Name: Sheila O’Connor
Alias: Hyde
Age: 16
Gender: Cis Female
Role: Student

Appearance : The one with the bat.
Hero Costume: Doesn't have one.
Personality: Sheila is a firm believer in the ideals of Destro, believing that society shouldn't restrict people's usage of their quirks. Which might make it somewhat of a surprise that she decided to apply to Oakwood academy of all things. In truth, she has no real plans of becoming a professional hero and is just planning to use hero school as a way to legally learn more about how to use her quirk.

Sheila is also rather intelligent (at least when not using her quirk), being one if the top students of her previous school and being able to speak multiple languages.

Naturally,Sheila is a rather self-destructive person who is willing to do almost anything in order to reach her goals, no matter what price she ends up paying.

Quirk Name: Ríastrad
Quirk Type: Transformation
Quirk Description: Sheila's quirk essentially boils down to letting her temporarily lose her higher brainfunction to increase her physical abilities. She can control how much brainfunction she loses, though that limits the increase to her physical abilities.

Drawbacks: Needless to say, any strategy or problem solving more complex than "punch a thing" won't be possible when
Sheila is using her quirk to it's fullest extent.

Since the quirk is essentially shutting down parts of the brain when active, overuseage of it can pretty easily lead to permanent brain damage. And since the part of the brain that's shutting down is the same that controll stuff as impulse control, it's hard for Sheila to shut it off when the quirk is active.

The quirk will however automatically deactive after she's knocked unconscious.

Name: Haruka Nishiki
Alias: Fall Up Koi
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Role: Student

AppearanceAn attractive girl of average height, young face crowned by a river of very long ash blonde hair, flowing downwards to her lower thigh, the layers of which are messy and choppy because she insists on cutting it herself. Most of the time, she prefers wearing it in a broad braid, just to keep it out of her face, but sometimes also wears it in long ponytails or loose. Her bangs are held off her face by a scarf. She has lightly tanned skin and light blue eyes. Asami is slightly pear-shaped. She has a dancer's body: she looks petite from a distance, but her muscles are toned. She has a pretty simple - bordering on non-existent - fashion sense, forgoing style for comfort more often than not. She's almost never seen without her hair ribbon around her head, which she regularly customizes according to her mood and outfits though beneath the layers the one constant garment choice seems to be a wide collection of halter tops. Her most distinctive feature are the two full blackout tattoo sleeves going up both arms, with peonies inlaid into them along flowing waters which lead up to a large Koi design beneath a red Torii gate covering her entire back.

Personality"Follow the path of the unsafe, independent thinker. Expose your ideas to the dangers of controversy. Speak your mind and fear less the label than the stigma of conformity. And on issues that seem important to you, stand up and be counted at any cost."
Haruka's least favorite phrase in any earthly language is "it can't be done", and her knee-jerk reaction to it is always, "well, watch me". Independent and self-motivated she believes strongly in the ideal of "the extreme path", doing nothing by half. Sharp and observant, but tempered by deep compassion the traits she holds highest are loyalty, honor, and a conviction to her path and resolve, very rarely willing to accept or back down from an injustice that goes against her beliefs.

QuirkQuirk Name: Shifter
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description: Through making physical contact with at least four of their digits this quirk allows the user to shift the direction of forces acting upon targets. This effect may be deactivated at will or through a lack of consciousness. With practice, this effect may be extended into small fields or delayed activations along with other potential applications though at the moment with exertion she can project it two inches from her body. When the power is activated an illumination effect takes place within the user's eyes. Overuse of this ability can lead strain on her body by the rapidly changing forces experienced, especially if activated in quick succession along with increased calorie expenditure.

Name: Flame (Translation of middle name. Changed it) Arii Drayceon
Alias (Hero/Villian name if applicable): None. Never liked hero names.
Age: Barely 14. August baby.
Gender: Nonbinary (They/them) (I changed their gender recently, so if I use female pronouns, disregard. Just be forgetting what's going on)
Role (Hero, Student, Villlain, Civilian): Student.

