Luluru

Once upon a time in a world, none other than our own, servants came to existence. Those who were deemed to be worthy of their power, a summon would be appointed to by powers greater than they could even imagine. The first time this happened was centuries ago. To be more precise: 1750. Indeed, the date might ring some bells with people as it was in fact the age of revolution. It didn’t solely happen with only humans as some were still hesitant to do something that went beyond. To make you remember it a bit more: The Age of Revolution was a period in which the Western world underwent several major revolutions, changing society from autocratic monarchies to more democratic republics. This was set forth by the help of their summons. Giving the humans courage to do what they believed in. It worked out pretty fine, seeing how the world was this day. It also included the Haitian revolution against slavery.

Now summons became a regular thing in this world, appearance-wise. Those who received them were treated differently from other normal human beings. Due to the power that resided within them. Not magical but the will to do something even if they didn’t realise it themselves yet. Some fell into chaos, while others did for good. Of course, even if it was rare, the summons could die due to the neglections of their master. It happened in the past which was extremely frowned upon by the people. Yet the government couldn’t do anything to prevent it as they had human laws only. Summons shouldn’t abide by them unless if humans were harmed, they could be taken into custody or worse.

Summons also had the upper hand when it came to physical strength. No average human being could keep up with them, unless those who were actual athletes. However, once they would get serious, it was useless. Therefore it was important for other summons to protect their master from any possible hostility as they were the only ones that could do so. A terrifying thought that conquered the humans’ minds for a period of time, until they realized they weren’t actually bad of nature [with exceptions, some even unexpected].

---

Luluru was one of the summons who got send to Earth. A ghoul from the world Vermilion. It was inhabited by multiple species who weren’t particularly praised for their reputation: demons, ghouls, zombies, cerberus’, dragons, etc. It was a place where one had to fight for their freedom, for people to take them seriously. The more power one had, the more respect they received, and probably the more enemies as well. Her job as a bountyhunter made her one of the most famous ones around, mainly known for her tactics and strength which shouldn’t be underestimated at all cost.

Being summoned to the house where the new chosen masters would assemble. It was bigger than Luluru thought it would be. Yet it didn’t come close to the castles in her world. Managing to enter the building through the mini-door which was placed next to the normal-sized one. Her eyes growing wide as she saw the inside. It surprisingly had a cosy aura, which made it pleasant to be in. With little squeaky sounds, she made her way around: the first thing she came across was the living room, in the back was the kitchen and dining area, to the left was a bathroom, upstairs were the bedrooms which were average sized, only the necessary furniture was inside so the new residents could decorate it to their hearts’ desire. Of course there was also a bathroom upstairs, similar to the one downstairs. They even had a small garden ! The costs for rearranging their rooms was one the landlord, though that would be a one-time thing.

It was certainly going to be quite an adventure.

[div class=tag]outfit[/div] x [/div] [/div] [/div] [div class=right] [div class=scroll] “Thank you!” Megumi sang out, stepping out of her taxi. She never really needed a car and usually took public transport around, but it would be annoying to lug all of her luggage onto the train. She stood in front of the house for a moment, taking it all in. It was absolutely adorable! And quite a lot bigger than her tiny apartment. “Wooww. Amazing!” Megumi said to herself. She still didn’t believe that this was real. She was chosen for a summon? Out of so many people, she had been chosen! Her parents didn’t even know yet. How would they respond? Would they be happy for her or would this just add to their worries? Oh well, she would worry about all of that later. Oh shoot, where was that envelope? Megumi had stuffed it in her bag shortly before leaving the apartment. Dropping the bag onto the ground, she shifted through it to find the crumpled envelope holding her house key. Was anyone else in the house yet? Butterflies fluttered in her stomach as she opened the door, revealing a cute interior. Slipping off her flats, she left them by the door. Now was time to choose her room. She decided to explore the house after dropping off all her things. The rooms all seemed fairly similar so she claimed a random one, tossing her bags onto the bed. She’d deal with those later tonight. It was time to explore! Megumi found herself in the living room, exploring every nook and cranny of the room. [/div] [/div] [/div] [/div]

"Y'know, seeing as you're one of the chosen ones and all, I thought for sure you'd get to live in a place a bit more... outstanding. I mean, it's cute but..." Rei grumbled to himself as the pair stood outside the building. A black car sat behind them on the road, its engine still running. "It's nice, it reminds me of the first place I moved in to." Kaoru commented in response, not particularly bothered about his place of residence being downgraded a bit. Rather, he was more worried about the people/familiars he'd be staying with. He silently hoped they wouldn't be too crazy and that he could live in relative peace. It'd be even worse if it was one of his few scary fans. Still grumbling from his hopes being crushed, Kaorus manager casually passed him his suitcase from the boot before complaining further. "It's crazy to think that you're getting a familiar though, what did you do in your past life to deserve such fortune?"

"Oi, stop grumbling and get back, I know you're behind on paperwork." Kaoru smiled briefly before pushing Rei back into the car. Despite looking aggrieved, he buckled up and got ready to leave. "I'll come visit later, get acquainted with your familiar so I can take pictures!" Rei replied, yelling in a friendly manner as he drove off.

