ive been doing some thinking, and think it may be best to open the ooc early for those who have submitted apps (they dont have to be 100% completed yet) and bounce ideas off of each other. i dont really think it's necessary for me to put restrictions on accepting people/wait until the 9th to start chatting. if you're down for this simply heart or cookie react and i will send you the ooc link!