Appearance (Hero Costume Optional): Full-body skin-tight suit. Metallic mouth-guard covers lower-half of face and a black-tinted, tempered-glass visor covers the top half Magnesium strikers set into the thumb-nail and pads of the index finger. (I'll draw it later)

Half Flame.png

Personality:
Flame is a very logic-driven person. They work on a surprisingly intelligible system of logic. Observe, hypothesize, test, repeat… although their default reaction to people in general is disdain or... anxiety. They're generally fairly mellow, sticking to the background to watch events unfold and only ever really stepping up if something piqued their interest or offends them so bad that they can’t let it rest.

Most often, said offenses tend to be insults to their friends or family.

Despite this, they're still a person, and when emotions do come out of the box they shove them in, they are most often explosive from constant suppression.

Though they usually has a generally good handle on herself, they are quite cynical most of the time, doing the same to other people as they does to themselves; pick them apart very slowly and very carefully to figure out their weakest points.

Quirk Name: None. Just calls it thermokinesis.
Quirk Type: Accumulation with a mutation.

Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):

Strengths:
-Thermokinesis (Heat manipulation in a 50 ft radius (Radius will likely grow with training)).
-Heat immunity (Repercussions in weaknesses).
-Longass, 6.25 (each) ft wings
-7ft long tail.

Neutrals:
-Highly sensitive hearing and smell. (Scent memorization is viable, as well as scent tracking, but a lot of light or smell makes everything hurt. Constant headache from loud sounds)
-Pupils automatically dilate to slits and ovals. It's a conscious effort to make them rounded. (their vision is blurry if her pupils are slit, but it's easier to block out light.)
-Long, grabby toes.
-17 mm fangs.
-Pointed ears that can move.
-Nictitating membrane.

Weaknesses:
-Very sensitive to acids.
-Temperatures under 25 F will kill them without enough energy to manipulate.
-Weak to physical damage.
-Wings are highly sensitive to touch and pain.
-Blood coagulates very slowly.
-Using their thermal ability too much will also kill them. (Vein walls deconstruct for more energy)
-Abrupt loud sounds will likely cause a startle, or even them to freeze.
-Bright flashes of light will blind them.
-Doesn't deal well with light in general.
-Quirk, while very accurate, is incredibly hard to handle normally, as it's undeactivatable and heat is everywhere.
-Quirk requires focus for most attacks, which generally means they can't hold up a hand-to-hand fight while trying to fry someone.
-Is required to wear a restrictor, due to volatility of their quirk.

Improvement possible:
-Range.
-Pulling ore heat from colder areas.
-Control.
-Tuning it out instead of deactivating it.

Skills:
-Very skilled in martial-arts due to the nature of their quirk. (Volatile. She's kinda scared of it)
-A good shot with high-caliber rifles.
-Good with small to medium blades.

Skill weaknesses:
-Absolute shit with low-caliber rifles.
-Can't shoot a bow for anything.
-Polearms are pain.
-Can't use most pistols to save their life.

Name: Jet Kadoshi
Alias (Hero/Villian name if applicable): Seraph.
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Role (Hero, Student, Villlain, Civilian): Hero

Appearance (Hero Costume Optional):
6v Jet Kadoshi reference.png

Personality:
Jet is an… interesting figure. Despite being physically intimidating, he is quite a gentle soul. He’s very polite, and took on an oath of working to help instead of harm people, and would only ever fight for his, or other’s lives.

Even if he’s not feeling well emotionally, he will keep up a mask of mirth and will often refuse to tend to his own needs in favor of making sure those around him are living well. Most of the time, the best way to tell his mental state is to check how often the violin, which is framed at the top inside of his bedroom’s door, is used. The more he uses it, the worse he’s feeling, as it’s one of his most-effective outlets.

That being said, he is incredibly protective of friends and family, and the slightest endangerment to their health could have him hissing thinly-disguised warnings in your general direction.

