How would I go about making an rp group? It would require application.

If you want the technical advise here is how:
1. Come up with the group idea
2. Post an interest check for said idea on the following link: Looking for Group
3.If you have enough interested players, create an OOC, IC and character applications thread at least after coming up with the rules, CS template and a general idea of how you'd like the plot to start.
4.Review the character applications to your RP and approve those you find acceptable.

On the non-technical aspect, making a group RP is very similar to making a 1x1, only not as personal as the one running the rp, otherwise known as GM, has more authority and effectively owns the thread. They have the responsability of helping to guide the players and make the rules as they see fit, to make sure everyone can have fun and that the group RP lasts.
There is plenty of advise I can give, but anything beyond this would refer to more specific matters, so if you have any specific questions or a more specific matter you want adressed, just ask.
