter from the killer with evidence that he had her partner and his family held hostage and she would need to trade herself for them if she wanted them to live. It was no question in her mind what she needed to do and so Tamzin shook the watchful gaze of those trying to keep her safe and went to the meeting place where she found out her partner had actually betrayed her and killed his own family so he could prove his dedication to the killer he had come to idolize. He knocked Tamzin out and delivered her to the serial killer Lawrence Reed in order to gain favor with him and hopefully be taken on as an apprentice. Tamzin has no idea what became of her partner but for almost a month this man tortured her in some of the most painful and unspeakable ways imaginable. He humiliated her, mocked her, took everything from her, and left her broken, beaten, and on the brink of death. Still, even after weeks of torture, Tamzin managed to have some fight within her. She managed to break the man's glasses when he came at her one night. In the struggle he missed her slip a broken piece of the glasses into her mouth and once he believed he had subdued her she managed to sneak it into her hand and stab him. The metal piece went straight into his jugular and he bled out in moments. After some struggling and frustrated screams Tamzin managed to break herself loose from her restraints, breaking her hand in the process. Once she was free the critically injured detective managed to escape her captor's home in the middle of nowhere and stumbled through the woods for what seemed like hours before reaching a road. When she finally did manage to find her way back to society she was taken into a critical care unit and informed her superiors that Reed was dead and eventually led them to his house of horrors where she had managed to survive for a month. Not long after Tamzin began to undergo the changes of becoming a werewolf. She disappeared for several long months under the story that she needed time to recover after what happened to her, but truthfully she was off learning how to control her inner wolf. She still carries many scars from her time as a captive of Reed but does her best to use what happened to her as a way to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. She doesn't like to show it but her time as Reed's prisoner still haunts her greatly.
Personality traits: To smile is a gift, to be able to do so after true tragedy...well that's what some might call strength and others a coping mechanism. Tamzin is someone who views it as both. To be able to smile freely was a luxury she once enjoyed but the heavy blows of a hard life have made it more and more difficult. She certainly tries to take advantage of the beautiful moments, the times that count the most, she stores those memories away for the worst days when she needs to smile and remember that life can still be good. This is a lesson she tries to pass on to others in her own subtle way. She wants those around her to be able to remember the good times, to remember how to have a bit of happiness stored away for a rainy day. She is not all sunshine and rainbows, she is very realistic and knows how the world works, but she also knows that hope can be a very powerful thing, happiness or the promise of it can drive people to do the unimaginable. The world isn't kind but people can choose to be. People always have a choice even when they don't believe they do and Tamzin is one who makes each choice carefully because she knows even the smallest action can have an impact. Most would think of her as soft but she has proven herself to be anything but, especially when on the job. When it comes down to it Tamzin is nowhere near as delicate as she may seem, she is strong, determined, and ready to accept the consequences of every action she takes. She does not easily back down from a fight and if she does it is because she is understanding the bigger picture. She is loyal and looks out for those to who she has formed an attachment to as well as the families of victims. It is usually only when aiming to protect those she cares for that Tamzin runs the risk of being more reckless than anything because she never wants to lose someone she cares or have them suffer the way she has. She is known for being very strategic and calculating on the battlefield which made her certainly stand out during her training at the academy. As an detective, she is very patient with the victims, colleagues, and those she interviews but also very blunt when the time comes and lives are on the line, even if they don't want to hear it. She is always open to provide private aid to families that have suffered due to crime as well as help victims who have been through situations similar to her own. Her loyalty can not be bought but can be earned. If she trusts you she will follow you through thick and thin but if you break that trust you had better bet that you will likely never get it back and will live on her watch list for the rest of your days if she even lets you get that far.

Brief history: October was born under the name Laurel Frey in the depths of Hells Kitchen, New York City. When she was a little girl her father was her world and did everything he could to make her happy and give her love after her mother walked out on them due to her being born mute. Her father, his friends, the people that worked for him, they all learned ASL to make sure she felt included, loved, and respected. For so long she believed her father to be a good man, a strong man, a family man, and bits of this were true but she didn’t know the whole story until she was older. As she reached her teen years she began to become more and more aware of her father’s business and his role in the city. All of his big important friends, his colleagues, the people she considered family were not kind to her because they cared but because they feared her father. She was the daughter of one of the cities most powerful mob bosses and the man who controlled just about any illegal activity in along the East coast. Despite being treated as royalty she knew this was wrong, she knew her father hurt people, caused pain, had killed. When she was in high school a foolish boy bullied her and the story got back to her father. A day later the young man was in the hospital with no hopes of ever walking again. Knowing that she couldn’t be the perfect mob daughter her father thought she was Laurel began working with the police and spying on her father and his operations. She loved him with all her heart but his actions caused so much pain and she wanted to put a stop to it. The water began to get hot and the FBI knew that she would be a prized witness when her father did eventually go to court. Because of this Laurel was placed into witness protection and took on the life of October Black. She has loved this new life for a few years now and knows her father is still looking for her. She has no idea what will happen when he finds her but she does her best to appreciate the life she has as October as she awaits the day she either puts her dad in jail or faces him for what might be the final time.