Quirk Name: None.
Quirk Type: Transformation; 'Kaoshi Seraph'
Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):

Abilities:
Can shift into whatever the fuck is above. This is what comes with it.
-Electrokineses (Telepathy comes with it, though to strangers, it's more of pattern reading).
-Large amounts of medical knowledge (Most seeming to center around neurology).
-Jaw splits for a better grip strength.
-Strong senses.

Neutral:
-Sternum splits and allows ribs to float for seemingly no reason. Specialized muscles can seal them back together.
-Long ears.

Weaknesses:
-Cannot direct electricity when scales/skin are exposed to more than two cups of water.
-Can't swim when wings are present.
-Wings are heavy as heck.
-Terrified of water.
-If jaw splits suddenly in human form, he will bleed. A lot. And unlike his Seraphim form, the skin has to heal on its own
-Senses are easily overwhelmed.
-Doesn't deal well with large amounts of light.
-His own electricity can temporarily paralyze him if he's not paying attention.
-Wings are sensitive.
-If feather shafts are broken and not plucked out (really hard for the larger ones), he will eventually bleed out.
-Basically a walking lightning rod any time he goes out in a storm (If lightning strikes him, it can do a lot of damage from the force).
-Can't lift arms above head without moving wings backward due to the overlaying muscle.
-Can't shift back to a fully-human form (see human with wings ref).
-Due to being an arctic-style bird, he overheats very, VERY easily.

Other:
Flame's adoptive father.
Both of them live on the 50th floor (top) of a high-rise.
Nightshifter.
Workaholic.
No team to go with it.
Very, very British but hates tea an other such hot drinks.
Addicted to canned coffee.

Languages:
-Valiaek.
-English.
-VSL
-ASL
-Partial Japanese.

Have at the questions, if you want.

I can even explain their lineages and what happened to make them this way.

Character Sheet
Name: Jason Riviera
Alias: Snow Fox Hero: Arctica
Age: 14 (1st Year)
Gender: Male
Role: Student

Appearance (Hero Costume Optional):
20200417-001.png
Jason looks, in proportions and size, much like a young child. Standing at 3'3"/99cm and weighing in at only 17kg/37lbs, Jason size is partly because of adaption by his quirk and partly because he's just smol. Two triangular fox ears poke out from his snow-white hair, which frames his emerald green eyes as well. Below a nearly omnipresent smile (showcasing his rather prominent canines) is a plume of fur around Jason's neck (not in picture) and on his palms and soles are soft, insulating pads covered in a thin layer of fur, not unlike those on the feet of canines. Extending from the base of Jason's spine just below his waist is a 66cm fluffy/bushy tail.
As far as clothing goes, there isn't much seperation between hero outfit and casual wear for Jason. Day-to-day, he wears a variety of t-shirts and tanks-tops (his favourite being purple with a gold crown, potentially his father's merch), blue/grey/black joggers (tracksuit trousers) or shorts, sandals/light trainers and often a navy-blue hoodie with 'Arctica' and a geometric design of a fox, one of his few 'hero costume' pieces. In said outfit, all that really changes is the use of walking boots with steel toe-caps and a lightweight metal lower-face mask which can extend to form a domino mask.
Finally, a few parts of Jason's clothing are specially made to fit his mutation, those being his hoodie (hood has ear-pockets with thin soundproofing) and a device on his wrist which looks like a cross between a watch and an insulin pump (the function of which will coincide with the quirk).

Personality:
Neutral Good, INFP/ENFP, Party Heart, Paragon. Jason is, above all, optimistic and curious. He takes each new day with perpetual optimism, if only because the world is so unknown and confusing to him. Jason seeks to learn and experience all the world has to offer and then protect all of it from harm. Safe to say, he's something of an idealist.
Part of this might be that Jason has ADHD (Attention Defecit Hyperactivity Disorder) and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), and his place on the Spectrum gives some interesting symptoms. Jason struggles to understand abstract concepts unless/until he can experience or learn them (along with an aversion to noise, among other presentations, really helpful with his hearing) and with this the concept of evil, or more aptly unjustified wrongdoing, is foreign to him. Jason sees everything and everyone as a potential friend or interest until proven otherwise, and this optimism is only bolstered by the energy (and lack of attention span) to try and do everything he wants to.
Of course, Jason isn't defined by his disorders as most people aren't, but his other quirks (haha) are best shown through rp.

