She also has the weird quirk of stripping to her bikini, which is something no one could ever figure out about her and why she does that.
Background:
Born on fishman island in the fishman district Antari grew up poor. She was subjected to starvation since she was young and was eventually sold by her parents into slavery as a young girl. When she reached the age of 15 she broke out of her confinements and escaped her slavers. She joined up with a band of fishman pirates and was trained in fishman Karate and various other fighting methods. Her pirate gang went to the north blue, so that they could become well renown.
One day while out at sea marines attacked their ship. She was the lone survivor of that battle, as she was knocked off by a cannon blast, floating away on a piece of drift wood that was blown off the ship. She woke up in a warm bed sometime the next day. She walked out of the room she was in and found herself on a ship. Thats when she first met Bella and joined her crew.
Abilities:
Fishman Karate: Expert (not near the level of Jinbe though) in her skills.
FIghting with a spear: She uses a harpoon like spear when not using her fish man karate.

Freddy has purple hair and green eyes. He is very slim and fairly tiny for his age which get him picked on for his age. He wears a black shirt and jeans. When in human beast from Freddy stays around the same size but his skin is covered in red leathery scales and his hair grows down to his waist. In his dragon form he grows to about six feet long (not including his tail, which is about 3 feet long) and hes on all fours with wings. His wings are more for show though, he can lift off a little but they are more meant for gliding than flying.

Freddy is a very shy person. Hes very timid around people he doesn't know and doesn't talk much. He hates fighting and only does so if he has to, but he has relatively 0 combat experience what so ever. Freddy doesn't like being a devil fruit user, his devil fruit makes people dislike him, being a dragon and all, which is what had gained him a high bounty, as people had though he was a real dragon who would destroy their villages. He likes being around his crew and Bella as they accepted him and his abilities, thinking it wasn't weird at all. He sometimes can get very angry though, and while he doesn't lash out its a drastic change in his personality, an effect he calls the Dragons Rage.
Background:
When he was a young child Freddy was left on a island by his parents. He was taken in by a good doctor and his wife. They treated the wounds he had been given and brought him back to full strength. When he was 11 his adoptive father began teaching him medicine, hoping that Freddy could grow up and live a normal life and some day become a doctor. He was taught every day, studying hundreds of books until his mind was loaded with all the information he needed to begin helping people as a doctor. When he was 16 he came across a strange fruit in the woods hanging from a tree on the way back from a patients house who lived outside the main village. He took it thinking it was harmless and ate it. He soon realized it was a devil fruit as he transformed into a human dragon hybrid. Running home to his adoptive father he had explained what happened. His father looked at him and smiled. "Haha so your a dragon now, maybe the strength of a dragon was all you needed" He said jokingly, referring to Freddy's small body. Freddy went on like this for a while, not showing his powers to the public and developing the serum that allowed him to accesses more of his power, being careful not to take too much, not knowing what it would do.
One day he climbed a mountain and tried to fly in his Dragon form. He found he could only glide like this and realized that his wing point was the only way to actually fly. What he didn't know was that someone had seen him that day. days later he had found out that the navy had put out a bounty to the surrounding islands with a picture of a red dragon on it worth 20 million for anyone who could kill the dragon. Freddy freaked out and left the island by boat going into the grandline, leaving his past behind him. He found a island that had no one on it. He continued to test his abilities, one day even accessing his rage mode, although he couldn't see it, he found out by the large foot prints left behind by him. He was found a year later by Bella after surviving on his own. Bella accepted him for what he was and brought him on her ship. she was already a shichibukai by this time by didn't have a ship doctor, so after finding out Freddy was one she asked him to join her crew. he accepted.

Fire breath: He can breath about enough fire to light a cigarette or a small camp fire. He will also breath fire accidentally if he sneezes.

Because Freddy is a doctor he has developed something similar to a rumble ball, but its and injected liquid. His transformations include his Human form, Human dragon form, His full dragon form (he becomes about 6 feet long in size and he can sort of fly, more like glide). His injected forms include Wings point (Basically his human form but with dragon wings that can actually fly), Strength point (His human beast transformation, but more buff), Armour point (His normal self but with hard dragon scales instead of skin), Claw point (Covers his arms and legs in scales and he grows claws), and his rage form, which is uncontrollable and turns him into a large dragon. While Freddy has this ability he is still inexperienced at using them and is relatively weak.

Because Freddy is a doctor he has developed something similar to a rumble ball, but its and injected liquid. His transformations include his Human form, Human dragon form, His full dragon form (he becomes about 6 feet long in size and he can sort of fly, more like glide). His injected forms include Wings point (Basically his human form but with dragon wings that can actually fly), Strength point (His human beast transformation, but more buff), Armour point (His normal self but with hard dragon scales instead of skin), Claw point (Covers his arms and legs in scales and he grows claws), and his rage form, which is uncontrollable and turns him into a large dragon. While Freddy has this ability he is still inexperienced at using them and is relatively weak.

She grew up in the life of luxury and learned how to fight by training with hired professionals using he parents money so that she could defend herself. One day pirates visited the island and pillaged the whole village including her parents house, who were killed for resisting them. Without her parents money and power she was basically thrown out into the streets. for the first time in her life so far she had to fend for herself and steal food just to survive.
She meet a man a few years later who took her in off the streets and into his home. He was a former pirate captain who retired from his life of pirating and decided to live a peaceful life. At first Kate hated the man for being a pirate as pirates took everything she had, but she stayed because the man fed her. After a while Kate warmed up to the man and began to realize that not all pirates were as bad as the ones who stole her life away from her. She began to train with the man every day, and not just in fighting. In cooking, navigation, how to patch up some of her wounds, and many other skills necessary for her to learn now that she was no longer a noble.
At age 18 Kate decided that she wanted to leave the island and become a pirate. So she left and went out to sea in a small boat that she could control by her self.
