I didn't see it as a problem because the move would have to hit for it to work. Otherwise, if it misses, he just wasted the opportunity. Also being that it's his ultimate technique, he will more than likely wind himself after doing it.

Fair i suppose. Ive just had an issue with an Rper in the past who had that power in a sword and basically won every battle he was in using one hit.