Personality traits: Despite the way October was raised she isn’t as spoiled as one might imagine. She learned the importance of family and loyalty but she also learned to listen to her heart and be kind to others. She is far more likely to turn the other cheek than her father would have liked but that is because she saw how harsh he could be to others and knew she wanted to be different. She is amazing at keeping secrets and has to be in order to keep her identity secret so her father won’t be able to find her. If you tell her something you can bet that she won’t share it with another soul. While she is one to forgive she doesn’t easily forget when others have betrayed her and will likely avoid trusting them again. October is also a young woman who loves to make others smile. She is funny and doesn’t mind making herself the butt of the joke if it will get someone out of a dark place. She can be very clumsy and somehow it works with the rest of her personality because she is able to move on past the clumsiness and keep getting back up. She never stays down long and is a true fighter when it counts. She can be a total oddball but she has a lot of fun with it and has no shame for her antics. He is well muscled, athletic, but tends to not show it off and dresses well even when he is dressed casually. His hair is a bit long but not to his shoulders and he has a well groomed beard that flatters his face but he looks just as handsome without.
Brief history: Thorn was turned into a vampire during the age of the Roman empire when he met a woman by the name Renee who offered to help him escape his life as a gladiator and return home to save his village and his family from invaders. She made him into a vampire like her and let him loose on the world around him so she could sit back and enjoy the show. The newly turned Thorn had no control over his bloodlust and slaughtered slave master, fellow gladiators, friends, and foe alike, murdering his family and all of his friends along with the all who got in his way. Horrified by his actions when he finally came to his senses Thorn demanded to know why Renee didn’t stop him and she told him that she saw no trouble with him quenching his thirst because there were always more humans. When she realized how enraged he was by her setting him up to do this she fled and Thorn let his lust for revenge drive him for decades until he finally tracked Renee down and put an end to her and her perverted games. After that Thorn retreated into an abandoned castle in the mountains of Romania where he hid in isolation for years. He grew to care for the villages around his castle, allowing those who wished to learn to come to his castle and study and those sick to mend in the safety of his walls. When the Ottomans came to his homeland Waverly attempted to negotiate peace with them but they only seemed interested in getting their way or killing everyone. Still hoping for peace Thorn attempted to appease him without harming his people but whatever he tried never seemed to be enough and the Ottomans began attacking the villagers Thorn had grown to care for. This caused Thorn to see red. He descended upon the Ottoman forces and slaughtered them, impaling them on massive spikes and massacring countless enemy soldiers. When all was said and done the people Thorn had done all this to protect called him a monster and lived in fear of him. Thorn was horrified with himself for allowing himself to be consumed by the rage and blood lust again and did not blame the villagers for fearing him despite never harming them. After that Thorn lived a life of isolation and focused on gaining true self-discipline to try and ensure nothing like that ever happened again. For centuries he has traveled this world alone, seen the greatest beauties and wonders the world has to offers and worked on becoming the best version of himself he can be.
Personality traits: Thorn may be a member of the vampire but that does not make him a monster, in fact Thorn is a rather gentle man who takes great care to avoid harming others (meaning the innocent) as best he can. He would never intentionally betray anyone which is why when you tell him something in confidence you can be sure it will go no further than him. He is an excellent secret keeper and a very trustworthy character who quite literally will take secrets with him to the grave. Harsh words and mocking do not often phase him and you will find that it is much the same with threats, he has a thick skin and does not easily react or lose control which can make him hard to read as well as hard to get a rise out of. Despite being one of the quiet types he is not all that shy but instead holds himself with great confidence and when he sees the need to interact with others he will do so with matching confidence that will often still come across as humble but firm. He is very much one for respect going both ways, if you respect him he will respect you, if you show yourself no longer worthy of his respect he will treat you as such since he will not give freely what is not earned. Undeserved acts of violence or cruelty towards others is one way to lose his respect as well as provoke him to attack, something he does not often do since he works hard to keep a cool head. He believes in being well mannered along with respectful and though he is rather reserved and standoffish he will still always remember his manners and act politely towards others. He is also a very sentimental man who will often find great meaning and memory in the smallest of things which is why he keeps a small leather necklace with a stags head on him at all times. The item reminds him of home and those he loves and may never see again. He will therefore see meaning in simple things and when showing affection tends to give gifts as a way to express himself. Lastly, Thorn is a very disciplined man who makes sure he looks after his mind a well as his body since he doesn't want either to wither away into nothing and risk losing himself. He is rather fit, believing in keeping a healthy diet and routine fitness along with the fun of gaming. Brief history: Axel's life has been all but exciting until the most recent years. He grew up in a family with two parents, a dog, doting grandparents, the whole package. He made stellar grades, got through elementary, middle school, and high school all before turning 16 which was when he headed off to MIT on a full scholarship. He graduated MIT age of 18 and began his very early career in game design. He started his own indie game company and released his first game, The Forest Follows, to the public when he was 20. The game took off in popularity and gained a huge following that only grew when the sequel what released a year later under the name, The Forest Follows: Morgana's Grove. Since then his name and company, Alert Octopus Cat, has only grown and become very successful. It was during his making of the sequel to The Forst Follows that Axel discovered he was a witch. While doing research for the game he began looking at old spell tomes and when he spoke the words out loud the spells happened. Instantly he sought help to understand what happened and became acquainted with several other witches who shared their ways with him. Now he is a practicing witch as well as a successful and famous game maker who has since added four more games to his list.