Backstory:
Jason was born a twin to a loving family on 14th March 20XX in a small village in Southern England. His life was fairly normal and happy for his formative years, and the support from his mother, an LSA, was probably responsible for Jason's altruistic worldview (and love of languages) from a young age. Jason's mutant quirk (manifested at/before birth) and it's effects did cause him a bit of grief from the larger children, especially as their quirks developed, but Jason's charm and agility were enough to minimise bullies' attention on him. Jason's family experience was quite interesting, him being the joint-youngest of all his siblings (Bailey, Eden, Natalie) and the only boy except for his eldest sibling, his half-brother Carter.
As Jason went through schooling, getting decent grades and making friends, he started to become enamoured with the idea of being a pro hero. His father being one of the UK Top 5, Crystal King, certainly helped, but Jason always had seperate ambitions.
In Year 9 (8th Grade), Jason had to make the choice between staying in academic education or gaining a Hero License via a Hero School. Jason, of course, chose hero school (on the condition that he could still re-enter academics later) and his school of choice was Oakwood!

Quirk Name: Arctic Fox
Quirk Type: Mutant
Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):
Jason has many nonhuman traits similar to those of Vulpes Lagopus (AKA V. Arctica), the Arctic Fox. These being his ears, teeth (to an extent), fur, tail, heat pads and leg muscles, among other minor mutations. These grant him a variety of boons, those being:
- Cold Resistance (Fur, Small Size and Direct Bloodflow to the extremities are good at insulating against the cold. Jason can survive ambient temperatures down to -10*C without discomfort, -20*C without hypothermia and -30*C without serious injury (frostbite, nerve damage etc.))
- Sensitive Hearing (Jason's canine ear structure makes him more receptive to sound. He can hear sounds between 50Hz - 30kHz (normal human is 20-20k) and can hear 2x-5x better than normal depending on pitch.)
- Enhanced Agility (Thanks to Jason's unique leg muscles, he can exert about the same amount of energy with his legs as a normal human. Seeing as Jason is smaller/lighter though, he can propel himself somewhat higher and faster than most.)

There are two sides to every coin, though, and these same adaptations bring with them a few drawbacks:
- Endothermic (Since Jason's body is so good at retaining heat, he's not very good at cooling down when needed. He can edure ambient temperatures up to 10*C without discomfort, 20*C without hyperthermia and 30*C without serious injury (heatstroke, severe dehydration etc. Jason's wrist device monitors his internal temperature and releases a hormone to help him cool down if it gets too hot, much like an insulin pump does with blood sugar.))
- Hypersensitive (Seeing as Jason experiences sound much more intensely than most, it's easy for him to experience sensory overload, being overwhelmed by loud, high-pitched and/or constant noise. This, coupled with sensory symptoms of ASD make a not very fun combo. Jason finds the use of dog whistles quite cruel, given he can empathise with being on the receiving end.)
- Shortstack (While Jason's size can be advantageous, it is still quite the issue with reach (though jumping is an option) and he doesn't pack much of a punch, as his upper body strength is heavily impacted and the force (low mass, higher acceleration) of his kicks can't compensate in terms of brute force.)

Lmao, indeed.

So they're acepted or do I need to switch things around?

Though I will say two things about Flame. One, I would recommend having him know sign language (Makaton or ASL/BSL). Two, polearms are the easiest bladed weapons to use effectively, lol.

Oh? Why Sign just out of curiosity, lol I can have them know that.

Lmao, they can't handle the length. It's really awkward for them because their wings take up all of their arm-muscle room.