After watching his old friend drive off, Kaoru casually entered his new home with his suitcase rolling behind him. The first thing he saw was a rather spacious living room, alongside a tiny little girl wearing a white dress inspecting every corner of it. Recalling that familiars should be in their plush forms right now, he concluded that this girl was another resident. Somewhat wondering if she had lost something, with the way she was inspecting the room, he called out curiously. "Did you lose something?" After taking off his shoes by the door, he approached the girl slowly. Believing that she was a teenager at most, he gave his brotherly smile which he usually wore when he visited his fellow orphans. "I'm Kaoru, what's your name?" He inquired afterwards, thinking that if his roommates where younger than him it might not be too bad afterall. For some reason though, the females face seemed familiar somehow. He couldn't quite put his finger on where he had seen her before.

[/div][div class=body][div class=scroll][div class=dialogue]Masaaki looked out at the passing buildings in thought.
Being chosen was something that came as a complete shock. As soon as he had learned of being a chosen one he had texted his father immediately who was just as excited as he was, and
had even come over to fully congradulate him. Now,
the photographer got off of the train that he was currently
on, with only a small book bag that hung on his side.
The train had dropped him off a block or so away from his new residence and with that in mind he pulled out one of his camera's, a pale blue polarid, and started down the street.
Something that Masaaki always seemed to find was a good picture, he knew this, which was why he simply trusted his instincts when it came to what to take pictures.
Speaking of pictures, the adult quickened his pace when he noticed his new home.
It was incredibly quaint and with the sun's current angle it made it look almost angelic.
Masaaki knew he had to move quick or he would miss the chance to photograph it.
He had luckily appeared just as someone else had entered the building and their ride was driving off.
He crouched and angeled his camera upward, letting the sun's rays outline the building in a serene glow before taking the picture.
He let out a content sigh and put away his camera, now making his way inside.
Masaaki wasn't too interested in what the interior looked like, only giving the main rooms and whoever was in them a passing glance.
He had looked at a few of the bedrooms and quickly realized that each room was the same and chose a random room to set the few things he brought with him.
said few things included his two camera's, a set of spare clothes, his laptop and his phone, the rest were still in his old apartment, which he decided to use like a storage shed until he bothered to move his stuff in or sell it.[/div]

Natsuko was a little lost. It was not the first time she had been in Tokyo, far from it, but this part of the city in particular was unknown to her. She quietly repeated the address she was going to to herself, eventually arriving and taking the building in. Natsuko seemed to have arrived just as someone was taking a picture of it, and she questioned if this modest house could truly be the right place.

Either way, she figured she’d go inside to check it out. Being in her smaller form wasn’t something she enjoyed, so really, she wanted to spend as much time with her master as possible until she grew into her full-sized self again.

Walking into the house, it looked big to her. Though smaller than expected. But still big, seeing as she was presently very small. When she walked past the living room, she saw there were two humans inside. Natsuko figured she would explore the house before making acquaintances though, so she went on her way. The garden in particular caught her interest, seeing the potential to plant a couple of herbs.

Natsuko continued up the stairs to where she assumed the bedrooms were. After looking at them she realised they were all the same settled for the one furthest down the hall. She spent a little time looking around her new accomodation before stepping back out. She wanted to look for her master, though she figured he might have yet to arrive.

~Clemintine~
Clem had reached the house he would be living in pretty early. Well, it started out like that, but then some fancy girl showed up. he had been so nervous about going in since then he had been hiding from the later entries next to the building. He was small enough that it went unnoticed by people, but his white fluff would sure be noticed if he didn't move. Not to mention that he could get dirty before he showed up or ending being late from his fear. Even knowing this he found it hard to convince himself to move from his hiding spot into the building. He kept saying that he would in just a minute. that turned to 3 then 5, then 8, you get the point.

It wasn't until he was scared into moving when a stray cat began trying to pounce on him. Letting out panicked chirping he quickly ran away from the thing. The only place he could get away from the feline's wrath was, of course, the house he was trying to convince himself into entering. He didn't have time to really decide what else to do, ignoring the anxiety that swirled in his stomach at the sight of the door he quickly entered through the small door. Letting out an inaudible sigh of relief at the cat not following him. He knew that there was a risk of the cat following through if he didn't get away from the door.

So he turned from his valiant escape to what looked like the living room of the house. He froze as he saw two people in front of him. He didn't really remember who his master was now that he thought about it... he was already starting this out strong wasn't he. So technically one of them could be his master. But he also didn't know for sure so he couldn't do anything that would give off that fact. He didn't really know what to do and his nerves were through the roof so Clem found himself standing in front of the door behind the two before him.

If someone else was to come through the door they would surly hit clem and potentially send him flying. Clem, however, didn't realize that fact, at this moment he was just too unsure what to do. Should he leave? What if one of them is his master and says something when they notice him? What should he do? Should he sneak away right now or wait for some sort of distraction to do so? He really had no idea what he should do, he just hopes he doesn't make himself look like the failure he is the first day that he is here in the house. Because he already felt bad for the master that ended up getting stuck with him.