Personality traits: Axel is know to be someone who is constantly smiling and laughing. A lot of times people get annoyed with him for not taking things seriously and he thinks that is just one of the best jokes. He does this because in his mind he finds it ridiculous that anyone would feel they have a right to determine when he is taking things seriously versus when he isn’t. He tends to make jokes and use humor to deal with bad situations because it is simply what he has always done. Being the jokester is how he has survived this long because if he didn’t he knows he would have to let others see the hurt and anger he has within him and he would rather keep that darkness to himself because it isn’t a problem he should force on the rest of the world. If he ever stops being his normal smiling and laughing self you know something is terribly wrong. He talks a lot and sometimes he makes no sense but that is likely because his ADHD causes him to ramble and trip over his words because his mind is going so fast. He would hold your hand through the toughest of nights and push you out of the path of a moving car without a second thought. He doesn’t like to show his own personal pain but is very sensitive to others pain and will do anything he can to lift them up so they aren’t hurting anymore. He knows he can be annoying at times but he doesn’t care so long as he isn’t hurting anyone. He is also incredibly clever, especially in puzzle situations, working with computers, coding, and of course working his witchcraft haha!

Her hair is raven colored and shoulder length, long enough to pull back if she wanted but still easy to style when down. She is about 5’4” and has beautiful curves as well as muscle that gives her a beautifully toned appearance. One thing that surprises many people is the scar that can be found upon her upper lip, she doesn’t hide it and clearly takes some level of pride in it since in her mind it reminds her that she is a survivor. Brief history: During the late 5th century and early 6th century Ember was born and lived a simply life as a stable masters daughter. She was much beloved in her village and was known as a healer with some of the best remedies in the known land. A king from the neighboring kingdom heard of her skills as a healer and traveled to find her so that she might aid his ill daughter, a task which Ember embraced without hesitation. Through many long days and nights Ember cared for the young girl, even staying up all through the night to ensure she kept breathing when she first arrived. Unbeknownst to Ember her kind spirit and the way she looked after the princess struck something within the king and he began to court Ember though she tried her best to politely decline his attempts. When the girl was finally well the king asked Ember for her hand in marriage and she once again denied him in the kindest and most respectful way possible. Being a king who did not often find himself being denied the old man grew irritated that she would refuse to be his wife. Sending his daughter home a day ahead of him the king stayed with a group of men and kidnapped Ember from her home, bringing her back to his kingdom where she was trapped and forced to marry him. Their marriage was a living hell for Ember but her one joy in life was the little princess. While the king was unkind in so many ways to his new bride the princess did all she could to show Ember love which created an incredible bond between the two. For years Ember lived as the kings plaything and was often the target of his many frustrations. When the time came that the King would marry his daughter off for political gain he chose a prince almost as cruel as he was (though many foolishly believed the king to be kind). Ember wanted more than anything to save her step-daughter from such a fate and went in search of a means to protect the girl. During her search Ember learned of the power that came with being a vampire and knew she could rid herself of the king and save her step-daughter if she could obtain such a power. Finding a vampire willing to cooperate took months but eventually Ember was turned and in her bloodthirsty newborn state she tore through the kings knights and the king himself. In her bloodlust she truly lost control for only a few minutes and that was all it took for her to make the biggest mistake of her life. She accidentally slaughtered her beloved step-daughter during the massacre and the grief was so great that for decades Ember turned off her emotions. She became a story mothers told their children to scare them at night. It took a long time but Ember finally began to emotional heal and began to do her best to help others going through trying emotional times as well.
Personality traits: Ember is both what you would expect of a therapist and also nothing like you would expect a therapist to be. She is a wonderful listener and makes you feel like the things you are saying are the most important things anyone has ever said before. She truly hears people and through their words, actions, and thoughts can get to the root of their issues all while helping them to reach that point themselves so they can truly understand rather than just be told. She is also very honest and will not hold back when it comes to telling a person, client or not, what they need to hear. She will be pretty blunt but it usually comes from a good place, though if you piss her off she will be perfectly blunt in the most ruthless of ways. She certainly has a fire to her and if you start to talk down to her or threaten her you will see that spark turn into a roaring flame. She has the patience of a saint with those she is trying to help and will not allow others to bully her into exposing things about her patients or let others use someone’s disabilities against them. Ember is known to be very motherly with those she is closest with and her door is always open to those in need. If you need to chat or just find a place to sit in peaceful silence, her door is always open. And just because she is a woman of the mind doesn’t mean she is incapable of using her fists. Push her far enough and you will see the kind of power this woman is packing. Overall she can come off as blunt and rough but with her patients, she is a warm and understanding listener who makes them feel safe and does her best to help them.