The more noise is inconvenient, the more effective and valuable silent communication becomes. Second, wouldn't it make more sense to have wing-control muscles stretch down the back, parallel/perpendicular to the spine? Seems like the mutation lottery wasn't kind to these two. Third, let's move this convo fully to OOC, avoids clogging cs thread.

Name- Clarabel Rylee Kellie
Alias- Sunshine Hero: Shooting Star
Age- 15
Gender- Female
Role- Student

Appearance-
Chiasa.png
5'11 [And still growing], 184lbs
Skin shifts tones between white-yellow-orange-red and is hot to the touch. Although she routinely wears clothes covering the entirety of her body [gloves included].
No one knows what her face looks like, not even her. Too bright.
Without the helmet, she's so bright you can't see the rest of her body. Just the blinding light.

Hero Costume- The main focus of tech and quirk assistance in Shooting Star’s costume is in her helmet. Built to look strikingly similar, though not identical, to an astronaut’s helmet. The suit/outfit part itself doesn’t do much to aid her in fighting and is primarily for aesthetic purposes.
Suit: While not the focus of her costume, the suit is still incredibly well designed. Comfortable and perfectly fitting for her to fight. Covering the entirety of her body, with gloves and lightweight boots. Most importantly being extremely durable, able to resist both the high amount of heat that she generates and potential attacks from other’s quirks.
Helmet: Shooting Star’s helmet is an incredibly important support item that she is required to wear at all times for the safety of others. The natural heat and radiation she produces can be [for many] deadly at close proximity. The helmet is controlled by a small pannel directly on the helmet [for emergancies], and by a watch. Clarabel is able to dictate how much light and heat is able to escape from the tinted helmet. As well as letting the built up plasma escape.
Other: Generic pouches/pockets in the suit for emergency supplies/first aid kit. Standard stuff one might want to carry around.

Personality- To most Clarabel is a bubble, charismatic, ray of sunshine who's always in a good mood. While she is appropriately talkative in social situations, and certainly not awkward publicly. Clarabel finds herself stuck in her own head more often than not. Nervous of herself and her future. As much as she means well, she isn't sure at all where she's going in life and even if being a hero is a good idea. Fearful that she might do more damage than good ultimately.
The unfortunate truth is Clarabel has presented herself as such a happy go lucky person, that no one has reason to suspect all her fears and worries. If someone doesn't help her out soon, things aren't likely to get better for her.

Quirk Name- Star
Quirk Type- Mutant
Quirk Description- Clarabel produces energy via thermonuclear reactions much like that of a star. While the entirety of her body it hot to the touch, heat resistant, and produces light, only her head produces the heat and radiation.
Application- For the most this quirk is used simply to blind [via sudden bursts of light], to incapacitate [due to overheating enemies], and to set fires. There are many other applications this quirk could serve that Clarabel has yet to utilize due to her own nervousness.
Weaknesses-
Quirk can be ineffective to those who are blind [or are otherwise able to navigate without their sight] and those resistant or immune to heat and fire.
Shooting Star relies on the fact that people are unable to get near her, she is unable to take too many hits before going down. Having a low constitution.
Clarabel is scared of their own quirk and wholly unable to appropriately control it. While the raw power is there, she is nowhere near as powerful as she theoretically could be.
As the quirks AOE is a sphere centered around Shooting Star's head, she can be prone to harming allies. There is no way to target specific individuals.
While Clarabel is incredibly heat/fire resistant, boarding immune. Only her head produces energy while the rest of her body only tolerates this reaction. She has now, on two occasions managed to overheat herself and subsequently knocked herself unconscious. Hypothetically she could do worse.

Misc Facts-
  • While Clarabel is able to eat, she produces her own energy and it's been found that she does not need to. Eating can be difficult, and she has found most foods do not taste good as they burn as they get to her mouth. Frozen fish and meats are about all she claims to like, though she rarely tries to eat at all.
  • Due to a few accidental fires in the passed, Clarabel is always given a special desk at school made of metal.
  • Clarabel's clothing is made specifically for her as she can easily set most clothes/fabrics on fire. While she's used to the specialty material and is not bothered, most people remark on how heavy and uncomfortable it is when inspecting her clothes.
  • Yes, Clarabel can give you a tan.
  • While Clarabel's current helmet is now built in a way where people can hear her well, this wasn't always the case with previous gear. When she was younger people could barely hear her and she had to yell constantly. Eventually, she and most of her close family learned ASL.

CeriseFern CeriseFern Looking good so far, mon ami (or ma amie?) I like how everyone's quirks have been quite creative thus far, ranging from vector control and thermodynamic emitters to somewhat body horror and out-there mutations. I feel like I'm lacking in comparison, lol.

Anyway, aside from appearance. She's done~

"Yup! That's me. How can i help ya?"

Name:
Yu-Jun Tan or "Mustang" (For those who cannot pronounce his name)

Alias (Hero/Villian name if applicable):
Bubble Shield Hero: Clypeus

Age:
15

Gender:
Male

Role (Hero, Student, Villlain, Civilian):
Student

Appearance (Hero Costume Optional):
2015_Ford_Mustang_GT_Convertible_2017_1.png

Bub.png
(Information about Hero costume coming soon.)
Stands at 5'9 and has a body of a preteen instead of a toned body. Mostly wears his cap whenever available.

Personality:
One look at Mustang and one can already tell what kind of kid he is. An easygoing yet observant fellow, known for his Chill and near harmless humor and low key caring demeanor. The type of guy you would just see in the background or just by your side on stand by doing nothing unless interacted with. Not the kind to spill gossip all around making him trustworthy. Witnessing his bad side can be noticed not by facial expression but how he talks. Usually he has a soft yet audible voice when in speech but becomes low and apathetic when not in his mojo. Just an overall individual one can easily ignore through or just a guy you can hangout with.

Quirk Name:
Psionic Bubble Shield

Quirk Type:
Emitter

Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):
A fused quirk of both his parents. Yu Mustang has the ability to encapsulate himself in a bubble like force field. Which has the looks and properties of that similar to a bubble. The exception is that this bubble shield is far beyond from popping in one touch. Yu Mustang's brain produces a special type of energy to produce this energy defensive bubble. Using this psionic energy waves he can produce a bubble shield. This bubble shield has a lumpy and unstable form rather than the clear round bubbles. He releases this orally by mouth and sometimes by his ears. (He can also release some with his nose and eyes but no records of it actually happening exists) His common use of the quirk is enveloping himself with it, head to toe. (Like some kind of human shaped bubble armor) This armor defends him from all kinds of physical harm. (Note: Mostly resistant to blunt attacks) Despite the lack of physical damage. Kinetic energies however still penetrates his bouncy barrier, Yu Mustang can still be pushed, pulled, shaked and tossed around. It takes solid 3 seconds to envelope himself in this shield. (Yes, one can bounce on the bubble shield.)

Best part of the Quirk is that he can share his bubble shield armor with others, giving the same effect of the bubble shield. Drawback being is that. Each time he produces a single bubble shield he has to use the psionic energy of his brain to maintain the bubble shield as long as he can. If doesn't use it the bubble shield will still work but each second passing the shield weakens and sometimes easily popped. Speaking of pop, Yu's Bubble shields can be popped easily with sharper objects (Although it's still resistant to high energy attacks like lightning and sharp psychic attacks) Yu Mustang's bubbles have no limit to it's numbers but the size of the bubble is whats gonna challenge Yu's limits. The bigger the more energy he consumes. After effects are drowsiness, temporal colorblindness and weak hearing.

Character Sheet
Name: Cupun 'Cup' Nunurjuk
Aliases: The Inuk Hero - Rising Star, Kupo, Charcoal (weird friend group nickname)
Role: Student

Appearance (Hero Costume Optional):
Standing at 6'2" (188 cm) and quite heavyset at around 168 lbs (76.2 kg), Cup (or 'Kupo' as his family sometimes calls him) is something of an imposing figure. His coal-black hair (his first name means coal, fun fact) and nearly-black eyes (irises) with red flecks don't really help this image. Cup doesn't look too abnormal in general, as his quirk isn't a mutant-type, but he stands out nonetheless.
His usual attire is quite casual, being only t-shirts and cargo pants/shorts most of the time, but his hero costume is a specially-made one-piece that goes from the neck to the elbows and knees. This suit is made to be extremely breathable so as to not obstuct gas flow and he wears foot-wrappings and finger-less gloves of the same material. As for appearance, the suit is black except for red, swirling patterns all over and it looks similar to silk mostly but latex surrounding vulnerable areas.

Personality:
ENFJ, Lawful Good, Party Leader, Honourable. Cup has quite the strong personality. He is competent and he knows it, though is careful not to boast (karma and all that.) He is righteous to an extent, having a strong sense of justice and doing good simply because it is good and nobody else will. Outside of heroics, though, Cup is less uptight. He is loud, humourous and very fond of sparring (both with allies and enemies) and he cares greatly for all he works with and all he protects. Pretty one-note, I don't care, shounen protagonists get away with it.

Backstory (Optional):
Cup was born in Nunavut, Canada, but moved to England when he was 4 along with his mother, Kallik Nunurjuk, and he's lived there ever since. From the start of his schooling shortly after the move, it was clear this boy was going to go far in whatever life path he chose, and by the way he stood up for and protected his fellow classmates (especially the quirkless kids after most got theirs) it seemed Cup's destiny was civil service, though where this led, no-one could say. Cup took well to English and his studies through the years (though he excelled in PE above all) and he continued to help those in need wherever possible, only really making the link between his prowess/attitude and a hero career in Year 9, when he was about a month away from the choice to go to heroic academies for schooling becoming available. Of course, this is the path Cup chose, and he has been on that path since he first started at Oakwood 3 years ago.

Quirk Name: Hydrolysis/Combustion
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description (Including Drawbacks):
Most of the excess water that Cup consumes, instead of being filtered out through the kidneys, is broken down into its constituent elements (hydrogen and oxygen) and stored (in gaseous form) in special organs. Cup can then emit these gases through his skin or mouth and control them however he wishes within 10m. In addition, Cup can ignite this gas by causing pretty much any friction on the skin of his hands or arms (hence short sleeves and finger-less gloves) and with enough energy Cup can cause the two gases to form water (initially only vapour, but trained to liquid as well).

Benefits/Uses:
Water, Fire, [redacted], Air. Long ago the four elements lived in harmony, but everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Only the Avatar, master of all 3 elements, can save the world...
- Aerokinesis (Using the gases as they are, Cup can create small gusts of 'wind' up to about the strength of abnormally windy day, not quite gale-force yet. This can also be utilised as a bubble of air around an object or person (underwater breathing, life support etc.) and more concentrated, smaller bursts of gas up to the force of a very low-caliber gun (or rubber bullets) among other uses.)
- Pyrokinesis (As Cup can move and form his gas however he wants and ignite it at will, he can produce effects such as a flamethrower, fireball, fire aura, flaming punch etc.)
- Hydrokinesis (As Cup can produce water via chemical reaction and manipulate it as he would his gas (it is made of his gas, after all), he can exert much the same creativity with water, such as water balloons, a hose, water whips, water armour/aura etc.)

Drawbacks/Limitations:
- Hydrate or Die-drate (As Cup's quirk relies on the splitting of ingested water, he must consume a lot of water to fight effectively with his quirk and can fall victim to dehydration if he uses up too much water, or hyponatremia (water toxicity) if he doesn't use up enough.)
- Out of Range (Cup's quirk is versatile, but limited by the range at which he can control the gases (10m/~33'9" as of his 3rd year quirk use exam, but was 2m/~6'6") and so is effectively quirkless when dealing with anyone outside of that range.)
- Self-Reliant (Cup can only control the gases/water that he produces, not any from another source, regardless of range. This means that the gases Cup can produce at the time are all he has until he can get some more water down.)
- Oxidant (While Cup is decently resistant to the fire he makes, he isn't fully immune. About a minute of continuous exposure in the same place will produce a painful burn. Also, though he can move and ignite them, the gases are still independently flammable and adequate heat/fire can make the gas, quite literally, blow up in Cup's face, consuming all of it and potentially burning anyone in radius (including Cup) depending on how much gas is free-floating.)
Other drawbacks can and will be thought of, I guess?

Name: Brook Rivers
Alias: Hairphernalia
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Role: Student
AppearanceA tall redheaded girl holding refined features almost what one would expect of nobility with an acrobatic build yet not a hair out of place regardless of her movements, and standing tall with a lively air of confidence as she looks out with burning bronze eyes. While her hairstyle may frequently change even day to day the most striking feature is the silken strands shining brightly with an unnatural sheen regardless, flowing less in the wind but more as if breathing and alive. Each of her outfits appears to be custom made and perfectly tailored, possessing no wear as if new though the threading upon them all seems to hold the same strange sheen as her hair.
PersonalityCalm, polite, and reserved to a fault though, with a mild amount detachment towards the plights and struggles of those less fortunate from their privileged upbringing. Kia attempts to keep up the best of appearances with a friendly approach, somewhat becoming more difficult with severe OCD in several aspects of her life. They never the less display an unnatural dedication and drive towards their commitments, placing such objectives above nearly all else be it their hero training, school work, or promises made.

She is capable of combining her hair stands she is capable of producing a variety of shapes or tools or using individual strands to carry out multiple actions at the same time.

Name: Michael Braun
Alias: Fallen Angel
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Role: Villain, masquerading as a student.

Appearance:

1596434189613.png
Almost always glows in some way, typically through his veins or eyes. This light is a soft, mellow golden hue.

Costume: A black jumpsuit, emblazoned with a falling angel in gold thread.

Personality:
Michael is in the villainous business for fun. He enjoys the thrill of combat, and the opportunity to set aside limitations. He flaunts his looks and charisma to his advantage, flattering anyone he needs, before robbing them blind. Of course, if they're worthy foes he'll just blast them and call it a day. Michael is quite the flirt, and never passes up the opportunity to hit on someone. Despite this seeming self-confidence, he's deeply unsatisfied with his life and ashamed of his actions. He truly wants to do good, but has no real clue how to get out of his lifestyle.

Backstory:
Michael manifested his powers at a younger age than most, at three. He grew up in a stifling household, beneath his abusive family's thumb, and grew to hate them. When he was fourteen, after a violent dispute, the house they lived in was destroyed in a furious firestorm caused by Michael. After that day he vanished, using his Quirk to effectively render himself unseen with blinding light. He would reappear in different locations, stealing or simply causing destruction. He vanished at the age of seventeen, only to emerge in disguise at the Oakwood Hero Academy for unknown reasons, nearly a year later.

Quirk Name: Luminescence
Quirk Type: Emitter
Quirk Description:
Michael can generate light and other electromagnetic energy, and accelerate said light into a powerful particle beam. This light can also be used to shroud his appearance, blind people, and more. He can also generate electromagnetic pulses, and magnetic effects. The main weakness of this Quirk is that it needs fuel. Specifically, Michael's own body. Although he by necessity eats quite a bit, his powers constantly drain his energy. As a result, Michael is slight and seemingly malnourished, eaten away by the requirements of his Quirk. He also requires a steady diet to avoid starvation, and his physical abilities are subpar. Some have hypothesized that his lifespan may be shortened as a result of this drain.

I think this is mostly good, but more adherence to the CS and more specific details on the quirk (especially drawbacks, it seems like mostly benfits) could be good, mon ami.
